Placed my order online which was processed right away. There was a very minimal wait of less than 5 minutes when I arrived at the dispensary. Ample parking. Paid with cash and got my products quickly.
The service is really easygoing. Everyone is nice and knows how to help with whatever you need. If you have any questions, they will answer to the best of their ability. Everything there is not too expensive like other dispensaries I've been to. I fully recommend to go here for what u want and need.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean facility and good products. Botanist is pretty reliable when looking for a variety.A tad pricey, but you pay for premium.
I’ve been using the Botanist as a medical patient for 5 years. The staff is always amazing and the when I make a preorder, I barely ever wait. Very rarely are they out of what I need.Easy parking!
Excellent service. I come every so often and recently one of the carts I bought was burnt out so I spoke with the assistant manager Samantha on the phone who was extremely attentive and helped resolve my issue and made sure I left with 100% satisfaction. 10/10
I stopped going here. We have to get buzzed in for whatever reason even though all across America that does not happen.Customer service kinda fell off a bit. A lot of people are standing around when the lines are very long for pre order and traditional pickup.They don’t tell you if you have points or not and just randomly decide to ask. This was tested knowing I had $10 off but they never brought it up during the many transactions.The staff definitely make comments about their clients amongst one another. I can observe from the lines that nobody is talking behind the counter, and when certain folks walk up to purchase, they nod and laugh at one another.
Double check whatever you buy from here! I bought an eighth of H Dog and the container was sealed and empty. I’ve never been ripped off like that before. Literally spent $40 for an empty container.
The staff is awesome. The prices are horrible, they told us the price increase was due to a flower shortage, but now they have 50+ strains almost every day and prices are still sky high. I’m medical and I have to drive to RI to get affordable products
My first time here, I just wanted to check it out. While looking around, I noticed a QR code to sign up for the loyalty program. I sat down to complete the sign-up, and a guy who looked like Tony Hinchcliffe asked if I had ordered from the kiosk. I said no, I was signing up for the loyalty program.When I finished, I started to look around. The same guy, in a sterner voice, asked if I was medical or recreational. I told him recreational, and he replied in the same tone that the menu on the wall was for medical and the kiosk was for recreational.An older lady was kind enough to help me. She explained how the store worked and recommended some items with their prices. I thanked her and told her that I was just browsing but would likely come back to buy what she recommended.I don't know what I did to annoy the first guy, but he definitely needs ignore Frank Lopez's advice to Tony and start using his supply.Other than that this was a very clean and organized place.

This place was the very first of its kind in our area. I must say, it is tastefully decorated and they take security seriously. They had a mega 420 sale that caused some technical difficulties, but Samantha saved the day when there was an inventory discrepancy. Because of her accommodating and kind service, I will definitely be returning to this fine establishment.
I love my Botanist family. Stacy, Jill, Beth, Sharon....oh so many wonderful folks taking care of me on my best AND worst days! I am truly grateful ❤️
This is not my first bad experience here I have had MANY but now I will leave a review. Went to pick up my PRE ORDER at a place I regularly visit and spend endless amounts of money. The selection is always lacking and quality is hit or miss. Had a half empty cart once. Waited 45min for a preorder etc. Now what started this review. I arrived to an empty parking lot almost closing time. I apparently parked in a “medical” spot. No not handicapped. Mind you empty lot. I would be in and out within minutes. Highly doubt the parking lot will suddenly be filled while I’m in the store. I went inside and was very rudely told move your car or we won’t let you in. For someone who is here weekly and spends thousands of dollars. I asked to speak to a manager about this silly situation.She proceeded to laugh at me. She then confirmed they are not handicapped not illegal to park in they just “try” to keep them free. So I told her I won’t be a returning customer due to how I was spoken to by the child at the front desk. Her response “that’s fine” and walked away. Such an excellent way to do business. All the while I was very calm and polite the entire time. Well let alone the 30 + family and friends who I introduced to this place will also no longer be customers. Good luck to your business. I hope y’all understand you’re not the only gig in town. Good luck to you. I will do my best to advise people to go elsewhere. Just Google they are everywhere. Thanks again for your unprofessional ignorant attitude miss so called manager. I’m sure the owner would be proud how you handed that.
This has occured 3 times now: I place an order around 7:00pm. They confirm pickup until 8pm(close). I drive 45 minutes to pick up my order. "SORRY WE ARE CLOSED".If you guys are going to close 15 minutes early now, then change your hours. You are wasting customers time and money.Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me I guess. I'm a huge idiot for going a 3rd time I guess. I've chosen to not be an idiot going forward and will no longer be a patron of this business.
I've been a patient of the Botanist before it became it's new name and location. I absolutely love the pharmacists. But the people that sit at the front to check you in and greet are the most miserable people you can encounter. It's unfortunate such a beautiful new facility, same great pharmacists but first impressions, bottom of the barrel. Do better hiring front desk staff. Thanks Longtime patient..
Nice store, really! Great in a pinch when you’re absolutely desperate. Mostly due to the fact that you’ll pay around $75 for an eighth of flower. No way. No how.Consider taking the ride 90 minutes north and your choices expand, and prices drop considerably. As in - 4x the product for same coin. Sorry CT, you’re just not ready for prime time yet.
Honestly was not impressed by their products. I got both flower and prerolls of different strains. None of them had the desired effect, had little to no effects at all. Pretty much equivalent to the gas station stuff. Tasted the same as stuff from a gas station too. Just like dirty burnt leaves. Almost had a hemp or cbd taste to it. Not satisfying at all.They got one extra star because the staff was quick and nice.
Been a medical client for many yearsunder previous ownership. They were great then and they’re even better now. Same kindness and expertise from the staff.. Great environment. Love the priority treatment for medical patients.

