Agent 52253 has absolutely no clue about money or handling transactions! I wanted to spend the Dollar coins I had accumulated, and he refused the money. Then I went to give him my cash, and he refused my actual bills! The dude can't even tell the difference between quarters and dollar coins! Luckily, my sister showed up to get her order with her debit card, otherwise I would not have been able to get my order. My sister didn't mind taking my money for her debit card use, which he watched this happen. I guess Fine Fettle can now discriminate against the customers on how they pay for their order(s). If they don't like the payment, then you will not get your order.

But allowing me to walk up and talk to a person to place an order yes that might take a little bit longer but it's so much more personal and actually seems like good customer service compared to every other place in Connecticut. Please keep that going.Consider giving Veterans 15% like they do in Groton.EditI carry 3 forms of ID on me. When I get pulled over the cops don't even ask me to take off my helmet. I will be growing my own soon and won't have to deal with these stupid policies. I even did a pre-order this time to make it quick but no I had to take off my gloves take off my glasses then my helmet.

But once again, the inner seal on my flower had been tampered with. I don't have a scale at home. I can't really check the weight. My pre roll was good and professionally rolled but slightly stale in flavor due to its Nov 22 harvest date. It's kind of like getting stale roast beef at the deli.

What’s the point of scheduling a time and you end up waiting. Why don’t they have a second pharmacist on a Friday night when it’s busy.No more. I figured I’d change my review after talking a bit more with staff. I still wholeheartedly believe management needs to take better care of their customers and should better explain the product in more detail, there should be a way to talk with an agent while placing an order, and issues should not be laughed off as “it is what it is”. The people are good, the service needs to be improved on. Since you’re selling a service (since you are wholesaling, not developing a product), it should be treated as such. Customers (and their time) have been mismanaged by poor policy and lack of communication within the process of the transaction. As long as there is improvement, I will be back, and hope competition drives change within these companies when the marketplace eventually catches up with demand. I apologize for my own negative energy within my previous review (as well as in store) and hope it improves (drastically)

This place is extremely expensive, plenty of other dispensaries that charge half of what these guys are charging. 30+ minute wait just for simple orders. I’d avoid and just drive to Mass and go to the local shops. Better products and higher strains. Perfect if you’re 80.

I was impressed with this dispensary, until the last few months. Renewed my card long before recreational geared up for the supposed benefits. For months now medical inventory has been terrible. Can’t get my usual choices and my secondary choices. But, they’re all moved to the recreational side. AND All prices have increased ridiculously. Service has slipped too. They’ve been using code words to move the patient line if they’re busy which makes you feel rushed. I used to think they cared about their patients, now I see they care more about their profits.

FF went on the news proclaiming nothing will change for medical patients other than the lines. That is not a true statement.What has changed is the menu. The prices have changed (gone up)and the options are less. It seems they are discounting the adult use prices and applying to them to the medical menu. This means loyal customers all of a sudden are paying more. When I asked why, they insisted nothing changed. I was a tad perturbed none the less. Don't wiz on me and tell me it's raining.Clearly they had no intention on informing their medical patients of this change, nor do they care.

The "budtenders" are very knowledgeable about the products and I what they don't know they'll find out quick enough.... It's a warm, inviting place. With a comfortable, light, non threatening type of atmosphere. I've been to a few other dispensaries, and they are not even close to this place.

I went here for 6 months:If you like to be treated fake nice and like your a baby who is lucky to find your way in go here and at $200 a oz being the cheapest you still get seeds (that wont grow). Every time I buy theraplant they have seeds. I now go to MA pay full retail with tax and get seed free stuff for $175 oz. To be fair I never brought up the seeds to anyone, just cant deal with peoples fake attitudes. Also wanted to use all my point as I knew I would never be back BUT no you cant use until a blue moon on a leap year... Just support anyone but this place.

