This poor CCD counter representative unfortunately had me to pick next in line. Everything was going great until, after the transition mind you, I decided to pull a switch-a- too and requested a $20 bucks cheaper water pipe. Then came the manager, poor thing also, and had to follow SOP and guidelines and terminate the hole transaction. And to make matters more difficult she informed the counter rep to start all over again (Hey, The Band🎼). I couldn’t say sorry enough to them, and the people in line, but everyone was fine (so they say). CCD reps couldn’t be more understanding, patient, and kind and sorry for the long customer review survey but I got home over 30 minutes ago and I gotta tell ya, their stuff really works😗

I’ve only been to 2 dispensaries to get medication. The first one (not Columbia care) made me feel like I was doing something wrong and treated patients almost like we were criminals or something. I never went back to that dispensary. THEN I found Columbia Care! What a difference! The atmosphere is a complete vibe. Every single employee is happy to be there, happy to help you, they’re knowledgeable and they make sure you are happy and satisfied and informed about your medication. They remember you-that was huge for me because it made me feel important and kind of appreciated. Over the years they’ve begun carrying more options for medication, which is awesome because not every patient medicates the same way. I’ve never seen anyone walk out of their store without a smile. Oh! And they deliver if you can’t make it to the store or don’t want to deal with summer traffic. Their delivery driver(s) are phenomenal!

They need to regularly stock the most famous brand in the world---Sour Diesel.Why they don't is a mystery.They refuse to stock it.Only have it once a year if that.The rest of what they sell leaves me with a groggy hangover for a day or two.I stopped shopping here entirely and now only go to First State.The weed is no better there but I refuse to shop at Columbia until they are worth a drive.Checked them again last night and this morning.Sour Diesel was in stock for less than five minutes---I guess they had a half ounce to sell and then it was gone again for another year or two.Thanks for nothing Columbia Care...

Information on the internet says all medical marijuana card holders from other states will be accepted at Delaware dispensaries. This is not true. If you are from out of state with a medical card you are out of luck. Really put us in a bind. I needed it for severe back and neck pain from surgeries. Can't wait to go back home where it is legal.

Just years of speaking in hushed tones, I guess. The staff immediately put me at ease. They are very informative and helped me make a selection that literally opened my eyes to a new world of pain relief. Last night was the first night I was able to sleep for more than a couple hours at a time!I'm looking forward to my next visit, because these guys/ladies took care of me. From the greeting to the salutation, these people's focus was entirely on me. I was the only customer there at the time, sure, but I could tell that's just natural for them.So if you're a new patient and a little hesitant to explore, Columbia Care is the place to start.

I’ve only been to 2 dispensaries to get medication. The first one (not Columbia care) made me feel like I was doing something wrong and treated patients almost like we were criminals or something. I never went back to that dispensary. THEN I found Columbia Care! What a difference! The atmosphere is a complete vibe. Every single employee is happy to be there, happy to help you, they’re knowledgeable and they make sure you are happy and satisfied and informed about your medication. They remember you-that was huge for me because it made me feel important and kind of appreciated. Over the years they’ve begun carrying more options for medication, which is awesome because not every patient medicates the same way. I’ve never seen anyone walk out of their store without a smile. Oh! And they deliver if you can’t make it to the store or don’t want to deal with summer traffic. Their delivery driver(s) are phenomenal!

They need to regularly stock the most famous brand in the world---Sour Diesel.Why they don't is a mystery.They refuse to stock it.Only have it once a year if that.The rest of what they sell leaves me with a groggy hangover for a day or two.I stopped shopping here entirely and now only go to First State.The weed is no better there but I refuse to shop at Columbia until they are worth a drive.Checked them again last night and this morning.Sour Diesel was in stock for less than five minutes---I guess they had a half ounce to sell and then it was gone again for another year or two.Thanks for nothing Columbia Care...

Information on the internet says all medical marijuana card holders from other states will be accepted at Delaware dispensaries. This is not true. If you are from out of state with a medical card you are out of luck. Really put us in a bind. I needed it for severe back and neck pain from surgeries. Can't wait to go back home where it is legal.

Wow! It's funny where the winds of change take you. 20 plus years of pain and I finally got some relief. But, I'm not here to brag on this little green miracle.I'm here to sing the praises of the staff at Columbia Care. Yesterday was my very first time, visiting a dispensary and I was scared. Just years of speaking in hushed tones, I guess. The staff immediately put me at ease. They are very informative and helped me make a selection that literally opened my eyes to a new world of pain relief. Last night was the first night I was able to sleep for more than a couple hours at a time!I'm looking forward to my next visit, because these guys/ladies took care of me. From the greeting to the salutation, these people's focus was entirely on me. I was the only customer there at the time, sure, but I could tell that's just natural for them.So if you're a new patient and a little hesitant to explore, Columbia Care is the place to start.
