I have been a customer for many years now, today was the first time I felt compelled to write a review and that is because of GREAT customer service. I don't know the young ladies name but her budtender # is 96867 and the time was around 1pm on 11/13/25... She had a pleasant demeanor and helped a lot, she looked up my old account and linked my new phone number to the account and discovered I had a substantial amount of points I've earned... I walked in with a total of $98 dollars owed for my order and with her fantastic help I ended up using points to get my total down to $36... This would not have occured had the budtender not went above and beyond.

Rob, and the whole staff!, are so lovely and helpful… i always do a pick up order and it’s so easy through their website and always a pleasant experience! its also such a CUTE store, 1950s ice cream shop/rockabilly thing …I bring my dog in and they love her and if u do, they give you a thc chocolate bar for $1! 🥹thanks Rob and Avondale B&R’s staff! you guys are a delight 🧚🏻♀️(also easy street parking, as well as a free parking lot in the back)

Had a warm welcome and checkout for my first visit. There wasn’t a line and my order was ready when I arrived. Checkout was quick and easy with team members supporting one another, one bringing my order while the second checked my ID and pulled up my order. Prices were competitive with the deals they offered over Labor Day weekend. HIGHly recommend checking them out here in Avondale or Niles!This Purple Cherry Ripple #2 from Legacy is dense with some purple hues, orange hairs and frosty. Flower may be a stretch; seems more like popcorn. Smokes easily and the CBG and B-Caryophyllene stand out on the spicy flavor and calming feeling that sinks in. With the high THC it’s well worth the smoke!

Whoever rates this place less than 3 stars is just a hater/itching to give negative feedback. This place is so cute, the staff are super friendly, and they have a good variety of accessories. The prices are some of the best I've seen in the city. They have a cool rewards program/app and have a select discounts throughout the day. It was my 3rd time in and I was helped by Loretta, who was so great!!
