i just went to this location for my first time and had a terrible day but Tiff and Syd were so sweet and welcoming and helped me out with everything i needed. whenever i had card issues they were so patient with me and also lent me a phone charger so i could get home safe. thank you girls so much had an amazing experience!

First time there and drove over an hour away. I read some of these terrible reviews but still went because they had a specific product I was looking for. To my surprise it was very pleasant visit. The first lady who scanned my id was very nice. and Jilaire who helped me provided perfect customer service and friendliness. Thank you!
I come here all the time, however yesterday was a was a day to remember. Customer service was fine until I was slightly dissatisfied with the products expiration date. I didn't pay it any mind until after I purchase the product. While still being in the store I asked the budtender was it possible if I can get a fresher batch. He had an attitude and went to the back while slamming the door. Suddenly the manager comes out and I explained the concern I had for the product and for health reasons freshness was my goal. She told me if I wanted to focus on health that I should grow my own weed. That was so left field,I'm not sure if she was serious or not. Eventually we didn't agree and she kicked me out the store. This was an horrible experience because I shop here all the time plus I paid $135 for the service.

i shop here very regularly, 2-3 times a week.today i placed an online order (successfully), hopped in my car, drove 20 minutes from uptown, just for them to tell me they’re closed.so i’ve invested my time, my gas, my plans, to drive across town, for them to tell me get lost. not ONCE along this process did they inform me the store was closed. they left me completely in the dark, until i got there, just for them to kick me out.so wildly unprofessional. they will never get my business again.

I love the deals here. I get tired of paying $35 for a 1 gram joint. Regardless of how good it is, sometimes it’s just outrageous. Today I got 2 joints for $20. 1 is usually $30…THAT’S A STEAL 💃🏽 Also, today I got one of my favorite budtenders, Vino 🤗 He’s always so nice and only recommends the best. Of course, I’ll be back
Used to be a frequent customer like once a week type vibes. But ever since upper management has moved their offices upstairs I’ve noticed such a change in service and quality in product. I visited last month bought a cart it was defective. When I got home I called the number on the receipt to see if anything could be done. They connected me to a call center that isn’t even in Curaleaf and told me someone would get back to me in a few days. I never heard back $60 dollars wasted. Anyways I went back this week and was told I couldn’t use my birthday discount because I hadn’t been there in a month? Never heard of this rule in the years I’ve been a customer. The manager who was present was useless and didn’t even apologize. Anyways shop at UMI a black owned dispensary with better rewards, customer service, and product. Super accessible and located off of the Fullerton stop. Save yourself the trouble and money!

I begin browsing when I was asked by another woman who said she was the GM if I needed help I said no but literally not even 2 minutes later she sent someone else to check on me and I felt uncomfortable and rushed I just wanted to browse the menu and she was kinda rude during my transaction because I declined help. When I was finished with my business at this location, I waited for my friends in the back area outside. There is plenty of room to wait, 20+ people could fit back there. The security guard came out and told me I'm not allowed to wait there, and that I would have to stand in the alley and wait instead. Plenty of other dispensaries in this city. I would avoid this one.

Cheaper to buy off the street there prices are the insane I don't have to walk in to see they over charging on oz is normally at a dispensary 75.00 dollars and potency is around 33 percent look up) Story/ Or Nirvana dispensarys you will find higher quality and way better prices and they carry same products 😉 if u don't like money then guess it's okay it's way over priced and product below 25 % thc is trash don't throw your cash away and remember don't pay over 75 on oz halfs are 40 eights are 15 and pre rolls are between 3 dollars and 5 hope this helps those that's don't know They being scammed 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
While expensive, Curaleaf is hard to beat when it comes to dispensaries in Illinois. The quality of the product is consistently better than their competitors. The service and atmosphere of the Curaleaf Weed Street location is amazing and the employees are incredibly helpful. If we can just get those Michigan prices please! All hail the leaf.

Usually a good place to go, but they are shady with their business practices and pricing. I ordered online, was given a total of $68 and change, and when I arrived they refused to honor the price given at time order. They advised it was $85 because the SKU changed between the time I ordered and I got to the shop to pick it up - roughly 45 minutes. I've been a fairly loyal customer here due to competitive prices, but I'd rather pay more at another dispensary knowing they won't try to shake me down for more money when I get there.