As much as I love these dispensaries and how easy it is to get a cart. I realized their carts are never filled 100%, i had a 0.5g cart that looked like it was filled half way.. so am I getting a 0.25g??? the ones I get off the street are more filled than these.. disappointing.
Always a great experience when going here. Stacy and her team are amazing and beyond helpful. As someone who doesn’t do well in social situations the staff always makes me feel at ease which I appreciate. Thank you for helping me get through each day a little easier.
Great quality products, extremely nice people & a very clean facility. Few people in particular would be John at the front desk, he always greets you with a smile on his face and makes you feel good about where you chose to shop. I've never had a bad experience here! A shoutout to Kevin, who very patiently guided me through the process of renewing my medical card. And also to the pharmacist that rang me out the last visit here. There was a small problem with my previous order, and he made took care of it right then and there. Always positive vibes here...
Opens at nine, can’t pick up till 10. Can buy 28 g. But have to walk it to your car 7 g at a time. Taking almost an hour to get your order complete. Had to cancel the remaining order because it was just taking so long to get through the line each time. And just sign up for the rewards program, they won’t let you leave without it.
The employees are always so kind, funny, and helpful! They always make me feel so welcome and answer all my questions! The staff really does make you feel like you’re just seeing your friends! Great people, great service, and great products!
To put it simply, this place is great. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Their selection for recreational is growing and they have something for any preference.The freshness and quality is where it’s at. My most recent purchase was packaged on 6/02/2023!Their prices are fair, products are high quality and the vibes are very welcoming. I will definitely be back.
This is the best place for my medical cannabis. My favorite person that knows me already!! All I can say is SAM!! He knows exactly what item to give what person they are all very very well knowledgeable in every item they have. This is the best place I’ve been to. I have been to a lot of dispensary and this is top-of-the-line not just that everyone’s there from Sam to James to Eric to Sean,Carl, Shane, Carol all of them in there they’re all knowledgeable very friendly. Want to help the patients not just sell items or push items they want to know what you need. These people are very very well trained and kind hearted. Sam has helped me through a lot. Carl has helped me with the hardship. They’ve all been very caring. I won’t change a thing they know exactly what they doing. I’m so lucky to be part of this dispensary as a patient they take care of all your needs . IKnow that they have AU now availability it’s a little wild, but they’ve handled everything perfectly and so professionally!! Great place and great people and even the security guards are polite and are ready at the slightest moment. They’re always aware of everything which a security guard should be. They know what they doing from the people who check you in to all the way to the last person who says good night. Like I said, from the beginning to the end perfect service.
I love the staff so much and the interior is lovely. They require a drivers license to enter so make sure you don’t forget it! Overall good place.
I've always had a good experience here. I followed them when they moved even though it's farther from my house, and I don't regret it. The staff are always respectful and engaging (unfortunately I can't recall any of their names); and I was VERY impressed with how they handled medical and 'adult use' customers during a very busy shift.One area for improvement would be the reservation system. They used to have a three-day pickup window for a reservation, which is now one day. This is made more difficult by the general availability of product in the market right now.
I have been a long time patient of the botanist , even at the prior location. I can for certain say I have always been treated with compassion and kindness from every employee. They are also very knowledgeable about the strains, and concentrates. I trust them because they make it imperative that the customer is always taken care of to the best extent.I hope to be buying all of my items from them for years to come!

