So CT Wellness needs to make it clear to their customers that when purchasing through a sale, the product must be... picked up by 7:00 PM on the day of sale or it will be cancelled and the sale price not honored. Even though their text says specifically that the customer should pick it up at their selected time which is listed above in the text below. All the negative reviews are just people who cant use a computer... and place an order on their website I've never once had a problem placing an order or picking anything up and if you order something not in stock they always call to try and replace it.All these bad review people should be embarrassed. the product is ok, not very many people there that know about the products they distribute.the website is really no... help as to what strains they have and what and how they may affect you. so be aware the websites products don't look like what you receive at the dispensary and the prices are all over the place and the medicine you may need you might not afford!read more

I've been using this dispensary practically since they opened their doors. I previously used the dispensary in Bethel... which was a nightmare. I was extremely happy with the switch to So. Ct. Wellness. The staff was always helpful and courteous and the menu was easy to navigate to find your choice of product. Then the new ownership took over and changed things. The menu is a nightmare to navigate through. Most of the vapes do not show what % of thc is in the product which I find annoying at best. It would also help if the products were in alphabetical order. Makes sense right? Not the the corporate ownership. I've also noticed a big difference in prices compared to the other Milford dispensary. Thankfully now the state will allow us to use other dispensaries without changing to them. If it weren't for that fact, I would have switched dispensaries. I'm hoping the knuckleheads who are in charge will take notice and listen to the complaints. Otherwise they might just lose a lot more customers to the Curealeaf dispensary in town. By the way, to the staff members who have been there all the while before and after the takeover, Thanks for all you do. You are very much appreciated.read more

My poor sister who suffers daily from her Stage 4b Ovarian cancer, has been getting screwed by this place ever since... they fell under new ownership. There is little to no accommodations for their customers to help make their experience smooth and hassle free. Instead they’ve adopted a new VERY convoluted system for making appointments that makes it nearly impossible for my sister to get her much needed medicine in any sort of timely manner. These new owners clearly don’t care about their patrons... they’re all just numbers on a screens. I highly suggest taking your money elsewhere.read more

If you asked me to rate this place a year ago I would be trying to extend my browser window to fit more stars in. It... was worth well over 10 stars. Now two is a major stretch. They get the extra star for some of the staff that remains from the previous ownership. Otherwise it’s become a 1 at most. Menu is minuscule suddenly. Hours can change daily without notice. Ordering system is cumbersome and they don’t make exceptions even if the system deletes your order without letting you know. They won’t even let you in unless the system has your order prepared (which, who knows if it is or not). I went here for 3 years and have been raised with a sense of loyalty so I feel bad jumping ship after commuting an hour there each way to support them. But it’s time. I had my first visit at Blue Point in Branford this morning and it’s pretty clear having seen their system, process and facilities that there is a better way to do this. Beware of the 5 star reviews- they are from a time gone by.read more

Not sure what happened here. This place has turned into such an unnecessary inconvenience. Rules change daily. Orders... mysteriously get cancelled. Emails go out last minute informing of changes. Front desk staff have gotten really short with me and to others that I have witnessed first hand. Gosh, it’s a shame because it was a great place. Just a note: the 5 star review status is not entirely accurate. The majority of top rate reviews are from prior to the change in ownership. Time for a change for me as well.read more

Have always liked this dispensary till recently. They have updated their website. Now you must have an appointment... where before you didn’t have to. Every time I log on I cannot get an appointment. You also can’t make appointments for later in the week, only for that day. The only way to get in is to make the appointment on that day, exactly at midnight. I have a job and can’t be up till midnight to make an appointment for my medicine. I woke up this morning at 6am to make an appointment and the only times left were 5pm-6pm. Not an option for me as I will be at work and if I come any later they cancel the order. Anytime I’ve tried to call in the past week, no one answers, and the mailbox is full. I’m honestly so fed up. I’ve had to go over a week without my medicine because I simply can’t get an appointment and can’t get in touch with anyone. I’m done with this place. Biggest mistake was updating their system and website. They said it would make it easier for us customers, but it’s only been hell from my end. I’d rather travel to Stamford or somewhere else, then deal with this nonsense. I can’t even get my medicine and that’s wrong. Good luck and good riddance.read more