I usually make reviews on great experiences. However, the workers at this location need to be trained on how to give great customer service. My husband went inside and was being talked about right in front of his face. To talk about someone's physical appearance is beyond disrespectful. Do better.

Super sketchy on pricing. Placed my first order here. It told me my order total was $52. Cart did not show tax on there but my email showed the tax amount of $10 as part of my original total. When I went to the store, they gave me an entirely different price and said that was an error much like many others have mentioned on here and my total was $65. The guy tried to tell me that i was given too big of a discount online and that he's not seeing the same price so they can't honor that. Seems like this has been a reoccurring issue and they're not taking steps to fix this. Shop here at your own risk. I'll take my business somewhere else.

There is a black lady that wouldn’t tell me her name except that she’s one of the “leads” curly big ugly hair horrible customer service I bought a vape there that taste burnt and it wasn’t working. Simply wanted to trade it and she basically kicked me out and told me to contact the company that makes it because it taste burnt doesn’t mean it’s broke. Every time I tried to talk she was just shaking her head and clapping her hands ridiculously I’ve been coming here for 3 months and every time I see this lady she had a bad attitude with someone very simple you don’t like your job and don’t know how to be professional quit and fined something your good at instead of sarcastically wishing people to have a great day, this service was unacceptable my advice is stay away and take your money and go where you won’t be treated like a criminal

Have been there before and saw a good deal for a 1.75 pre roll that I ordered and then went to pick up. (Twice as far as my normal spot). When I got there with just the right cash, I only recieved a .75. I showed that the site said 1.75 and the kind budtender got the manager acknowledging the mistake. She (closing manager 9/18). Said that there was nothing she would do and that it is was a system error. I thought maybe throwing something in would be appropriate seems the mistake was on their end and I drove the extra miles because of it. She said they wouldn't do anything. I said "that's an interesting way to do business". And then 5 or 6 times, she repeated have a nice day while clapping each word. (Childish) I, then, said that I was being kind and calm the entire time and that she was being unprofessional. When I asked for her name, she just said on repeat while clapping "my name is have a nice day." I said she was rude and she said "just leave!". So I left without even being given my change. Horrible/weird experience. Seemed like the employees were a little embarrassed too. I think "Have a nice day" needs a different job where she doesn't have to be professional.

There is a black lady that wouldn’t tell me her name except that she’s one of the “leads” curly big ugly hair horrible customer service I bought a vape there that taste burnt and it wasn’t working. Simply wanted to trade it and she basically kicked me out and told me to contact the company that makes it because it taste burnt doesn’t mean it’s broke. Every time I tried to talk she was just shaking her head and clapping her hands ridiculously I’ve been coming here for 3 months and every time I see this lady she had a bad attitude with someone very simple you don’t like your job and don’t know how to be professional quit and fined something your good at instead of sarcastically wishing people to have a great day, this service was unacceptable my advice is stay away and take your money and go where you won’t be treated like a criminal

    Have been there before and saw a good deal for a 1.75 pre roll that I ordered and then went to pick up. (Twice as far as my normal spot). When I got there with just the right cash, I only recieved a .75. I showed that the site said 1.75 and the kind budtender got the manager acknowledging the mistake. She (closing manager 9/18). Said that there was nothing she would do and that it is was a system error. I thought maybe throwing something in would be appropriate seems the mistake was on their end and I drove the extra miles because of it. She said they wouldn't do anything. I said "that's an interesting way to do business". And then 5 or 6 times, she repeated have a nice day while clapping each word. (Childish) I, then, said that I was being kind and calm the entire time and that she was being unprofessional. When I asked for her name, she just said on repeat while clapping "my name is have a nice day." I said she was rude and she said "just leave!". So I left without even being given my change. Horrible/weird experience. Seemed like the employees were a little embarrassed too. I think "Have a nice day" needs a different job where she doesn't have to be professional.

    Stopped by for the first time today on my way home from work, I preordered and it was very quick! Small line inside but it moved quickly and the employee who helped me was very sweet. Everyone there seems very welcoming and patient, thank you!

    I love this spot. Not only is everyone super helpful and nice but they don’t have 50 people working with a line going no where. Ahem sunnyside. Most of the time just 2 registers open and they cruise. Not to mention they always have some of the best deals and carry the best brands in town.

    DO NOT PARK ON THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING! not worth the $250 you will spend getting your car back. That being said; Great atmosphere and helpful staff. Would definitely shop here again. I will be checking for deals on their menu more often.
