It was an absolutely phenomenal experience for us! We were blown away by all the staff. From meeting Tommy at the door who sang for us and our lovely bud tender, Kacy, we were treated with respect and kindness. We enjoyed conversing with everyone and a shout out to Monique and Jennifer too! The store was impeccably clean and well laid out. We loved the mural esp. the 3D space galaxy and the gorgeous oceanic mural with the creative clouds. We are truly grateful to meet you guys and look forward to seeing you all again!🤗

Great shop and staff. Monique is super friendly and knows her stuff. They also always make sure we get the discounts or the deals or know about them at least and I appreciate it and never have to ask about military discount cause she got me 🤙🏽

I swear, anything that could go wrong, did! I walked in with my expired card and they were so nice. The gentle hearted door/security guy and the woman checking me in patiently waited while I stepped aside and found the right card. I was welcomed by a sistah who made me feel like we were the best of friends. She treated me with aloha, asked questions about what I needed and found me the perfect matches. The other woman working the counter also made really helpful suggestions. I felt genuinely taken care of. Then, my card wouldn't work. She tried to run it every which way for me, but I ultimately had to go to the cash machine. Throughout all this, she never seemed bothered or annoyed and she joked with me the whole time. Despite everything going wrong, I actually had a great time...as usual with this place 🥰
