I have been shopping at Still River Wellness (Adult Recreational) for about six months. The products are good quality and I have appreciated the helpful suggestions and advice of many of the friendly staff.Today upon arrival today, the front door staff, who I see and speak with several times weekly, would not grant me admission because the driver's license I mistakenly handed over was expired. I stated that I was admitted to and shopped at a number of dispensaries in several states while waiting to receive my current license from the DMV and was not given any issue by those staff in terms of admission or ability to purchase products. At that time, a male staff member who generally works at the register (I believe his name is Sean- white guy, late 40s, brown hair, and beard) injected himself into the conversation and began reprimanding me, telling me that "there's no need to raise [my] voice" and that "those places aren't here." I don't appreciate being spoken to like an errant child being scolded by daddy when I spend hundreds of dollars each week at this store. Not only was this staff member rude to me, but his behavior was infantilizing toward the front door staff, who was made to look completely inept in terms of his capacity to provide customer service and manage the conversation. I am surprised that this staff member was so quick to jump into a situation that he was not involved with or asked to join, while overstepping his coworker in the process, because he felt that I was speaking at a volume that was impermissible to his ears as he listened in. I have always had very positive interactions with this staff member, so his behavior toward me was surprising in its intensity and made me feel embarrassed, as a paying customer, to be the recipient of.I was able to find my current license and make my purchase. I will not be returning to Still River, despite positive experiences during past purchases, because I don't appreciate the condescension and fatherly-like scolding I was subjected to, again, as a paying customer, in response to my statements. There are way too many great dispensaries around CT to spend money at instead, like Budr Danbury, Budr West Hartford, and Zen Leaf in Newington to name a few.

First time going to one in ct (been to two in mass before), as I just decided to get some product to cure my temporary depression, body pain, and anxiety due to some temporary family issues I have been having. I will say first, I am happy by the way the facility and the staff are no issue with the building, or workers at all. Product price is a bit high compared to surrounding states. Again not this facilities fault but more a state issue. Also, feels like I am going for a background check for a firearms purchase when I am in there compared to the process at surrounding states where it is more a one time ID check and your on your way. (again this may be a ct thing but) it Is a bit uncomfortable, and invasive for something that is constitutionally guaranteed to me. But we won't get into politics like that on here.. lol. Otherwise, place and workers are absolutely amazing.

Products are top notch, prices are outrageous due to CT law and their vendors. It's not their fault but I still prefer to go to MA. Plus in MA, the dispensaries operate more like a package store, not a pharmacy. You can look at and see what you buy before hand. As a last resort though, it's very handy to have nearby and the staff is great.

I've been to Still River Wellness a couple times now and just transferred there as a medical patient. Overall, I am pleased with my experience so far. The selection of products is second to none in the area which is the reason I transferred. The staff has been great and orders are prepared quickly. Prices are pretty typical compared to other dispensaries. My only critiques so far would be that the loyalty program is subpar compared to other dispensaries in the area and at least on the medical side, the experience feels pretty clinical.

Overall I like the dispensary the only problem I have is it seem to be stocked with cashiers that you know for lack of a better term aren't 420 friendly they're pretty serious about it and if you ask questions about you know how the product is distilled or what what's the difference between RSO and just you know regular you know Edibles they're not very knowledgeable it's it's getting get out get what you need and leave it's very clinical cashiers are set up in a very clinical way it doesn't feel very homey and I almost feels like you're at a doctor's office if anything at all I'm really looking forward to the one that's supposed to be opening up over here down by the Ocean State Job Lots I really hope it does I've decided that I'm going to start making my way out to Meriden to one of their competitors cuz the customer service over there is so much better their perks are better they have a way better loyalty program overall I liked the products but I don't like the the atmosphere from the cashiers and the people behind the counter and like I said it's not very 420 friendly I really don't want to it feels like I'm buying from an off-duty cop it just feels weird you know I want to buy from someone that's like me you know what it's down to earth that you know you feel what I'm saying so in the end I'm probably going to stop going there because of that feeling I don't feel very welcome there I just feel like I'm walking into a clinical environment where people that just you know tell you it says 475 thank you for your service there's a tip jar there have a nice day