The staff are always incredibly friendly anytime I come in and I'm happy to see familiar faces still there after the year hiatus I had to take from being unable to afford renewing last year. The menu has grown in that time, not to mention the incredibly affordable prices. I just went in expecting to spend $65, walked out having spent less than $50! Their rewards program is unmatched, their product quality and quantity is amazing, and their customer service hits it out of the park every time. And even now that I'm able to go to any dispensary without having to fill out paperwork to switch, I find myself reluctant to because I feel like anywhere besides fine fettle will be disappointing compared to the service I've had here!

I switched over about a couple month ago from natures medicine, and the switch has been AWFUL. I thought it would get better after a little and figured I would give them time but boy was I was wrong. The customer service and overall treatment compared to nature’s medicine is absolutely HORRIBLE. They don’t treat you like patients here they simply just want your money. If I lived near another one I would have switched already. Oh and don’t you dare go against one of the rules or you will be sent to time out!! After switching from the Mansfield location I've had nothing but complications and problems coming here Every time I try to place an order it seems like there's a problem with my order being sold out or on hold for someone, And the time frame that they give you to pick up your product makes 0 sense If I place my order online i should be able to come pick up my order at my convenience. The Mansfield location never had that problem I was able to place my order and walk in within 5 minutes and get my order. also closing at 5pm on Saturdays and not being open on sundays gives patients that work very minimal opportunity to get their medication during the weekends. One thing I do like about the place is it's discount program and the bulk bundles they give off of buying in bulk. I hope this place Realizes the opportunities where they need to get better And fix some of problems they have.

Agent 52253 has absolutely no clue about money or handling transactions! I wanted to spend the Dollar coins I had accumulated, and he refused the money. Then I went to give him my cash, and he refused my actual bills! The dude can't even tell the difference between quarters and dollar coins! Luckily, my sister showed up to get her order with her debit card, otherwise I would not have been able to get my order. My sister didn't mind taking my money for her debit card use, which he watched this happen. I guess Fine Fettle can now discriminate against the customers on how they pay for their order(s). If they don't like the payment, then you will not get your order.

One time I was there and there was someone playing music outside. That was an amazing vibe. Don't really like the maze of a line system but I like it better than what they are doing in Groton. But allowing me to walk up and talk to a person to place an order yes that might take a little bit longer but it's so much more personal and actually seems like good customer service compared to every other place in Connecticut. Please keep that going.Consider giving Veterans 15% like they do in Groton.EditI carry 3 forms of ID on me. When I get pulled over the cops don't even ask me to take off my helmet. I will be growing my own soon and won't have to deal with these stupid policies. I even did a pre-order this time to make it quick but no I had to take off my gloves take off my glasses then my helmet.

But once again, the inner seal on my flower had been tampered with. I don't have a scale at home. I can't really check the weight. I figured I’d change my review after talking a bit more with staff. I still wholeheartedly believe management needs to take better care of their customers and should better explain the product in more detail, there should be a way to talk with an agent while placing an order, and issues should not be laughed off as “it is what it is”. The people are good, the service needs to be improved on. Since you’re selling a service (since you are wholesaling, not developing a product), it should be treated as such. Customers (and their time) have been mismanaged by poor policy and lack of communication within the process of the transaction. As long as there is improvement, I will be back, and hope competition drives change within these companies when the marketplace eventually catches up with demand. I apologize for my own negative energy within my previous review (as well as in store) and hope it improves (drastically)

I was impressed with this dispensary, until the last few months. Renewed my card long before recreational geared up for the supposed benefits. For months now medical inventory has been terrible. Can’t get my usual choices and my secondary choices. But, they’re all moved to the recreational side. AND All prices have increased ridiculously. Service has slipped too. They’ve been using code words to move the patient line if they’re busy which makes you feel rushed. I used to think they cared about their patients, now I see they care more about their profits.

FF went on the news proclaiming nothing will change for medical patients other than the lines. That is not a true statement.What has changed is the menu. The prices have changed (gone up)and the options are less. It seems they are discounting the adult use prices and applying to them to the medical menu. This means loyal customers all of a sudden are paying more. When I asked why, they insisted nothing changed. I was a tad perturbed none the less. Don't wiz on me and tell me it's raining.Clearly they had no intention on informing their medical patients of this change, nor do they care.

