I've had a few negative experiences at the Aurora location in the past, but Jess created a pleasant, and positive experience, which immensely out weighed any past discrepancies. Thank you so much for wasting my time by telling me in the end of my transaction that now the payment I always use is no longer accepted as you can’t get your card reader correct. I had such a good time being roped around by everyone and in the end not able to do my purchase. It was so great that no one could explain why the sudden change and I had to leave with no product. If I were starting a business, I’d make all my employees go to Zen Leaf Aurora just to see how quickly they get people through line and still show personality. We aren’t cattle to them. This week has not been bad at all at work. I take an edible on my way in and I’m calm until it’s time to go. So thankful.