The botanist is a great place for many reasons. When you walk in you always feel comfortable. Sam, Shane, Eric and Stacy always ready to serve you with a smile thank you. As well as the people who check you in or the pharmacists in the back always willing to help thank you Patrick, Jones, Jessica and Jacklyn. You truly feel welcomed when you walk in. Amazing experience every single time. The staff is very welcoming and kind, and the atmosphere is very clean and cozy. Today when I picked up an order, unfortunately, when I had opened one of the syringes, the tip was broken, so I called and the receptionists Jessica and Caroline were super helpful in telling me to come back so I could get a full replacement. Eric, Sam, & Shane are all super! Eric was easily able to have Carl, the pharmacist come look at the problem, and he said it was no problem to replace. It only took about five minutes and it went by super fast as the entire staff there is friendly and makes for nice conversations. I highly suggest the botanist for anyone who is a caregiver (like me) or a medical user as it has everything one would need and the staff goes above and beyond.
Went there for my first time today, it went awesome!! They set me up at reception with my new account I can't remember his name but he was awesome, then I went right in and I believe his name was Erik, he showed me the menu and explained everything. I will definitely order ahead next time so it'll be ready when I get there, but it want a long wait ordering there anyways. From start to finish I think I was in there 20 min. 👍👍👍 Definitely my home dispensary 😁
Security there is stealth. Thank god the techs are protected by him. When I get admitted to the dispensary I am greeted by Jackie Bravo who always seems ecstatic to do her job. Once I’m through the doors it’s like being welcomed into a good friends house. Stacy, Shane, Kenny, and Eric are all extremely helpful and are very quick to assist when I’m stuck between decisions. This is the best dispensary in America thanks to your security, welcome staff, and pharmacy techs.
Very clean & modern inside! Was greeted by James in the entrance who was super helpful answering a couple questions I had. Amazing customer service from all the employees. Wide variety of products & always has something new!

Phenomenal staff! Special shout out to Stacy! I had surgery a year ago and she recommended an amazing product I would never had considered on my own. It had such amazing results even the surgeon was asking about what I was using. An absolute great team that clearly care about their patients and well being!
It's a giant new store with well appointed furniture and very modern. The location is perfect for me and it's a great location for them also. I don't have to drive across town to bethel anymore less than a mile from my house. I'm thankful to be able to have this option because it's one of the only options that helps me.

They are speedy and I am usually in and out quickly, which is great. I am a stroke patient who needs a the assistance of a caregiver. In the last year I've accumulated close to $100,000 on non-covered medical expenses. Yet in order for my caregiver to accompany me, I have to go to my doctor (another uncovered expense), and then pay $25 on top of that?Also, there's only one handicapped spot, and it's not even wide enough to accommodate a van with a ramp.Sure, I can get curbside pickup, but that means I have to pay in cash because they don't have a portable POS. So I have to make an extra trip to the bank, then hope there's an appointment slot available that day, which there usually isn't. Then I have to wait until after the weekend.

Very friendly staff, very nice prices, wonderful community engagement.If there’s an issue with your pre-order, they’ll make it right. Will expedite your order if you arrive before your “it’s ready” text. Great for new patients and experienced connoisseurs alike. Great deal days and education programs and support groups for your relative issues. Best place to get your medicine from, hands down.Got in the middle of a couple scuffles between patients in my several years of being there (driving, parking, dumb stuff that reasonable people wouldn’t argue over), and security has always calmly diffused the situation, and the rest of the staff has accommodated me as needed (removing me from the situation and giving me a glass of water, scheduling another appointment for me, etc).
Terrible. The staff is joking about what type of medicines they are gonna try next instead of helping patients. The management is terrible also and treats it like a recreation store, and treats the patients like they are drug users. They clearly don't understand the medicinal value of the plant. Furthermore they would rather lie and try to cover their butts than apologize and fix things. This is just a recreation store waiting for recreation to go live. Another example of corrupt CT.

Very professional, very helpful and knowledgable. Excellent inventory. Pharmacists there are helpful and helped me get the product that relief ed substantial nerve pain. While I am 73, I had never before had experience with with the products, even in my youth, therefore the assistance and knowledge of The Botanist staff was very valuable.
