Called to see if there was any openings for my mom she stated that there no sooner appointments for new patients I mentioned that my mom has been hospitalized twice if there was anything if she could please give us a call again she repeated herself and hung up on me. This happened twice. The third time I called I asked who I’m speaking to “Nadia” is her name and I asked “are you the one who keeps hanging up on me “ she said no but I recognized her voice so it was definitely her. This time she was very helpful. To anyone that works there reading this if you don’t like your job get yourself a new one obviously costumer service isn’t for you

I’m an entrepreneur that has no health coverage. Been paying out of pocket for as long as I can remember. I decided to try to use the county provided option on 127th. Upon picking up my prescription at the Pharmacy, I’ve encountered nothing but rudeness. Both times staff members were extremely rude. Constance Lewis was so rude I quickly thought about not getting my prescription but decided to continue to go through the transaction since it had been filled already. Some at this facility seem to treat you less than but not realize that MANY walks of life come through these types of facilities because of different reasons. Be careful how and who you’re nasty to because you never know their connections and what they do for a living. Your rudeness could cost you your little job.

Esmeralda did take care of me the moment she Saw me asked me if I need to be registered &helped me with my online portal and also explained to me how it worksThe last time I was here a different lady was working there and she didn't car and was on her phone all the time and after 2 hours waiting I told her I need to be registeredThis time Esmeralda the lady that works todayShe did care and she was super professionalShe made my day .Esmeralda Thank you so much you make a difference.
