It looks to me (after reviewing our bank statement), that they are keeping an ATM fee & then we are being charged an ATM fee. At this time, they are processing all card payments through an ATM.... definitely never trusting them with my debit card again. Seems fishy.

My go to for my cannabis needs! Prices aren't that great, no fault of their own, but they have real decent sales often making the items I need affordable for a mom on a budget. Plus the more rewards points you save up, the more money off you get. I've purchased more great items than not and for the times I do experience not so great stuff like a dead disposable with no way to charge and still fluid in the pen, the store will always respond to the email sent and offer a percentage off your next purchase.

My product did not work, and I was refused a return in store because I did not have a smart phone to follow their technofascist return process. They just simply refused to view the product I had in hand. Being a 50 year old on foot is difficult enough, I don't need any vendors making it more difficult on me. It doesn't seem like rocket science to inspect a product you just sold me in order to see if it functions properly. I had to walk all the way home 2 miles once to realize I had a bad product. Imagine my shock when, after walking back, they would not accept my return in store. The return policy has burdened me beyond it being worth shopping at the store. I don't even know if I will get my money back yet after emailing all of my info (including a video of me puffing on the broken vape) to an email address where I don't know if my information is secure. Imagine someone taking a video like that and putting it through an AI video generation tool in order to perpetrate fraud against an individual? Corporations have a responsibility to think about these kind of issues before collecting identifying information (i.e. the vape video) and requiring me to upload it into an unsecured email inbox. I will never go to this place again. They are not good stewards of personal information.

4/1/24 (morning) Today the employees tried to sell my elderly mother a $100 listed flower product for $135 after taxes, a 20% senior discount, and $10 off from points. They refused to explain why the price was so high and poor shamed her instead of admitting and explaining their mistake (despite her asking to go over the math with them). She came home without the medicine she needs to manage her illness because of how poorly their manager on duty treated her and 'handled' the situation.

Called back, and realized the guy hung up and ignored my number 3 times because they don't know how to answer a question unless it's going to be the answer the customer wanted. Called off of my girlfriends phone and he promptly answered and laughed at me when I called him out for it. Whatever dude it was has no business dealing with the public.

Usually it's a great experience. The lady today was very hateful and worse attitude I've experienced. Maybe she was having a bad day idk. They gave her the wrong item and once I told her thats not what I ordered she got hateful. She didn't show me the other item until I asked if it was in there. No thank you, no have a good day, nothing it was just "here". I always tip the bud tenders but not today. If she don't want to be there then leave.

So far each experience has been different. I have experience more poor customer service than good. Two people that are great are Lauren a floor supervisor and another employee that I can not recall his name (update: his name is Clark) now but he works hard and well. Lastly, the security and a front desk working with the glasses tall and brown skin are great. Most everyone else is "fake nice" and I can tell right away by the way they react to me and other customers. I know that when it is busy things are different than when it is slow, however, I have been multiple times and the other people with great customer service are the ones I mentioned above. I will update this post with names later. So thank you Lauren and 3-4 others that work well with me and other customers, I hope your high frequency of love and community can shine on the others around you.And thank you Gabby 💛

It's smaller than the store in Marion, but still equally as good of a selection. Parking isn't the easiest, but its not very difficult on the side lot and parking is free. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff!

High quality product at fairly reasonable prices. The Illinois taxes are outrageous, but that's not Consumes fault. But they run pretty good deals everyday of the week with special event deals happening. Not too long ago they did 35% off everything in the store. That's hard to beat. So if you're looking for cannabis, give them a try.
