The absolute worst selection I've ever seen in a dispensary. No indica flower? Really? That's like going to Starbucks and they say they don't carry coffee, just tea. No preroll packs? ...booooo. Staff were nice though. Oh how I miss Cali...😭

Compared to its competitor Columbia Care and Maryland dispos, Thrive has a minimal selection, poor quality and very weak flower (potency) for what you pay you might as well drive to OC and get good quality and potent flower.On a good day you might be able to grab something around 24% THC, and that’s if it’s even accurate labeling. With many years of experience I can tell you not much I’ve gotten here has had any potency.HiTide and Positive Energy and Colombia Care has items upward of 30-45% THC with numerous brands.Here you get Natures Heritage basically which is well known for quality control issues and moldy dirt tasting product.I understand recreational just started Aug 1 and it needs time to build inventory selections but you’re charging premium prices for low-mid grade.Got tired of being ripped off for convenience. Staff is nice it’s not their fault.

Had to wait awhile for someone to help me. Understandable since medical users come first. When I finally got help the bud tender was unclear about the differences of the products. When I got it home and looked in my bag it was taffy and I explicitly said gummy. Also did not get a senior discount. Buyer beware.

Normally I have an excellent experience here. But today for Labor Day the posted closing time was 6 PM. I was outside with 2 other people at 5:40 and the door was locked. Tried calling and no one answered. There was no sign saying that they decided to close early. No one came out to let us know what was going on. We all checked and on the website it said “Closes at 6:00” Eventually we all left. But not good customer service to post closing time and then close early with no reason as to why, or indication that they were actually closed.

The only good thing left about this place is the staff, they are wonderful.I used to LOVE this place and would pay a slight premium to come here as a medical patient. I did that because this product and employees were worth the few extra bucks. They completely sold out on their medical patients within a day of being recreational. They sent emails and saying how they would always prioritize their med patients because they built this business on their backs. They raised prices significantly, took away most of the discounts for medical patients and the ones they kept they put on higher price product. Medical patients can find better deals and care elsewhere.I did reach out directly to management to voice my concerns and try to have a productive conversation on how they could treat their medical patients better, but received no response. Recreational took so long in Delaware because they didn’t want to affect medical patients access and affordability, thrive completely dumped their med patients with no second thought.

This is the first time being in a Dispensary. I am so glad I looked up Thrive and decided to visit. Upon entering I was greeted by Theresa to whom I explained my diagnosis and my desire to relieve anxiety and many questions as to what I may need to try to know what products to purchase. She was very kind, had a gentle demeanor, and started showing me blends and products in detail. She provided a contact at another location for patient questions and support which I will be using in the near future. She also had me working with Tyler at the counter who was fantastic as well. Very cool vibe and genuine engagement. He really gave me good insight on selection and what I aimed for also helping me find what product would be best for me. Both Tyler and Theresa were really great and patient with my questions, showing me regard and care which built my confidence to buy. I was helped also at the counter by a kind gentlemen I believe his name was Tavarous but if I am incorrect I apologize, he helped select a device and screens sharing how to use them and why they are beneficial, he too knows the product and spoke highly of the brands. Everyone overall made this experience great, and is why I will return to see them again at Thrive. Excited to share feedback soon! In addition the store was very busy, everyone did a great job servicing customers but also making sure my questions were answered, for that I appreciate them and want to acknowledge the excellence in service provided. Dee was exceptionally rude and came at me with an attitude for simply asking a question regarding an item they are providing to their patients. The front check-in staff member then decided to chime in and enable Dee’s behavior. Not really sure why FSC is treating their patients like they are the problem for asking a question about what’s being provided and sold to them? Will not be returning and I encourage other medical patients to seek their medication elsewhere. Seriously in shock that I just had this experience.

Terrible experience. The woman at the window was unpleasant. My first visit with new card I couldn’t read the screens to order and could her no help. When I said I am visually impaired she said she never heard of that. At Columbia compassion I got the help I needed and set up for future.

Would have given a 0 if I could. Not sure why anyone would put up with First State Compassion. The 5 star reviews are from employees not customers. Walking in, the manager talks about you. Employees make you feel like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. Terrible customer service. They have contests without having the prizes ever. Their prices are ridiculous. I live close to First State Compassion but will be going to a different dispensary from now on.

I must say that their website design makes ordering, filtering preferences, seeing the actual terpenes/percentage, and placing an order so much more simpler than others. The staff are kind, generous with their time, and looking for deals for you where they can. I appreciate having this dispensary so close by. New Bank card tried multiple times and not able to be read. Asked to try different machine, with same results. The ATM to withdraw funds was the only option with a $3 surcharge. I can't afford that, and my card worked when I went to get cash out without a surcharge later that day.The time, gas, and effort I wasted for what appears to be no reason other than them wanting me to pay the $3 extra for the ATM is rediculous.It appears to me that their' customer service is only as good as you have been to them recently. For example, if you have even the slightest problem with your' order and they are having a bad day; cut your losses before they start to give you vape cartridges that leak, stop working, plug up, or a combination there of!!

