I have been a customer since 2019. At one point in time, all the locations stopped free gifts. I often come back every once in a while to see any updates. I walk into the store on the 31st because I see a sign that says “gifts” on the front of the building.A buck tooth guy is standing at the counter. After walking through the store, I didn’t see anything I was looking for. I ask few non-confusing and specific questions like “did you guys figure out your court issue (there used to be a sign outside that said to continue to support the business for legal issues, and for that reason, I would buy things that I definitely didn’t need, just to support the business)“did you find out how to utilize I-71 bill/clause”.“Did you guys completely stop, as in, out of the business completely and taking a different route as a Brand or did they separate the business to a dispensary”? (I even gave a complement on how great the product was because I would like some more and haven’t been able to find a quality product to match it and have been waiting for years wondering when they would continue, I also asked if they would make socks again because I miss the socks). My goal as a was simple to find out what happened in the past, what is going to happen in the future, if the product I was inquiring about exists and if so, where can I get it. The guy at the counter acts like everything I asked is a big secret! His response to all my questions were individually was “we don’t gift, idk what to tell you”. Nothing more, nothing less. I believe my questions were clear and concise with the understanding of asking for an update of the business. The buck tooth guy at the counter asks me what business or company am I with and what am I trying to find out. (the way he asked was weird, very accusatory). I tell him I’m just a costumer asking about a product they used to have. He ask’s if I’m a cop about 2-3 times.I say no, laughed and show him my ID (Hawaii) and my Bank Card. He says “anybody can go get an ID”. (What does that even mean?) At this point I realize the education system has failed this young man. I ask him does he understand my question because idk what in the world he is taking about. He then states “we do not gift, we aren’t secretly hiding anything or have hidden it somewhere else, why are you coming in here asking all these questions about someone business” blah blah blah. So clearly he is paranoid about something and took the conversation left field.That was the furthest thing on my mind. I just want the old Wash Hydro back. I told him if I went to Burger King and ask about their french fries and buns, no one would ask me if I’m a cop. I ask for the manager and he says you’re talking to him. I ask him how long he has been manager because I have never seen him before (I think he was lying). Once again, ignores my questions. I hope me being black had nothing to do with this. I felt disrespected that all I did was spark up a conversation and his response is to assume some make-believe issues that only exists in his head and ultimately ignore my questions because of HIS own misunderstanding.This company and location as a whole has been nothing but a great experience for me and in less than 10 mins, an ignorant person ruin it all for me. He tries to shake my hand, I curse at him as I’m leaving. Word of advice, if someone asks you a question about your businesses, don’t jump to conclusions. And why those type conclusions out of anything??? I honest to god don’t know what that man’s problem was. It it was very disrespectful and I am starting to see now why ppl in DC are so quick to anger

Totally incapable of understanding what demand is, always out of key product. You should probably call ahead to confirm they have a product especially if you live across the river. If you can get it, their product is pretty good but overpriced. One star because the last five times I have stopped by they were out. Don’t waste your time and look at other places like Relva.

Was visiting from Montreal, Canada. Passed by randomly by this cute little store and i was like “why not?” . The ladies were super duper nice and knowledgeable. Grabbed 4 of the products and let me tell ya. It’s really good. Pricey compared to where i live but who cares? Oh and by the way, the t-shirts they have are freaking awesome, so freaking cool. Highly recommend for tourist, just make sure you bring your ID or passport just in case, they accept cash or debit. Will definitely pass by again.Purple Urkle made me to do this.Ps. Terrible horrible management. They don’t even have clean stores. These owners want you to pay 42 dollars for ugly t shirts and give you a very small amount of cannabis as gift. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Horrible prices on glass that have bugs on them and that I hear breaks so fast. Save your time dont waste your money on this business if you are looking for cannabis you are better off going somewhere else besides here and don’t even go to the other stores DC GLASS GALLERY on Connecticut and Georgetown awful stores. 0 STARS if I could

Very disappointed with the "gift" I got for purchasing two shirts for the price of $90. Many people have told me they get 1 flower gift for each shirt you get, but not me. Probably because I'm a newbie and from Maryland. It was my first time there. Got me good. Or bad however you view things.Also, one of the employees was kind of spaced out doing nothing but standing still... I asked him a question and he didn't hear me or didn't want to respond.
