So because my medical card expired, they took off my military discount and didn't bother to tell me that it doesn't apply anymore until after the transaction LOL so I bought an 8th of flower (papaya x mendo) and it was super dry and harsh, like all the other strains I've had here. I've genuinely never had a good experience with their flower and this was the nail in the coffin for me. Employees are super nice, but they deserve to work for a company who cares more about their products and not their profits. See ya!

Good weed and Michael was very helpful, but the lady with the chopped up, red, bad hair dye has a nasty attitude in regards to the review for a discount. I had no clue that they discontinued the coupon. I felt like I needed to continuously apologize to Michael for how she treated him. Overall nice place friendly people but they need to keep homegirl in the back.

I had a really disappointing experience at The Farm Weed Dispensary. The front desk staff was extremely rude and condescending when I asked questions about how the store works. Instead of providing clear guidance, I was met with an attitude like I should already know their unique ordering process — which I wasn’t informed about beforehand. When I pushed back against the tone, I was asked to leave.As a customer, I expect respect, patience, and at least some product knowledge from the staff. Unfortunately, none of that was present during my visit. There are plenty of dispensaries that treat their customers better, and I won’t be returning here.

Great spot, quick in quick out. Friendly staff, good pricing. Went in for recreational purposes, only draw back is the inventory seems a little limited compared to some other places. That being said, it's still new fo recreational sales, and I'm sure they'll add more down the line. All In all, I will be going back for sure.

Always greeted at the security door with a smile each & every single time. (As excepted right? But, just think of any other experience you had walking into a store without a greeting, it makes a difference. Can completely change your day.) They've always got deals, make sure to check their website & find out what they're offering on which day or just pop in, whatever floats your boat! It's clean, in a good area, great parking, as mentioned, great staff. Can't say enough good things. If you end up checking it out, you won't regret it!

The Farm in New Castle awesome. The staff is wonderful. They are extremely knowledgeable about various products and beyond kind and courteous. Their products are some of the best in DE. I have not had any of the type of issues with their products that I have encountered with other dispensaries. I have suggested this place many times to anyone and everyone who has a medical card.

Pens are discounted on certain days of the week.I did not like Pre-Rolls, there mix with CBDCompare Too:First State Compassion - too HighTwisted- Too HighField Supply- Basic $40 , limited Option of flower ,pens $40Dankshop, - street prices and street strains. There was a sale but I didn't get the sale price, after I left I check the site again, the sale was still on going. Not sure if I'll be back.*** Update ***I decided to go back, the staff is great, so far no issues. Everyone deserves another chance! Great options to choose from. Give it a try!

This is regarding the New Castle location. I would not recommend spending your money there. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. But that aside, my major complaint is that the employees don’t seem to understand that it is illegal to refuse a refund for defective products and that information regarding refunds and exchanges must be made available to customers. I definitely envision litigation in this business’s future.
