This is the best dispensary in the world to me!! They’re friendly, courteous, sociable, kind, knowledgeable, and try to keep everything in stock. This is definitely the place to go. Only reason it’s getting a 4 star is because of Timmy and Marlene! Ok I am not a fan since the turn over. Glad there are still some of the original peeps there but I have to say it has seriously gone down hill since it became recreational. Patients should come first! I have had to venture to other places due to this dispensary hardly ever having any flower anymore. And I just look to see the delivery you got today and you got 2 flowers! 2!! And one is 18% and you’re asking $46 for an eighth! That’s insanity for a low dose. Don’t take it out on the customers with price because you can’t get product. Not saying this is any of the employees fault but the owner. Such a shame. Sorry this has been needed to be said for a while and I’ve withheld but I can’t anymore cause I can’t get over the lack of product and now the pricing!

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at this dispensary. Today, I visited the store to purchase both recreational and medical products. I went to the counter for my medical needs and discussed the products, placed an order, and waited for it to be filled.However, my visit took a terrible turn when a young lady from the lobby desk pulled me away from the counter to provide excessive health information or data that was already on file with the company. This happened while there were three people waiting in line, including one person right beside me.To make matters worse, the individual from the lobby began questioning my signature and whether it was genuine, as well as my initials. They insisted I fill out a lengthy form detailing all my medical conditions. I was not comfortable with this, but I complied and returned to the counter when my order was ready.Just as I thought things might improve, another person came in from the lobby, and a staff member emerged from the back room, instructing them not to sell anything to me. I was left shocked and humiliated in a crowded store.To add insult to injury, the staff member claimed that every time I change my dispensary, the company is required to collect the information I had just filled out on paper forms. I couldn't believe that they were still using paper forms in this day and age.This situation was beyond outrageous, and I've had previous issues with this store. I placed an order online but was never informed that I had to come down to pick it up the same day. When I returned the next morning to get my $300 order, it was mysteriously gone.On top of all this, I've experienced difficulties with their website or app. I've spent a substantial amount at another dispensary, but their system consistently reports incorrect purchase totals. I often can't log in, and I have to re-enter my information repeatedly.I also want to note that I had my service dog with me, and I'm 59 years old, parking in a handicap spot. I listed this dispensary as my preference, but their doctors never bothered to call me back. Shopping for cannabis in Connecticut is legal, and I've been doing so for six months, but this experience was by far the worst.This dispensary's customer service, handling of confidential information, and overall professionalism left me feeling embarrassed and disheartened. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their services.

Editing my review due to practice of cash or debit only without being told that if you use debit, not only do they do "cash over" automatically without your permission first, but then charge a $2.50 fee to your debit card on top of that. She says, "oh I'm rounding up." Who does that? There is a tip jar sitting at the register. Is the "cash over" (which includes singles) to guilt you into putting dollars in the tip jar? Also, the result is receiving money out of someone's else's pocket during active COVID. I've never seen this practice and it doesn't sit right with me. At all.

They trick you into going there by offering a product that is supposed to only be medical and then take the item off once you get there. No email saying it was changed. But I have a confirmation email with the product in it, plus confirmed and ready emails....no email saying the product was removed.Nor did they try to find another product to replace it with or even ask about finding something different

I ordered as a recreational user first thing in the morning as my time to run errands is extremely limited and I would be in the area after opening. Despite a nearly 100% empty parking lot and text AND email confirmation that my order was fulfilled and ready for pickup, I wasn’t allowed in to pick my order up because it was “an hour reserved for medical patients.” THERE WERE NONE. So I was told by staff that I would have to “go sit in the parking lot and wait 25 minutes” for it to be “time for recreational users to pick up.” Screw that, I’ll go somewhere that wants to do business with me. I’m 100% pro medical users, but smaller dispensaries than this one do a better job of balancing meeting the needs of medical patients and recreational patients. I’m not going to mess up my whole day when there’s another dispensary with better prices and selection that is marginally less convenient for me. This is what I get for wanting to try a new place.

Their new location on Farmington Ave is much better than the previous one. Easy parking. Have licence ready before you go into the store and if you have a medical marijuana card have that ready also. You can order on line and the order is usually ready in 1-2 hours. Staff is very friendly and they have a good inventory of product.