Very unethical sales practices. Ordered online and when arrived was given a bait and switch and was told I needed a different product and if any problem bring it back. When I tried they refused saying all sales final. I say buyer beware, also watch the debit card fees and rounding up to tip themselves. Unfortunately, you can make dealing with the product legal but nothing has been done to make the dealing with the dealer legal. WARNING: NEVER GOT TO STILL RIVER WELLNESS WITHOUT CASH. You'll be ripped off after being ripped off.

Ok dispensary near home. Good customer service and efficient. The names of the strains were confusing at first but I am happy they finally provided us with an app so we can figure out which strains are which. One thing I REALLY DO NOT APPRECIATE from this dispensary tho, is that they seems to change the price of the products from a week to another. A product will be 36$ for a 1/8 on one week, and will rise to 40$ for the same weight on the next week. Feels a little sketchy and opportunistic. The weed is way more expensive there than in most dispensary you can find in Mass. So for all these reasons, I will go back to Still River wellness but only when I don’t feel like driving to Mass.

Bought a few items from them. On multiple occasions I've gotten flower FULL of seeds, not just one or two. Smoking flower so packed of seeds does nothing but give you a headache. Not being open on Sunday is super inconvenient. Selection is okay but the way they name things on the menu is confusing and unappealing. I never gained any points from their "reward system" even though I've purchased there several times. If they weren't the closest dispensary I 100% would not go there.

This is my second time coming here, I was happy with my first purchase. But this time I’m feeling a little ripped off. I purchased the “select grind” and honestly I’m not sure if I paid for weed or trim. Not sure if you can see it in the pic but lots of stems and leaves in there. I understand it’s meant to be ground but this is just not the quality I expected.

Went there on opening day for adult use and was actually excited to be a part of a special event not just for CT but Litchfield county as a whole. The new location is nice, updated and has a semi decent selection for you to choose from. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. I myself, along with the others who were waiting to enter were talking amongst each other and we all thought that since it’s their first opening day and we are all the first group of their many customers maybe they’ll do some sort of giveaways etc. which isn’t uncommon for most business to do on an opening day ceremony. They gave nothing. Not a lighter, no matches, not even a plastic grinder. Just charged you for your product and sent you on your way. When you go across the way into GB MA there is one dispensary there that will give you a free grinder or matches whenever you go.Now let’s talk about the prices. The lowest you’ll find is $40/3.5 and sometimes even $60/3.5. Again go across the border into GB MA and you’ll sometimes find name brand, great genetically grown flower for $25/3.5. What you will pay almost $200 for at stillriver you can get for almost half that in GB.So in conclusion convenient location? Yes but for the price, quality etc I don’t think it’s enough to entirely detour me from going to GB and I think many will feel the same after going to stillrivers new adult use complex.

When I first thought about a dispensary, I expected some sterile environment with stuffy medical staff.Turns out dispensaries are actually very welcoming and warm. The staff is genuinely happy to be there, and happy to help you.They have a wide variety of products, and I don't just mean what you can consume. Various pipes, papers, wraps, storage, and even clothing!They also have a great selection of stock to choose from, so you never have to just settle for how you wish to take your meds.5/5 Stars!Would absolutely recommend!

Clean. Friendly. Knowledgeable.Still River might be a just few more minutes further away from me than Healing Corner in Bristol, but it's worth that extra 5 min to choose coming here. The interior is absolutely immaculately clean, but still manages to feel warm and friendly as opposed to sterile and cold. So. CLEAN. The staff, from reception to the pharmacy, always seem genuinely happy to see me. I can definitely trust that every single person there has vast knowledge of their product; they're always telling me about the new strains. They've even called me when they ran out of something I ordered and recommended something else that was VERY good. And if you need help with a smoking-type of apparatus, like a vape or a glass bowl or even a volcano, they have such a nice array of smoking supplies for ALL PRICE RANGES, and they're only getting more new things all the time to help you burn. (Ask for Dave for help with those type of things, he'll give you ALL the specs.) I think their online ordering website is pretty user friendly. I've haven't ever had a major issue with anything, so if you're in NW CT and looking for a good dispensary on your journey to healing with MMJ, look no further. I can only hope it continues to be THIS awesome going forward.

