If it were possible to give a negative rating, I would. The communication issues at this location are ongoing and extremely frustrating. The front desk staff and the counter staff do not seem to communicate with each other, and the result is constant misinformation.On my most recent visit, I called ahead to ask if a specific item was in stock and was told yes. When I arrived, I asked again at the medical desk before checking in and was again told they had it. After waiting and getting to the actual counter, I was suddenly informed that the item was not available. This kind of inconsistency is unacceptable.If an item is not in stock, just say so. What is incredibly disappointing is the lack of accurate information and the appearance that staff are guessing rather than checking. It creates an environment where customers cannot trust what they’re being told.I understand this location receives steady business because it is the only option in town, but that should not excuse poor management or repeated customer service issues. Experiences like this make me question whether I can rely on this location in the future, and that’s unfortunate.

I came in to hello fresh for the first time and the gentleman that help me was every helpful Tawn and he was very very helpful and with me having anxiety issues he was very quick and got me in and out he really did care I wish more places had people like this. Thank you for being so kind .

Been there 2 times now and they are very nice and helpful. Cart prices are higher than anywhere else, unless you do the deal 3 for 99 recreational or 4 for 99 medical. That makes it not bad price wise but the taste has been the best I've had yet. All in all they are nice good choices decent prices.

The best dispensary I have been to between DE, NJ, and MD. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The bud has been nothing but top notch. I have tried all but 1 or 2 rec strains and none have disappointed. They also have reasonable prices on grinders, bongs, dab rigs, bowls, accessories, etc etc. check them out you will not be disappointed.
