Terrible experience and really scammy. They say they accept debit cards, but they process it as an ATM transaction....that's NOT the same thing. They "rounded up" my total and refunded me the difference in cash.....weird but okay I guess. Then I look at my bank statement, see the transaction as an ATM for a totally different (higher) amount, AND there is a fee from my bank for using an outside ATM! None of this is posted on the location website, signed at the store, nor was it told to me verbally. All told, charged $15 over the price listed on my receipt.On top of that, I waited a long time for a product I ordered ahead in a store that was otherwise empty. Really annoying and unsafe exit into the alley...gotta get that sorted. Will not be returning.

In all other aspects this place is pretty good. But their loyalty program is abysmal. The points randomly fly off or you only receive half of them. I redeemed my points and instead of taking 125. It removed all 160. I don't know if this is happening to anyone else. But it's absolutely crazy. This is probably the fault of the ecommerce platform but they should really try to get it fixed. I'm sure thousands and thousands of loyalty points among customers have been miscalculated. Every other shop has figured this out. Except for this one.

This is my favorite of all the dispensaries I've been to, granted I've only been to Illinois & Colorado. Still, the set up is great & you never feel rushed. The lady who completed my purchase was awesome! She & I talked for a minute. I don't remember her name, but it was Saturday afternoon (08/05/2023, around 3-5pm, she is black & thin & exceptional. She was so kind). I can't wait to visit again!

Person at front desk was great! Greeted with a smile. Kiosk ordering system was clear and smooth! The guy at the desk who took care of the the transaction and prepared my order had cool purple shades and a great vibe! Overall nice place and nice people! My Order was also excellent

Always such a nice experience shopping here. The security makes you feel safe and welcome. The sales associates are so quick on their feet when there is an issue. Thanks to Romell, and Leo helping me with my order. I came in thinking I only had enough for one thing and I left with two products. They were very patience as I scrapped for loose dollars in bottom of my purse to pay my transaction fees. 😭 Thank you all so much. 💕 Dope vibes. ✨📲
