I've been coming here over the last 3-4 years but NEVER did I have a bad experience with any of them including the one captured in a photo in a posted review. Perhaps you were having a bad day, maybe a little groggy cuz you was jonezin, or maybe you arrive all the time like me with a sunny disposition eager to get the best deal for my money? I've never seen it!
I had a very disappointing experience at Cure Oahu, and unfortunately, it seems I’m not alone. After reading other negative reviews, I noticed a common theme — the security guard or doorman. Sadly, I encountered the same issue.From the moment I arrived, the guard was extremely rude and unwelcoming. He questioned me aggressively, even pointing his finger at me and asking things like, “Did you press this button? What did it say?” He then insisted I read the rules out loud and held me there far longer than necessary. The entire interaction felt uncomfortable and inappropriate.In the end, I decided to grab my ID and leave. I won't be returning. The experience left me feeling humiliated and disrespected.Cure Oahu needs to take these repeated complaints seriously. No one should be treated this way, especially when you are working at the dispensary!
Sharice was very helpful and friendly, she greeted me and checked me in with a smile. She knew her products and was very pleasant to deal with. I would come back just to see her again. On the down side, the security was rude and the prices are among the highest on the island. 5 stars for Sharice herself though.
Alan is wonderful! Today was my first time at this dispensary. He was so kind and welcoming. He made great recommendations and was so helpful. He was also just so personable and easy to talk to. I felt like I was chatting with an old friend. Thank you for an awesome experience!

Friendly service and great product. The prices can be a bit higher, but the cure of the flower is a bit better than other stores. The humidity is less dry, which used to make it more grassy, but they've fixed that. Other stores have good potency as well, but the cure results in a lot of dry dust that burns more rapidly and cleaner - drier stuff is a bit easier to clean out of things, humid stuff tends to be better rolled.
I love the staff here! They’re always so friendly and down to earth. Sky was super warm and very communicative. Sky explained promotions happening, as well as personal recommendations. I really enjoy being able to have good insightful conversations, and Sky fulfilled that! 10/10 (also there were so many cool free stickers!!)
Kyle-Ann is absolutely fantastic! Super knowledgeable, very friendly and genuine. Highly recommend this neighborhood favorite spot.
It was my first time at Cure. The place is huge and really nice. I like their setup. Tony was very helpful and also the Manager dude. Shaun I think was his name? They were all great. Will definitely be back
I am confused 🤔Over the last month or so established staff members have been disappearing. New staff members have been slowly increasing. Never asked to take part in a questionnaire over the last six months as I never noticed significant changes in products or customer service.Now, more new than old staff and suddenly I am asked to rate the new staff, why ? and for what purpose?My favorite people are gone already and the new people don't know me or my purchase preferences. I now have to reeducate every staff member I encounter.Maybe if there WAS a business problem, I wasn't directly aware of it, but I am now.I have NOT seen a large variety of cannabis products like beverages, chocolates, gummies or optional accessories which are NOT related to the staffs customer service, that's an administrative issue like following up on industry updates and product training.It's about covering a broader range of medical product options for your patients isn't it? Sad
Caitlin was great; pleasant, she looked nice, and acted professionally. She described the products I was interested in very well; she's super personable. I bought more products than I was planning when I went in, though I didn't feel the least pressure to do so.Caitlin's a good salesperson!