I got a message 4 minutes before they closed ! I didn't make it until 9am the next morning when they opened and they had already cancelled. I like going to 1st state compassion versus the farm and Columbia care because their cartridges are $70 instead of a 100 but it is very difficult to get their discount program that is offered at other locations and based on income. The shatter at 1st date compassion is higher quality then the Amber brand at Columbia cayeah and much cheaper at $63 a gram. Unlike other locations they do not have stacking discounts which is inconvenient because other locations are offering multiple discounts. If you like Dabbing definitely try buying their $2 banger I use an E rig but for $2 it's a great deal. They do a wheel offering discounts and product about twice a month similar to how Columbia care does every week on Saturday. I've bought a faulty disposable cartridge and returned it with no problem and got a replacement.

Prison-like. The receptionist is wonderful. Everyone else is horrible. Example: you request a new patient orientation online by choosing day and times available. You don't hear back from them until it's too late for those times so that you'll have to choose another day so they can go home. They check their watches every 5 minutes. I have been in Lewes for 2 years now. I have provided this location thousands of dollars in business, as a consistent paitient. Over all staff is warm, and product is decent at the price. However customer service, especially of the management is less than accommodating. The last week of September i made a bulk order as I typically do. I always pick up the $25-$30 disposable carts as they are convient, and easy pick me ups through out my weeks. After ordering I opened the cart at home to use it to no sucess. It would not hit. I shrugged it off at the time and decided in a few weeks i'd bring it in to show them the issue.(Little Sister's wedding to attend or I'd go right away) Manager Brittney working the front claimed my cart was empty and this is why it was not working. I insisted that, I recieved it in this condition. She acted as if I was disorganized or disingenuous. I had to work shortly after my transaction, I did not have time for a back and forth. I called out of frustration and was met with Brittney on the phone spinning some narative about having to prove inevntory on returns and not being able to ship willimington back an empty cart. Even if that is the case my loyality of customer quality was well more than $25. No one can convince me she couldn't of offered anything in loyal points or something. Actually an absurd practice, that will use you for all you are worth, and then deny the basic prinicples of customer care. I work damn hard and do not need a free cheap disposable. Do not insult customer integrity and inteligence for your policies. You would fail in my business.

Had been giving them a five star but have in last month dropped it to a 3 last 2 sales even if ordering at 10 in morning at day sale starts have very little product that I use .also last sale was buy a .5 gram vape get a .3 gram vape free the free one lasted about 20 puffs and quit you can see oil inside half full .but I would have to ride 40 minute there and 40 minutes back to exchange it in the 3 days they allow for problems with vape.. I will never buy one of there disposable vapes .sure wish fresh delaware had opened in geirgetown

I LOVE this specifically about their staff. Kylie and one other woman there are helpful. Don't expect to get what you ordered. They do not hold your online order for you, and more often than not, the medicine is not the same THC levels as labeled on the website. They say they are friendly towards Veterans, but when I drive an hour each way in beach traffic to get my meds they do not have what I ordered. Delaware is behind the curve once again. They hardly ever have amounts over 1/4 so they can make as much money as possible. Don't waste your money on a card.

Would have given a 0 if I could. Not sure why anyone would put up with First State Compassion. The 5 star reviews are from employees not customers. Walking in, the manager talks about you. Employees make you feel like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. Terrible customer service. They have contests without having the prizes ever. Their prices are ridiculous. I live close to First State Compassion but will be going to a different dispensary from now on.

The selection is not only the best in Delaware, but better than most recreational places in other states as well. Your pricing is insane. $350 for an oz at 26%. You can legally buy 30% in west Oc for $280 an oz. Better quality and lower pricing in west Oc so why would I ever buy from your company again?

I must say that their website design makes ordering, filtering preferences, seeing the actual terpenes/percentage, and placing an order so much more simpler than others. The staff are kind, generous with their time, and looking for deals for you where they can. I appreciate having this dispensary so close by. New Bank card tried multiple times and not able to be read. Asked to try different machine, with same results. The ATM to withdraw funds was the only option with a $3 surcharge. I can't afford that, and my card worked when I went to get cash out without a surcharge later that day.The time, gas, and effort I wasted for what appears to be no reason other than them wanting me to pay the $3 extra for the ATM is rediculous.It appears to me that their' customer service is only as good as you have been to them recently. For example, if you have even the slightest problem with your' order and they are having a bad day; cut your losses before they start to give you vape cartridges that leak, stop working, plug up, or a combination there of!!

