Best service ever! I walked in with a cane, tired. "I had to learn how to walk again, MS" The cashier went out of her way to get a chair for me to sit in! Wow, I didn't see that happening. She was so acknowledged in the products. As I sat there viewing their menu, relaxed, We were able to talk everything out thoroughly to get what I needed. Class A without a doubt! Pre-ordered online, when I got there they said the soda I had order were full price despite online and the sign in the window saying otherwise 🤣. So I had them remove the product. Then when they gave me the new price, I had to correct them that it should be thirty dollars less, they refused to listen to me and charged me the wrong amount. When I finally had access to the receipt 🧾 I showed that I was right and they weren't apply their advertised prices correctly. Then they had to cancel my order, refund bank account and then start all over, wasting another 20 minutes of my time. They offered no compensation for all their errors, mistakes, and time wasting.

I can't give them 5 stars simply for the fact the prices in Hawaii in general are outrageous!! They have a fine store and staff is pleasant.I come from Michigan and Colorado which are both recreational legal and Med states. The experience is wildly different; not unpleasant, just different. I'm sure I'll get used to it😁

The young guy here is always nice. Folks, don't get mad at thc levels in edibles or other products. The employees DO NOT make the products, they are there to sell. Always MAKE SURE you get the correct order. Simple human error, don't get mad at anyone. This place always treat me good from the security person to window person to budtender. 5 stars. If you don't like it go elsewhere.

If you don't believe me wait till it's you that has a problem.Don't wait till there is a problem for them to do you dirty look around and support businesses that take care of thier customers.This place poorly managed. They always have many people working but most time leave you waiting at window.Then you go in and bud tender does not specify the daily deal so you see things on menu labeled the same. You choose your product as a customer the bud tender doesn't show you anything or explain anything and puts product in bag. You leave and realize bud tender put wrong product in bag. Go back within 5 min of leaving.They say oh sorry nothing we can do. Literally we are sorry for the mistake but we can't do anything for you to make it right. What a joke. I spend a couple hundred dollars there a month and they can't fix a mistake thier budtender made.You lost my business. This place is not worth my time or my money.
