Such a bad experience. The woman at the counter didn't even seem like she wanted to be there. I asked in the front if I could use my card and they said yes when I got to the beginning of the line, it was a credit card and they said they don't take credit cards. I'm new to coming to dispensaries in Connecticut no clear signage on no credit cards. It was such a hassle being here! I will give this place. Another chance I just want the person to be a little bit more helpful. She didn't even care to explain why. Such bad service!

I think it’s poor customer service and that’s why I’m rating them two stars AND after going to many dispensaries it seems fine fettle is actually the most expensive. You can get an ounce a 100 dollars cheaper at a different one.

I really love coming here as the staff are super friendly and know their stuff, the only issue i have and this seems kinda dumb but i buy their own product especially their pre rolls, idk about anyone else but their packaging can be super hard to open. the twist cap constantly gets stuck because of how they roll their pre rolls where weed comes out sometimes and causes the mechanism to twist correctly. quite irritating. bought three prerolls only one of the tubes opened without me having to pry it open with a screw driver. change it! haha

I’ve been here 3 times now when I have been in the area. The first two times were ok, the third was not. The only reason I have come here is I was given a promo code for a discount by a provider I see. Today I was informed that you can’t use a promo code and rewards at the same time which was not the case before. This is not stated anywhere but whatever it is what it is. The tech used my rewards instead of the promo code which resulted in a significantly higher cost for me. I was also not able to get everything I needed because of this.I have also encountered several rude staff members who act like you are inconveniencing them by making them do something. I was planning on checking out Fine Fettle’s new Bristol store and making it my primary dispensary. However after this experience today I will not be doing that and I probably will not return to any Fine Fettle location. They are no better than any other dispensary in this state. I’m about to stop buying things in the medical program all together.

Update: nothing has changed and this place still sucks. Never seen such poor staff and customer service.Worst dispensary in Connecticut, zero options and inventory for medical customers and stuff is rude. “We don’t have any flower” is the answer I got for asking for AGL FG then after showing my medical card was treated very differently and given flower. Discussed by the service of the lady that was helping me, normally the staff is chill but the inventory is so poor I try and avoid this place as a much as possible. Bluepoint Wellness is 100x better and only 15 minutes away. If your medical customer 1000% go there.

Crazy expensive. Sold by the 1/8th only. Minimal flower strain varieties. Overall just a joke of a dispensary… like most in CT right now unfortunately. I suggest a trip to MA or to Elevate dispensary in Mount Vernon NY if you want a more legitimate dispensary experience. Fine fettle… you’re just exploiting the culture and extorting the population you serve. Shame on you.

Staff was very nice but the flowers selection was very limited. There was only one single indica strain and besides that only carts and eddies. The quality of the bud is great tho, and the carts don’t fall behind. The variety of strains is the only downside, but otherwise is a great dispensary.

This location gives me a sense of privacy where it is not located in an area where you run into everyone you know. It’s appearance is clean and sleek. I haven’t done a walk in as of yet. But I have used the pre-order of the product online which I really like, you get to schedule your pickup times during the hours of operation. You have a choice of cash or pre pay with a card( convenience fee applied to order). My orders are always ready when I arrive for pickup. Staff is friendly and helpful. The recreational customers are charged applicable sales, medical customers are exempt from sales taxes. Parking available on site. Make sure you have ID. Prices are pretty reasonable. They have a range of products and accessories. Rewards and promotions are also part of this experience.It definitely checks the boxes for me1. Discrete location2. She was super nice and easy going. I was in and out in less than 10 mins. So happy to have went to Fine Fettle on a whim! The dispensary I normally use was out of my favorite flower and Fine Fettle had it in stock! Everything was so seamless, from the initial phone call to when I went to pick up my order. I was also very pleasantly surprised to see some of the employees from my old dispensary. Actually one of the pharmacists, Luis, I have known for years, he used to be the pharm tech intern at my old dispensary in Milford, way before there were any dispensaries in Stamford! This location gives me a sense of privacy where it is not located in an area where you run into everyone you know. It’s appearance is clean and sleek. I haven’t done a walk in as of yet. But I have used the pre-order of the product online which I really like, you get to schedule your pickup times during the hours of operation. You have a choice of cash or pre pay with a card( convenience fee applied to order). My orders are always ready when I arrive for pickup. Staff is friendly and helpful. The recreational customers are charged applicable sales, medical customers are exempt from sales taxes. Parking available on site. Make sure you have ID. Prices are pretty reasonable. They have a range of products and accessories. Rewards and promotions are also part of this experience.It definitely checks the boxes for me1. Discrete location2. Fine Fettle Stamford was my first dispensary experience, and I'm glad I chose it. The staff is knowledgeable and incredibly friendly, providing great service every time. They also offer plenty of menu options for everyone.

What a great establishment! The employees are amazing and super friendly. Prices are always good and the wax is great. I love coming here highly recommend. But I'm pretty sure it's online pick up only I could be wrong tho.

I came in yesterday and please forgive me for not catching the employees name, but she has long bright pink braided hair and sparkly colored nails.. she was AMAZING! She was super nice and easy going. I was in and out in less than 10 mins. WHAT AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE! The staff there is super welcoming & efficient at getting people through the door (reserve your order ahead of time, makes the process very smooth.) Great AU product selection & the team is incredibly knowledgeable, not to mention they genuinely want you to leave with a smile on your face. I wish this was my local dispensary. I'm so grateful to have found a locally sourced dispensary! The staff and pharmacists are incredibly kind, passionate and knowledgeable about each product, and always give helpful recommendations based on specific needs or concerns. I love seeing how much variety is on their menu and feel better knowing that all the products are high quality, safe/have been tested. When I visited for the first time I got a really great swag bag as a welcome. The customer service experience at Fine Fettle is personable and they treat everyone like family. Their unofficial mascot Kobe can brighten anyone's day! 😀

So happy to have went to Fine Fettle on a whim! The dispensary I normally use was out of my favorite flower and Fine Fettle had it in stock! Everything was so seamless, from the initial phone call to when I went to pick up my order. I was also very pleasantly surprised to see some of the employees from my old dispensary. Actually one of the pharmacists, Luis, I have known for years, he used to be the pharm tech intern at my old dispensary in Milford, way before there were any dispensaries in Stamford! Safe to say I will be continuing to use Fine Fettle for all my medical needs! Loving everything about this place! It’s a total hidden gem in Stamford! Go check them out!