Going down hill fast !Never have anything stocked, and are now canceling your ordere if you don't pick up same day ... my order was placed and they accepted it. I got a message 4 minutes before they closed ! I didn't make it until 9am the next morning when they opened and they had already cancelled. Seriously?Note ... they are charging 2.5% fee for sales on a credit card and they are ALSO no longer taking American Express. Either completely fake thc capsules or whoever made this batch ruined it. Ended up taking five 20mg thc caps after the first two didn't do anything and four hours later, still nothing. Altogether, that's 140mg and seven hours with absolutely no effect.

I like going to 1st state compassion versus the farm and Columbia care because their cartridges are $70 instead of a 100 but it is very difficult to get their discount program that is offered at other locations and based on income. The shatter at 1st date compassion is higher quality then the Amber brand at Columbia cayeah and much cheaper at $63 a gram. Unlike other locations they do not have stacking discounts which is inconvenient because other locations are offering multiple discounts. If you like Dabbing definitely try buying their $2 banger I use an E rig but for $2 it's a great deal. They do a wheel offering discounts and product about twice a month similar to how Columbia care does every week on Saturday. I've bought a faulty disposable cartridge and returned it with no problem and got a replacement.

Prison-like. The receptionist is wonderful. Everyone else is horrible. Example: you request a new patient orientation online by choosing day and times available. You don't hear back from them until it's too late for those times so that you'll have to choose another day so they can go home. They check their watches every 5 minutes. That kind of passive aggressive junk.

I have been in Lewes for 2 years now. I have provided this location thousands of dollars in business, as a consistent paitient. Over all staff is warm, and product is decent at the price. However customer service, especially of the management is less than accommodating. The last week of September i made a bulk order as I typically do. I always pick up the $25-$30 disposable carts as they are convient, and easy pick me ups through out my weeks. After ordering I opened the cart at home to use it to no sucess. It would not hit. I shrugged it off at the time and decided in a few weeks i'd bring it in to show them the issue.(Little Sister's wedding to attend or I'd go right away) Manager Brittney working the front claimed my cart was empty and this is why it was not working. I insisted that, I recieved it in this condition. She acted as if I was disorganized or disingenuous. I had to work shortly after my transaction, I did not have time for a back and forth. I called out of frustration and was met with Brittney on the phone spinning some narative about having to prove inevntory on returns and not being able to ship willimington back an empty cart. Even if that is the case my loyality of customer quality was well more than $25. No one can convince me she couldn't of offered anything in loyal points or something. Actually an absurd practice, that will use you for all you are worth, and then deny the basic prinicples of customer care. I work damn hard and do not need a free cheap disposable. Do not insult customer integrity and inteligence for your policies. You would fail in my business.

Had been giving them a five star but have in last month dropped it to a 3 last 2 sales even if ordering at 10 in morning at day sale starts have very little product that I use .also last sale was buy a .5 gram vape get a .3 gram vape free the free one lasted about 20 puffs and quit you can see oil inside half full .but I would have to ride 40 minute there and 40 minutes back to exchange it in the 3 days they allow for problems with vape.. I will never buy one of there disposable vapes .sure wish fresh delaware had opened in geirgetown

I look forward to visiting FSC each month. It is extremely clean. The staff is always friendly, pleasant and ready, willing, and able to please. They are also knowledgeable and caring w/attention to your specific requests/needs.I emphasize that because some dispensaries make you feel 'hurried', but I do not feel that at FSC.They have the best discounts in the state, throughout the month, and the product is always exceptional.I love the broad scope of their FLOWER selection. I take it to 'task' every chance I get, and there is something for everyone. I specifically like the fact that it isn't too dried out and that they leave a 'tad' of that natural trim on it.They 'gently' suggest items, but respect your comfort zone immensely. I LOVE this specifically about their staff. Although the staff is extremely professional, as they should be, I do enjoy trying to break them out a little with my crazy sense of humor.I am old school and I speak on what I know and my experience with FSC. I like to roll my FLOWER, sit back and enjoy it with some old tunes. This, in my opinion, is the truest test of QUALITY.They do not disappoint. I get what I pay for...every time. Most importantly, if I felt that they fell short of my expectations, I am 100% certain they would stop at nothing, to correct it.Remember that...I feel CUSTOMER first, every time I visit. Kylie and one other woman there are helpful. Don't expect to get what you ordered. They do not hold your online order for you, and more often than not, the medicine is not the same THC levels as labeled on the website. They say they are friendly towards Veterans, but when I drive an hour each way in beach traffic to get my meds they do not have what I ordered. Delaware is behind the curve once again. They hardly ever have amounts over 1/4 so they can make as much money as possible. Don't waste your money on a card.