Insane prices, rude employees, and now- no parking for medical patients!When I complained to the sales person about their $7.50 ATM fee, his response was “Oh well- that’s the price you pay to buy weed!”I don’t buy weed, I buy medication.I started coming here during Covid and it got too crazy for patients and the staff was always so rude. I took my business elsewhere. I returned to Bristol several years later, and hoped it would have improved. New location, prices skyrocketed, and patients and patient care are still not their priority.It’s unfortunate the state allows the combination of selling both medical and recreational marijuana in one facility, clearly patient care is not where the money is, and it’s pretty obvious at this location. I had to call six times to finally reach the manager who knew I was trying to reach her. There’s no excuse.Fortunately the state has approved quite a few more dispensary locations in our state, so competition should correct things shortly. Patients will take their loyal business to dispensaries who take their substantial business seriously and treat them with respect. WE BUY MEDICATION NOT WEED

But all of the flower I’ve bought here is NOT FLUSHED or flushed wrong before harvest, giving you ashtray mouth bitter aftertaste even when filtering the smoke with water or actual filters.After switching back to other sources, comparing, and doing research, it’s obvious the flower products sold here are different.Ashtray mouth is due to the plants not being flushed properly before harvest.I love your store/people/location but I won’t buy flower from you. Please get new sources with flushed plants and I’ll be overjoyed to return for flower. Thank you for reading, hope this helps

Amazing product and customer service but not great hours for early risers. Also i just drove a half hour because google says they open at 10AM only to be turned away by the door guy because it serves medical only for the first hour. Parking lot was empty though. But that is fine and all but should be posted on google and other areas accordingly so people dont waste their time and gas thinking its going to be open.

I always have a good experience at Trulieve. They have a great selection of products lowering prices and having deals on certain items from time to time. The staff is friendly and helpful too. I can easily find parking. Even if there is a long line when I pull in, I don't worry because the staff is very efficient. You never have to wait long as they will get you checked in and have your order ready when you get to the check-out window. It's a very painless process!!!

Been going here for 4 years now and I haven’t been disappointed yet! Plus I love Tim and Ryan! Always fun to see them and chat about our days before getting my order. The ladies at the front are super lovely and quick too, for those who need to get in and get out without waiting in too long of a line. They also leave heat lamps out for patients having to wait outside during the cold months due to the pandemic restrictions. The website is always up to date about deals and offers. If u say your in a rush they give u a horrible attitude as well. I hope they see this they suck. If their was a zero star I’d put that. FYI. If 5000 patients coming their a day hire more ppl u obviously making enuf their also not adhering to the new state law of being able to go any dispenary. I’ve lived in CT for 7 years and this was my very first dispensary for 3 of those years. The pharmacist who opened the place is sweet but her daughter who runs the day to day is terrible. Very cold. Try to get on their good side to hopefully get better service once you get there.Either that or just find better dispensaries in CT. I’m so so glad I left and I haven’t come back since.

We placed an order and they tell us that our order won't be ready for 2 hours despite the fact that it says a half hour now on the website when it used to say an hour so we showed up an hour later and they're selling us it's going to be an additional hour and they charge us for products that were part of a previous order that was already ready.So they want us to pay two bank fees two extra debit fees and the person who we dealt with was absolutely horrible and unprofessional.Coming here a long time we get treated pretty bad.

The staff are very friendly and the waits usually aren't too bad. I've been happy with the selections and the help the pharmacists have given me. For example, they recommended an oral oil be used topically for my psoriasis. Never would have thought to try that! It's cleared it up more than any medicated shampoo/cream ever has. I'm a believer!

I was a patient for about 3 years. They have good product but mean staff. I believe the daughter of the owner kind of runs things so dont come to the healing corner preparing for smiles, they are not that type of staff. Very straight faced and "keep it moving attitide" after the 3 years I left because I and my caregiver felt the staff was just too unkind.

