Every staff member here has been nothing but helpful. The atms are convenient. I also LOVE the selection of weed they have here. The website including the tax in the price makes it easier to calculate. This is a staple of Andersonville and they GET it.

Let me start off by saying ultimately this a GREAT dispo…..95% of the time. Last two days been a little tough though. Yesterday i checked the website for shake and found something great, it was available when i left the house, by the time i got to the store it was gone😡. Today i decided to make an account in the morning in order to avoid shortages and put my order on reserve, by the time i got done making the account what i was trying to buy was gone….and it literally went on sale last night🤦🏼♂️gone by morning😡😡. That was more of a rant ill admit, but still, maybe keep some extra inventory for sales or something🤷🏼♂️great dispensary overall besides those few hiccups, great prices, great people, chill atmosphere. Wanted to give 5 stars but juss couldnt after last two days.

Maybe don't have your employees sell customers on products based on the medical prices, have them make an order, then the total is based off of rec prices. Smells like bait n switch to me. It would also be helpful if the employees were upfront about any daily deals/specials when asked instead of waiting until the order was complete.

I have been going for the past year and they are always friendly and in good spirits. They are also very quick with orders. Never have had to wait longer than 2-3 minutes for orders. Would highly recommend to all those in the area.

I love all the discounts that Dispensary 33 gives every day of the week, plus reward points! I’ve been shopping there for over a year. Prices are very good, especially on sale items. You never have to worry about adding tax all the prices there include tax. Genuinely my favorite dispensary in Chicago! The daily deals make a huge price difference. The staff is always warm & kind as well. Specifically, Suz was extremely helpful and patient today when I had an issue with my card—I really appreciated their kindness and care! Will be returning as always 🙂

Staff are very helpful and organized. The front check in needs to have more individuals checking in during peak time. At 5p yesterday they had one check in person ( who wax excellent). However, she was overwhelmed with customers. The line to present ID's went out the door and down the sidewalk.Plenty of staff in the back .

Today (4/19) was probably the busiest I’ve ever seen this place, and the staff was still super friendly, and I was in and out quickly. D33 has a loyal customer in me, absolutely love it here. They have online preordering available day of which makes it super easy, but staff is also very knowledgeable if you have questions as well!

I hadn't been here for several months. It's a nice, bright and well designed store. But the customer service has gone way down. Instead of having friendly and knowledgeable people greet you and help you navigate all the options, there are now self serve kiosks and one lone salesperson who was constantly busy.

I thought weed made people happy? Why are the staff there literally the rudest. One time is an anomaly, two times a coincidence, three times it’s just how they are. They need a shake and a slap to wake them up and remind them that they are working in customer facing jobs, if you don’t like customers, work in the back. Period.Three stars because they carry the product I need and the place is clean and nice looking but seriously the staff are such a turn off I’m going to travel further to a different dispensary instead.

I don't know what the heck is going on, but I have a medical marijuana paper, not a card. The only time I was asked for my paper was the first time I came here when I created my account. I have not been on medical marijuana for very long and don't use it super often. I suggest you retrain your staff members because there has been *at minimum* one instance where I was not asked for my card (paper?) upon entry despite stating I am a medical user. As a result of this conditioning, I was under the impression that I only needed to show it once or every so often?? I don't know? I am now wasting 30 minutes of my time driving back and forth from you guys.Other than that experience today, this dispensary has been good to me and the staff members are very nice and knowledgeable. It's also very clean, and service is fast.edit:The situation got resolved obviously, but just want to reiterate that that shouldn't happen. People claiming medical should not be let in without showing their paper (cards?) if that is the rule, but it happened to me in past visit(s) here.

There is a sale EVERY DAY.It seems more expensive than other dispensaries but it's because they include taxes in the prices. Prices make absolutely 0 sense. They’re literally trying to charge me over 100 for a quarter oz of SHAKE, which they almost never carry shake anyway. What’s your guys deal? I didn’t pay prices this bad as a little high school freshman getting ripped off. Stay away from this place until they come down to semi reasonable prices. Go to ivy hall and pay literally half

Anna is the absolute best! I was having a very difficult time accessing my medical card. Held my hand the whole way through it, and just when I was about to give up, we were able to pull it up!! Even with a large line forming behind me, I never felt rushed or like I was in the way. Incredible experience from the moment you walk in the door till the moment you exit!
