I visited this dispensary while I was visiting Chicago for Lollapalooza this year all the way from Arizona and it was the best experience ever. The staff was literally beyond amazing, literal angels on earth they made me feel so welcomed. Nora, Paige & Mikey are who I personally worked with and they were all so helpful, kind, and gave me the best customer service. This dispensary is so pretty and aesthetically pleasing but it’s the staff that makes this place a true gem! I can’t wait to visit next time I’m in Chicago!

My first time at Hatch. Checkin was fast and easy. The wait inside was short , two people ahead of me for medical. Dale was super. He went over my purchase, explained the various discounts and maximized my discounts. After he picked up my order he showed me each item so I could read the labels and verify the order was correct. Finally, he got me signed up for the rewards program. I had previously had trouble with the Hatch App not working for the rewards signup. This store is farther from my home than the nearest medical dispensary but in the future I will go the extra miles to buy at Hatch.

I want to elaborate on a specific employee of this establishment though. His name is Shun, a very personable young man. He went above and beyond with my questions which even extended as far as things outside of hatch. You can tell hatch has a very strict screening and choosing process in terms of hiring.
