The staff seems nice usually. However, the prices are higher than any other dispensary I’ve gone to. A pre roll here (pts) costs $12 as opposed to down the street it’s $8, $6 on sale. This place seems money hungry.

After calling ahead to make sure my medical purchase was in stock, I made the 30 minute trek out to this city limits dispensary, only to be told they couldn't sell me the products they had in stock because of a computer error. Don't waste your time coming here. There are plenty of legitimate dispensaries out there, that would take the time to work out an issue on their end. This is not one of them. Spend your money elsewhere

We bought 14 grams of a Paul Bunyan flower for my fiancés pain remedy for sciatica. When we got home and opened the product, there was only 7 grams in the SEALED container. PLEASE BEWARE and double check your weights with this place because there is nothing you can do once you leave the store without the burden of proof being solely on you. Weird and unfortunate situation, but sadly their customer service has yet to reach back out. I called and sent emails to no avail. Please shop cautiously or look elsewhere for your dispensary needs and, again, CHECK THE WEIGHT!!!!

I’m so mad because I’m on a block list because I complained about my 1/8th being short when they brought it out then someone said i get angry or accused someone of stealing something that was short. I showed the young lady & she said sir calm down’ ‘ & nothing she could do by & it was a mistake on Consume Cannabis for shortening my package so make up some reason to block me from the store when I’m in medical need & I spent a lot of money with them. Also it’s very convenient for me with my medical condition. Location wise. I live close by so now i have to go to Laurence & Milwaukee instead of Consime which is 5 minutes from my house.So I’m just gonna let people know how you treated me for speaking up about a really short 1/8th you gave me.I should not be barred from a mistake you guys made! Look at your records & see how much i used to shop there.

I was sold a bad disposable vape and then told I can’t get a replacement. It stopped working within an hour. Said the vape looked empty and so they won’t replace. You would think they would know it takes longer than an hour to smoke a whole vape! There is obviously liquid still in it as seen at the top of my picture. Very dissatisfied with customer service here now. I’m sad because I used to love coming here. If they won’t even give the $38 back that I wasted at their store, then it’s not worth me coming back. Will take my business to any other dispensary now. Rip

Terrible experience with advisor 46891. Was asking simple questions for help with online portal as I never have issues and use it pretty frequently. Told me the issue I was having was changed a year ago - when it wasn’t because every time I order it was the same (minus this time) so figured there was a glitch. And he didn’t care to look into it but just took my money and said next. I’ll stick to going to Rise from now on. Consume is convenient but I rather not deal with dbag employees who don’t care about their job.

I just moved close by to the Milwaukee Ave location and for two days I have tried to place an order and been unable to pick up. Get sent a message that it will be available in an hour. Guess what 5 hours later it's still verifying...when it's finally available it's way too late at that point. Super inconvenient. Seeing from some other reviews here your best bet is to just drive a few min down the street and go to Rise Dispensary instead, never a problem.

If anyone is taking advantage of the 35% discount at Consume today, the line goes quickly and is well worth the small wait. The staff is always so courteous and helpful with their knowledge of specific strains that have aided my migraines. I have tried other dispensaries in the surrounding area and so far Consume has had the widest selection and best prices.

I've gone in here a few times and always had a pleasant experience, the staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. One staff member though Sarah was so incredibly friendly and kind and had had a wonderful energy about her. She helped me with my questions and let me know about great deals that I applied to my purchase. A great spot for quick and simple purchase, I've never had to wait a long time.

Just switched from Zen Leaf Evanston because quite frankly, their service stinks and their budtenders aren't very knowledgeable.Lissa at Consume was really nice and extremely knowledgeable with products and helped me choose a couple different things in addition to my online medical order. So happy I made the switch!

We happened to be in thus area for dinner with a family member and I was to bring "dessert".A two pack.First - these were not mini ones. These were super sized medication desserts.Second - smooth ? As a babies bottom.Dessert was more than a "hit". Going write down and hope it's still available on my next stop.
