I absolutely love Mission! There’s not been a time that I have come that I wasn’t greeted warmly and treated like family. Being welcomed with genuine smiles walking in AND leaving with good weed…it’s an experience I look forward to. Armando has to be one of my favorite employees. He’s so friendly and knowledgeable and you can really tell that he enjoys working there! He’s on point with product recommendations as well. 🙂

Personnel that check u in were great they get 5 stars. In the inside personnel one in particular young lady short thin with glasses..alot of patrons that come there perhaps need help with kiosk..she was very rude to a patron that need help..so rude I took my $400 order to Bam 159th & Kedzie..I will not patronage this place and will tell others that I know. A little kindness can go a long way. We all need help sometimes.

This dispensary has very high taxes and pricing compared to others in this area. The atmosphere was not very inviting and honestly kind of trashy and unorganized but the people were friendly. If they improve on the appearance and their customer service this place could give better vibes. I am satisfied with my purchases. Thanks!!

I visit this dispensary pretty often.. I placed an online order yesterday and went to pick it up. I had a girl name Kiki who right off the bat gave me a smart attitude because she had to do her job when I went to pay for my order. It gets better because there was a tall boy behind her laughing at her because of her smart responses. Just shows you that you can hire idiots that will ruin your businesses reputation.

Would be 5 stars but this location has no medical. Purchase option. I Should have checked that info beforehand, so technically my fault. Good enough discount however to have made a purchase with the rec taxes and everything.Staff was friendly and helpful.EVERY dispensary should carry and promote the safe cannabis pouches for customers with children in the home.

It pains me to write a mildly negative review, because I love Mission South Chicago. However, Mission Calumet City, does not come close. They lack customer service. I don’t mean to be a Karen, but they employ people who act like they hate working there, and it just disrupts the vibe. People tend to either completely ignore you, snap at you, or give you attitude for no reason, other than the fact that they’re having a bad day and want to go home. I get it. On the other hand, Mission South Chicago has always been welcoming and pleasant. Employees at Mission South Chicago will usually always tell you about deals, tell you your points, and are more lenient with letting you use your earned points, all while Mission Cal City does not. If you walk into Mission Calumet City, you may be completely ignored or snapped at, for no apparent reason, other than the fact that it’s Monday and raining, or Wednesday and sunny. You just never know. I wish Calumet City was a more pleasant dispensary to go into. They’re the equivalent of the DMV version of a dispensary.

It's ok, I typically end up getting the wrong products. I don't think they pay much attention to the details of the order. For example, I'll order orange flavored gummies, I get peach or grape or even the wrong brand because it's in a similar bag. Some of the people working there are cool, some aren't, some act like they'd rather not be helping you.

The female security here are so rude and have nasty attitudes. When you walk in they don’t speak and treat you as if you are inconveniencing them by being there. I’ve been there about four times and was greeted with this attitude every single time. I’ve been to their location in Chicago and every one was so nice. I don’t get why they act like that at this location but I will not be going back.

Taking my business elsewhere. I placed an order that showed the item was 30% off in my cart. I went through checkout and placed the order with the expected amount on the button stating "place order for $xx.xx". I arrived and waited in line outside for an hour then had to wait for another half-hour inside. When I got to the counter, the clerk gave me the full price for the item. I explained that there was a mistake and asked for a manager. The man that I spoke with told me that those prices were from last week and he would honor the price ONLY if I showed him a screenshot of what I seen when I placed my order (showing they COULD do it), knowing I was not lying. They ended up saying I was being difficult, when I just wanted what I had ordered and waited in line for... I then spoke with the store manager Emily and she said she'd give me the discount (again showing they COULD do it) if I showed a screenshot.. I explained how frustrating the whole ordeal was and they refused to make things right and at the end of the conversation she told me to "Have the day you deserve.."Terrible customer service.

Policies are not consistent regarding enrollment and discounts. Never had issues in the past at this same location, in the same week. Furthermore, they sold a defective battery, and instead of handling and change they are forcing customers to go through a long recovery process instead of acting as a responsible, reliable company that sells working products.If you want better customer and attentive service, visit the locations in Brookline Massachusetts and South Chicago.The Calumet City location changes policies daily, as they have already three times this week, and refuses to have a reasonable policy concerning defective products sold, under their own Mission brand name.Until then, I recommend finding another dispensary, that has consistent policies that do not change day by day, so as to provide a reliable, important service to its customers.
