I have been going to Earthmed since they first opened. Before arriving I place a Leafly order to expedite the pick up process. I have been very reluctant to post a negative review but enough is enough. Why are you checking every item I buy at the register and then AGAIN as you are putting the ties in a bag? it took 25 minutes for my simple pick up order and then as my items were being triple checked this dude is back there dancing while I am growing more and more frustrated with the wasted time at the dispensary. Its one thing to be a dispensary, its another thing to employ people wasted out of their minds while they are supposed to be at work. How about waiting until you get home to blaze up instead of getting high before and during work hours. Too much wasted time at Earthmed, time to find a new dispensary. Paula, look up my purchases and you will see that I am a good customer. Clean out the hardcore potheads that are ruining your business.

This place is awesome! Used to go to hatch but started coming here for the good sales, they have stizzy bogo often which I like, never have had a bad product from here! They are also the sweetest staff ever, today they were handing out roses to all us girls. I just took an edible. Love this place. Also all the scam 1 star reviews on here are from a different online weed ordering site that scams people. Earthmed isn’t affiliated
My experience…..not one aspect of the advertising was true. This product did not help ED or enhance my health in any way. Definately a waste of money for me. BE AWARE THAT YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR AN ON-GOING RENEWAL NOT JUST A ONE-TIME PAYMENT AND IT GOES ON UNTIL YOU CALL AND CANCEL THE AUTO RENEWAL!!!I am a type one diabetic and it screwed up my blood sugar levels and made it very difficult to regulate my high blood sugar.I find myself wondering if this business pays for good reviews, otherwise how do they get them?FINAL WORD, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE LIES AND PROMISES!
I have encountered the nicest humans at this location. Every time I go in, there is an employee who makes my day by our interaction. They also have good sales (10% off all vapes on Wednesdays is my favorite) & you can now pay with Aeropay when you order online, making it even easier. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes to pick up my order here either.
Worst medical place I have been to.Parking is sketchy. Employees are nice, but widely clueless. Mostly not the employees fault, as the businesses system is designed to make money not to help the customer. Cashiers dont even know the price of items until after you pay for them and they act weird when you ask prices... Worst of all their prices advertised are WRONG. I was overcharged like $15 bruh. They also double charged me for atm fee. Also, their product is MIDS at best. There are so many better options. PLEASE do not go here you will regret it.
The product wasn’t a problem but they never told me on the phone I was signing up for a subscription service. Plus I had order the buy three get three free at a discounted price. Then a month later I received my first monthly supply and was immediately concerned. So I called EarthMed customer service and she was adamant that there would be no refund and she wasn’t even concerned that the CSR didn’t inform me that it was a subscription and that I would just have to suffer the loss. I asked her who in their right mind would have 6 bottles a month ordered? She in a very rude and uncaring reply was that was not their problem. After several minutes of trying to get a reasonable response I realized that they were a huge company and I was just a nobody, they got their money and I was out in the cold scammed out of $239+. They mislead you and take your hard earned money and don’t care that they have treated you unfairly with disrespect and rudeness. They are liars, cheats, unethical and corrupt in their dealings with the public, their customer base.
DO NOT BUY ON LINE!!!!!!! It’s a very frustrating company.. if you buy from them on line they will charge you again as if you signed upped for a subscription and I assure you I did not. You will not receive any notification that your card will be charged so you can deny it. Again do not trust them!!! All they care about is the money….As far as the product is I am still reviewing it however, at this time I can not tell a difference in my mood or body but I am aware that not all products out there works well with me.
I do not need drama, especially when it comes to my medication, and my money.Last week, I found a great deal online, and when I went into the store to purchase, I was charged a different price. When I told the representative that I needed to address the price discrepancy with the manager, I was given a relayed message that they would be able to apply the online price, just this once. If there was a price discrepancy again, I would have to pay the higher price.That is BAD BUSINESS, and seems like a bait-and-switch scam to get people into the store for one price, just to be up-charged at the register.The week before, a manager used profanity and rude speech to the representative who needed assistance with my transaction. It made feel extremely uncomfortable, and unsettled about interacting with the staff.Once again, I do not need drama, especially when it comes to my medication and my money.
I love this dispensary. Anthony made my birthday so extremely special but giving a shout out as soon as he read my ID. It made me feel so special. His energy, kindness and passion for people really brings so much value to earthmed.
