I ordered online and picked up in person. Upon arrival, I met the security guard at the front door and informed him it was my first time at Hatch.He was friendly and welcoming. He showed me where to go for online order pick-up.As for Robin, she checked my id and looked up my order. She was friendly as well... and double checked with me to make sure my order was correct.All in all, a good experience and I'll go back when I need some more!

This is a really nice store. I never have to wait long, especially when placing an order online first. They have a nice rewards program and there always seems to be other specials going on. Also, the staff is always really friendly. Definitely recommend.

I've been pointed in the right direction many times to find products that help not only pain with my autoimmune disease, but my anxiety as well. First of all I want to just say my overall experience was amazing. I am a regular customer and so is my girlfriend. We both love the staff and products of hatch. I want to elaborate on a specific employee of this establishment though. His name is Shun, a very personable young man. He went above and beyond with my questions which even extended as far as things outside of hatch. You can tell hatch has a very strict screening and choosing process in terms of hiring. What a bright and helpful young man. Thanks again for great experience, will continue to shop here.