The Healing corner staff are amazing and they almost always have what I need in stock. There’s only been a few times in my 4 years there that they ran out of what I needed and I had to wait for the next delivery which wasn’t a big deal because I always try to order before I’m close to running out. Their new location on Farmington Ave is much better than the previous one. Easy parking. Have licence ready before you go into the store and if you have a medical marijuana card have that ready also. You can order on line and the order is usually ready in 1-2 hours. Staff is very friendly and they have a good inventory of product.

Insane prices, rude employees, and now- no parking for medical patients!When I complained to the sales person about their $7.50 ATM fee, his response was “Oh well- that’s the price you pay to buy weed!”I don’t buy weed, I buy medication.I started coming here during Covid and it got too crazy for patients and the staff was always so rude. I took my business elsewhere. I returned to Bristol several years later, and hoped it would have improved. New location, prices skyrocketed, and patients and patient care are still not their priority.It’s unfortunate the state allows the combination of selling both medical and recreational marijuana in one facility, clearly patient care is not where the money is, and it’s pretty obvious at this location. I had to call six times to finally reach the manager who knew I was trying to reach her. There’s no excuse.Fortunately the state has approved quite a few more dispensary locations in our state, so competition should correct things shortly. Patients will take their loyal business to dispensaries who take their substantial business seriously and treat them with respect. WE BUY MEDICATION NOT WEED

Nothing against this store, but the flower products given to them to sell. The store, location, service are all 5 star. But all of the flower I’ve bought here is NOT FLUSHED or flushed wrong before harvest, giving you ashtray mouth bitter aftertaste even when filtering the smoke with water or actual filters.After switching back to other sources, comparing, and doing research, it’s obvious the flower products sold here are different.Ashtray mouth is due to the plants not being flushed properly before harvest.I love your store/people/location but I won’t buy flower from you. Please get new sources with flushed plants and I’ll be overjoyed to return for flower. Thank you for reading, hope this helps

Amazing product and customer service but not great hours for early risers. Also i just drove a half hour because google says they open at 10AM only to be turned away by the door guy because it serves medical only for the first hour. Parking lot was empty though. But that is fine and all but should be posted on google and other areas accordingly so people dont waste their time and gas thinking its going to be open.

I always have a good experience at Trulieve. They have a great selection of products lowering prices and having deals on certain items from time to time. The staff is friendly and helpful too. I can easily find parking. Even if there is a long line when I pull in, I don't worry because the staff is very efficient. You never have to wait long as they will get you checked in and have your order ready when you get to the check-out window. It's a very painless process!!!

The ladies at the front are super lovely and quick too, for those who need to get in and get out without waiting in too long of a line. If u say your in a rush they give u a horrible attitude as well. I hope they see this they suck. If their was a zero star I’d put that. FYI. If 5000 patients coming their a day hire more ppl u obviously making enuf their also not adhering to the new state law of being able to go any dispenary. I’ve lived in CT for 7 years and this was my very first dispensary for 3 of those years. The pharmacist who opened the place is sweet but her daughter who runs the day to day is terrible. Very cold. Try to get on their good side to hopefully get better service once you get there.Either that or just find better dispensaries in CT. I’m so so glad I left and I haven’t come back since.

We placed an order and they tell us that our order won't be ready for 2 hours despite the fact that it says a half hour now on the website when it used to say an hour so we showed up an hour later and they're selling us it's going to be an additional hour and they charge us for products that were part of a previous order that was already ready.So they want us to pay two bank fees two extra debit fees and the person who we dealt with was absolutely horrible and unprofessional.Coming here a long time we get treated pretty bad.

The staff are very friendly and the waits usually aren't too bad. I've been happy with the selections and the help the pharmacists have given me. For example, they recommended an oral oil be used topically for my psoriasis. Never would have thought to try that! It's cleared it up more than any medicated shampoo/cream ever has. I'm a believer!

I was a patient for about 3 years. They have good product but mean staff. I believe the daughter of the owner kind of runs things so dont come to the healing corner preparing for smiles, they are not that type of staff. Very straight faced and "keep it moving attitide" after the 3 years I left because I and my caregiver felt the staff was just too unkind.

The Healing corner staff are amazing and they almost always have what I need in stock. There’s only been a few times in my 4 years there that they ran out of what I needed and I had to wait for the next delivery which wasn’t a big deal because I always try to order before I’m close to running out.