Just like another customer I wanted to just get the bottle for 39.99 but got scammed and they took 249.00 dollars from my account.I am a senior and on fixed income.they took my bill money. 😢 Don't trust them.They are not here to help you they just Want your money .they wouldn't refund my money.Never never again will i order from this company. Be ware .
Around 2 years I've been going to this place. Parking is chaotic but I overlook it. However recently, 11/29/23, I was shocked that an employee/manager that I've interacted with many, many times was working a register and this woman proceeded to treat me as if she didn't know me! Please note:I wear pretty much the same type clothing all the time.Bemused and offended, I asked her "You don't recognize me"?She looked at me strangely and said she did NOT know me. I have been in this place minimum of a hundred times.As a manager, how do you not know your customer base? I'm speaking directly to this employee now.Maybe you were having a bad day but you were rude, disrespectful and dismissive to a good customer. If I can find my favorite somewhere else, I won't come back.Ironically, the next person in line was greeted with their name and a "how was your Thanksgiving?I guess as a regular customer I'm not deserving enough for a friendly greeting. Hey redhead, I even gave you a $3 tip you didn't deserve. Only reason being that I treat people with respect. I don't think you got that memo, ma'am.Overall, this incident left me feeling, insulted, offended and considering the thousands of dollars I've spent there, pretty unappreciated.
Very friendly staff. Everyone is very helpful. They do seem to have slightly higher prices than the competition. But they always have various specials and deals going on that can reduce the amount of money spent.
The parking lot alone makes this place 2 star. It's chaotic and difficult to park, which is frustrating when there's other nearby options that don't have this problem.Today I stood in line for so long that I walked out without buying anything. The line moved 2 people in 10 minutes, which is ridiculous, especially when there were still 7 people in front of me. I have never had that happen in another dispensery, with the exception of early covid. I don't mind waiting in line, but it was just held up because the customers were chatting with the employees while everyone stood there waiting. No one needs to hear a 5 minute story about your daughter's dog's surgery, and the employees need to move the line along.
It's a scam! Your car will be debited $130 a month first month second month before you realize it. Plus the 39.99 special you thought you were getting do not do. Please please please!!!
I went on their website today to order a product that I researched online. I felt like this product would really help with my back pain and my sleep issues. The website had a promotion it said get 6 bottles for $39.99 which was a great deal. So I placed my order and then checked my email for the order confirmation email. I didn't receive it, checked all my spam folders and waited a bit longer. Then I finally decided to login to my banking app. I was shocked when I saw 2 transactions for them for the amounts of $239.99 and $59.99. That's $300 they took from me when my order showed $39.99. I immediately called them and the guy was super rude. I told him the issue, gave him my name and email. I told him the order was $39.99 and I wanted the order canceled and a full refund. He said they couldn't cancel the order and could only refund me $149.99. I was livid and asked what kind of company is this? I said so you can take my money but you can't refund me! I ended up hanging up on him and calling my bank. I explained the situation and told them this was fraud and they scammed me out of money! DO NOT order online from this company unless you want them to take your hard earned money!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
I visited here while in town for a concert and wanted to try some of the local flavors. I was staying in Lombard and didn't know where to go, a quick google search led me here. I was not disappointed at all! Even knowing I was not an IL resident and not going to be that "regular customer", both of the associates that assisted me went above and beyond to give me the info I wanted. Quality was A+. Although I am a resident of a legal state and have no problem getting a quality product...I went back the next day before I left town to go back home. Highly recommended!
I can't say enough good things about this dispensary (Addison Location). The staff is incredibly friendly & knowledgeable, They always go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy. Special thanks to George & Felicity, They were both so helpful and kind, they really went above and beyond to make my experience 5 stars. I would highly recommend this dispensary to anyone looking for top-notch service and products.
I am so glad a coworker suggested I check this dispensary out. As a first time customer, I was highly impressed by how the whole place was spaced out and the customer service was over the top. I didn't feel bad asking questions because everyone made you feel comfortable and now, I definitely plan to come back in the future. If you are looking for a place to check out, I would highly recommend you giving them a try. Parking is in the back and along the side of the building. They had a great selection of products to choose from and their glass wear was priced really well and if you are looking for something for your collection, their prices are worth stopping by. Also, for a first-time shopper they offer 25% off your 1st order, so you can't go wrong giving them a try. Appreciate the whole staff!!!
