We've been coming to the store for almost 5 years we've had nothing but great experiences and some very helpful employees who go out of their way to help us with issues questions discounts prices never really feel rushed feeling welcome every time I come kind of like cheers where everybody knows your name feels very comforting it's nice that the employees can be nice and make sure your day is going good verses their own. I'm happy to leave this feedback for these wonderful employees I usually don't do this but they've gone out of their way many times to help us. With managers like Caitlyn and Sam ,Laura, and Christine. Maybe one or two more that I can't think of and I'm sorry if I remember I will edit, and cashiers like Lily ,Pally and brofo, danny, couple of Mexican guys that are cool as hell sorry ,I forgot your name and this other white kid with short hair. And a few people in the back of the house doing logistics thank you guys and girls. Thank you guys for making it easy for me to make my purchases and solve any issues I might have., And also the security guard named James and an older gentleman, are very helpful and nice and I had an issue that I didn't even know about that people came up behind me I wasn't sure what they were trying to do but security guard James was right there to protect me and my vehicle from potential fight theft and damage so thank you for going out of your way to you James for protecting me and my property.👍✌️🥰😤🤪.I look forward on great customer service and new products and discounts and low prices hopefully lol.P.S.. unfortunately with all this good there are a couple bad apples a manager named trix, and 2 cashier , I thought it was a fluke but then when it happened on multiple occasions I knew I had to say something I believe these particular 2 women do not like men!! I believe they are part of the illegal movement going on in the country currently. And they should keep their gender feelings at home in private where it belongs not at work.!!Medical side.

He is the sweetest! Such charisma and confidence with a kind heart. He is there, bringing his best and making the whole experience an enjoyable exchange. I came here for the first time and was very impressed by the wonderful customer service that was provided by Bosko. I think he’s a manager or has been trained really well. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some information on a new product that will be available soon. He took great care of me and greeted me like I was VIP. That was a good feeling. And I was sober. This was an early morning purchase. This so far has been the best Illinois dispensary customer experience I have had to this day. I’m glad I drove all the way from downtown Chicago to make my purchase here. I will be back. Great customer service. All I did was ask a simple question and he gave me more, good information than what I asked for. They had a great sale on their 1/2 oz’s too.

I've been in this place twice and both times I was taken care of by a guy named Chris/Kris. He is so very nice and very knowledgeable. What he suggested really works, I do feel better. But how he treated me is most important. If he's not there the next time I go I just might leave and come back when he is.Nice place. My new favorite dispensary.

This is my regular medical dispensary and they have always been awesome! They do their best to keep the line moving on busy days & are always willing to take time for questions. Went in today and Abe helped me take advantage of the price matching with no hassle, saving me $20! He also made sure I was able to get a product off the rec menu that wasn't available on the medical side. Always great service here!

Let me start with how Abe is amazing! A visit to this dispensary is ALWAYS 100x better if I get helped by this guy. He always has the most contagiously positive attitude, even when there's a line. He is one of the top reasons I keep coming back to this location. He has never let me down with a suggestion either.

Every time I go into the North Aurora Verilife I look for Tara. She has always been so knowledgeable and helpful. She has the best smile and her eyes light when I ask what she recommends today. I am never disappointed and have sent everyone I know to see Tara. She not only helps with my pain, she brightens my day.