I will say first, I am happy by the way the facility and the staff are no issue with the building, or workers at all. Product price is a bit high compared to surrounding states. Again not this facilities fault but more a state issue. Also, feels like I am going for a background check for a firearms purchase when I am in there compared to the process at surrounding states where it is more a one time ID check and your on your way. (again this may be a ct thing but) it Is a bit uncomfortable, and invasive for something that is constitutionally guaranteed to me. But we won't get into politics like that on here.. lol. Otherwise, place and workers are absolutely amazing.

Plus in MA, the dispensaries operate more like a package store, not a pharmacy. You can look at and see what you buy before hand. I've been to Still River Wellness a couple times now and just transferred there as a medical patient. Overall, I am pleased with my experience so far. The selection of products is second to none in the area which is the reason I transferred. The staff has been great and orders are prepared quickly. Prices are pretty typical compared to other dispensaries. My only critiques so far would be that the loyalty program is subpar compared to other dispensaries in the area and at least on the medical side, the experience feels pretty clinical.

The names of the strains were confusing at first but I am happy they finally provided us with an app so we can figure out which strains are which. One thing I REALLY DO NOT APPRECIATE from this dispensary tho, is that they seems to change the price of the products from a week to another. A product will be 36$ for a 1/8 on one week, and will rise to 40$ for the same weight on the next week. Feels a little sketchy and opportunistic. The weed is way more expensive there than in most dispensary you can find in Mass. So for all these reasons, I will go back to Still River wellness but only when I don’t feel like driving to Mass.

Bought a few items from them. On multiple occasions I've gotten flower FULL of seeds, not just one or two. Smoking flower so packed of seeds does nothing but give you a headache. Not being open on Sunday is super inconvenient. Selection is okay but the way they name things on the menu is confusing and unappealing. I never gained any points from their "reward system" even though I've purchased there several times. If they weren't the closest dispensary I 100% would not go there.

Went there on opening day for adult use and was actually excited to be a part of a special event not just for CT but Litchfield county as a whole. The new location is nice, updated and has a semi decent selection for you to choose from. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. I myself, along with the others who were waiting to enter were talking amongst each other and we all thought that since it’s their first opening day and we are all the first group of their many customers maybe they’ll do some sort of giveaways etc. which isn’t uncommon for most business to do on an opening day ceremony. They gave nothing. Not a lighter, no matches, not even a plastic grinder. Just charged you for your product and sent you on your way. When you go across the way into GB MA there is one dispensary there that will give you a free grinder or matches whenever you go.Now let’s talk about the prices. The lowest you’ll find is $40/3.5 and sometimes even $60/3.5. Again go across the border into GB MA and you’ll sometimes find name brand, great genetically grown flower for $25/3.5. What you will pay almost $200 for at stillriver you can get for almost half that in GB.So in conclusion convenient location? Yes but for the price, quality etc I don’t think it’s enough to entirely detour me from going to GB and I think many will feel the same after going to stillrivers new adult use complex.

The interior is absolutely immaculately clean, but still manages to feel warm and friendly as opposed to sterile and cold. So. CLEAN. The staff, from reception to the pharmacy, always seem genuinely happy to see me. I can definitely trust that every single person there has vast knowledge of their product; they're always telling me about the new strains. They've even called me when they ran out of something I ordered and recommended something else that was VERY good. And if you need help with a smoking-type of apparatus, like a vape or a glass bowl or even a volcano, they have such a nice array of smoking supplies for ALL PRICE RANGES, and they're only getting more new things all the time to help you burn. (Ask for Dave for help with those type of things, he'll give you ALL the specs.) I think their online ordering website is pretty user friendly.
