Purchased a few packages of gummies and very disappointed.I pack of ten only had 7 inside1 pack of ten only had 8 insideI pack of five only had 3 inside2 pack of five only had 4 inside.I feel that these people are aware that their packages are short but charge and give them to you anyway.Needless to say I will not be going back to either of their dispensaries as the same thing happened at both.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Purchased a glass blunt from here that WOULD NOT pull when inhaling. You couldn’t smoke it at all. I immediately called Ascend and was told to “take out the weed and repurpose it into a joint.” The glass blunt had keif on the outside and cost $30. If I wanted to repurpose to a $9 preroll-I would have just bought it originally. They were NO HELP.

All the Ascends are different in Chicago. This one is the most expensive one, shop around. Better promos at the other Ascends.Weird they don’t all have the same promos. Also be careful with pre orders they don’t always hold them.

Terrible experience and really scammy. They say they accept debit cards, but they process it as an ATM transaction....that's NOT the same thing. They "rounded up" my total and refunded me the difference in cash.....weird but okay I guess. Then I look at my bank statement, see the transaction as an ATM for a totally different (higher) amount, AND there is a fee from my bank for using an outside ATM! None of this is posted on the location website, signed at the store, nor was it told to me verbally. All told, charged $15 over the price listed on my receipt.On top of that, I waited a long time for a product I ordered ahead in a store that was otherwise empty. Really annoying and unsafe exit into the alley...gotta get that sorted. Will not be returning.

In all other aspects this place is pretty good. But their loyalty program is abysmal. The points randomly fly off or you only receive half of them. I redeemed my points and instead of taking 125. It removed all 160. I don't know if this is happening to anyone else. But it's absolutely crazy. This is probably the fault of the ecommerce platform but they should really try to get it fixed. I'm sure thousands and thousands of loyalty points among customers have been miscalculated. Every other shop has figured this out. Except for this one.

The lady who completed my purchase was awesome! She & I talked for a minute. I don't remember her name, but it was Saturday afternoon (08/05/2023, around 3-5pm, she is black & thin & exceptional. She was so kind). I can't wait to visit again!
