This was my first time at this shop. Jacob was my budtender and he was such a big help! Really glad he helped me make sure I had a battery before I left. He also made sure I understood what type of charger i would need (which I already have) since they were out. Will def be back!

The atmosphere inside of this place is super welcoming, outstandingly clean and very well put together. The big menus behind the bus tenders make it really easy to see what if being offered, and the kiosks are also really easy to navigate! All of the employees are nice, and so helpful. They really seem like they’re happy to be there! Rob especially!! And we love his hair.

When I went for the first time I called ahead to find deals and ask about products and the man that answered the phone was so friendly and informative. I was able to come in and navigate to the kiosk super easy, got my goods and got out with a smile on my face the whole time! It’s so clean and nice inside of the store too, plus the staff is really good at their jobs!!

I was in and out pretty fast for someone who had no idea what I wanted when I arrived. I was helped by Jerry he was very knowledgeable about the products in the store and helped me get the best deal for what I was look for. I really appreciate ya Jerry hope you’re there next time I come back man. The place is great, friendly staff even the door guys were really smooth. One of the better dispensaries I’ve been in and I’ve been in quite a few in atleast 4 different states. You guys keep doing what you do. I will definitely be coming back.

My first time since new ownership, and my experience wasn't that great to be honest.The bud-tender told me my total, which was $10 more than shown on my carts checkout page on the kiosk. Ironically, the customer facing screen wasn't working. After questioning, I got the correct total.While I understand they have no control over the taxes, it was disappointing that there was an attempt to charge me even more.I cannot wait to get back to Michigan where 1G cartridges are only $10.

Update, I like a lot of things, good prices, lots of choices, close to me, but the best thing about the Alton dispensary, the Bud tinder, he's always there, good person, as far as that goes they always look out for your satisfaction, well I got a 3,5 of the new medical flower, so hear it is, Yap it's goooodd, taste, smell, some how I don't remember to much, helped can't seem to remember the description of the product, just kidding, can you hear me now I say.

Haven’t been since they reopened as Terrace. I generally drive a decent distance for product, but it’s so nice to have a shop 10 minutes away!They have by far the most selection than any dispensary I frequent. Dawn was super helpful. They were sold out of a pre roll I wanted and she brought out a couple similar options to choose from. Great customer service and great shop!

This is the best dispensary in the area. Tonight I bought some of the Moon Walkers Galactic Ganja. It's a smooth hit with a good taste. For me it lessened my anxiety and helped with my depression. Helped me relax and fall asleep. Highly recommended.
