I come to this location in Aurora all the time and never been disappointed. The employees are always so helpful and nice but the only thing is that I wish around 5 rush hour they have more employees up front kuz there will be times that I've waited for 20 minutes and I put my order online and there would be only 2 employees up front and I ask where's the rest employees at and they say oh on lunch or break...well I know one thing is if I owed that shop no one at rush hour would be able to take breaks especially when there is a line. Just saying, but other than that I love the employees and the store...

There's been a couple times that a product was sold out when I got there after placing an online reservation and they more than made up for the mishap. Great customer service!! Prices could be a little cheaper, but the quality is always spot on. Make sure to join the rewards program and earn some discounts to save some green on your green! We had pre-ordered and came in during our pickup window only to find out that our items, which were the last of those items, had been sold to a walk-in, she quickly remedied the situation and got us on our way with smiles. Nice to see them make things right, quickly and without conflict! Better customer service than I get any where else, nowadays! Thank you guys! You're all great to work with.

I highly recommend shopping with them. The whole crew is a great vibe. The store is always clean and managed very well. I had got here before closing and didn’t even realize it and they didn’t even rush me out the door. They were so kind to continue to help me figure out what it was. I wanted and help me get as close to the price that I was trying to spend and the best deal that I could get, I always leave satisfied there. This place has been a blessing. My girlfriend and I visited this location as opposed to Zenleaf, which we've been going to for over 2 years due to familiarity. It was closer, but new so we were hesitant. The ID process was already seeming to be a step above in regards to making you feel welcome. We were called over by Tyler, our new best friend. Tyler did an amazing job in giving cannabis advice, financial advice, and life advice. I actually left in a better mood than I had been and it was not because of what I purchased.