I went here for 6 months:If you like to be treated fake nice and like your a baby who is lucky to find your way in go here and at $200 a oz being the cheapest you still get seeds (that wont grow). Every time I buy theraplant they have seeds. I now go to MA pay full retail with tax and get seed free stuff for $175 oz. To be fair I never brought up the seeds to anyone, just cant deal with peoples fake attitudes. Also wanted to use all my point as I knew I would never be back BUT no you cant use until a blue moon on a leap year... Just support anyone but this place.

The menu has grown in that time, not to mention the incredibly affordable prices. I just went in expecting to spend $65, walked out having spent less than $50! I switched over about a couple month ago from natures medicine, and the switch has been AWFUL. I thought it would get better after a little and figured I would give them time but boy was I was wrong. The customer service and overall treatment compared to nature’s medicine is absolutely HORRIBLE. They don’t treat you like patients here they simply just want your money. If I lived near another one I would have switched already. Oh and don’t you dare go against one of the rules or you will be sent to time out!! I dread every trip I have to make to fine fettle, man do I miss nature’s med.

After switching from the Mansfield location I've had nothing but complications and problems coming here Every time I try to place an order it seems like there's a problem with my order being sold out or on hold for someone, And the time frame that they give you to pick up your product makes 0 sense If I place my order online i should be able to come pick up my order at my convenience. The Mansfield location never had that problem I was able to place my order and walk in within 5 minutes and get my order. also closing at 5pm on Saturdays and not being open on sundays gives patients that work very minimal opportunity to get their medication during the weekends. One thing I do like about the place is it's discount program and the bulk bundles they give off of buying in bulk. I hope this place Realizes the opportunities where they need to get better And fix some of problems they have.

I have had my medical card in 3 different states & can honestly say you can't beat the service, quality and overall value I find at Fine Fettle, Willimantic. The whole family aka "staff" are super friendly, helpful and makes each visit an exceptional one 🙂 They have a great selection and their concentrates are top notch!! Fine fettle Willimantic is the best dispensary I've ever been a patient with.they have a great selection of truly medicinal quality products.Haley,Hannah & front staff are always super friendly and welcoming. The pharmacists in the back are very caring and knowledgeable.They always take the time to answer any questions you might have while confirming your order.I always have massive anxiety going just about everywhere. Following my first visit with fine fettle I was comfortable enough to speak with the employee's with more than "Hi" "bye" ????????

I Love everything about this location the staff Miles and Hannah great you with a smile a laugh and make you feel at home like you don't want to leave Andrew and David are always on top of everything for you MILES AND HANNAH always remind you if you need a new temporary card they remind you multiple times a month before its due then remind you till the day it is do .. they are fast and efficient courteous and respectful . They are an amazing crew ❤ I've been to other locations and this one tops them all on gawwwwwwwdddddd I love the crew they always keep up with me even wrote me a sympathy card when my cousin was killed they care and they are rare ❤

I LOVE Fine Fettle! From the moment you walk inside you are greeted with the friendliest people that just make you feel welcomed. When you get to the area for payment, the staff behind the counter are so knowledgeable and i was offered free swag which was something I never used to get at my previous dispensary! Kicking myself in the butt for not switching sooner! I also love their rewards system; that’s always a plus.

As far as medical marijuana dispensaries in New England go, they don’t get much better than Fine Fettle. Everything from the staff and the physical locations to the website and online menu is awesome. I’ve been a patient at the Willimantic location since shortly after they opened and have never had anything but a positive experience.

I could not be more happy with my choice to go with Fine Fettle for all of my medical marijuana needs. The location itself is so bright and welcoming. Add on the friendly helpful staff and you're in for a fantastic experience! Especially if you're a new patient like me. I was pretty uninformed on what certain things meant and the differences in products. The pharmacist who did my call prior to my first visit was so patient and answered every question I had! This helped me pick a few things to try for my first purchase and I can't wait to come back.
