Fantastic experience! I was helped by Jay who did a fantastic job. He answered all of my questions, gave recommendations, and was very polite. He appeared to be the only one working on that side but even with being under staffed, didn’t make me feel rushed. Honestly a 10/10 experience!

Jose was a standout, I was politely asked to wait due to computer issues, and then received an additional subtraction off my total! You guys are amazing, there was a woman helping as well , unfortunately I did not get her name. But figure it out- give them raises
The door was a little hard to find because their sign is so small. Other than that, my experience was fantastic! Friendly, helpful people from start to finish. Their staff is great! Price was very decent for what you get. I’ll definitely go back.
I’ve never had an issue at any dispensary until until Curaleaf which was extremely disappointing. It seems like the energy depends on the day ? Might get a good experience, might get passive aggressive attitude at the front desk before even making it in. Good bud , but going into a location with possible off energy customer service is not it. Only giving this two stars cause the bud is good. Other than that would definitely recommend other places before coming to this location. No one should enter the dispo not feeling welcome
Chris was great. Fast service. Was ready when the text update said it was ready. Some dispensaries will tell you it's ready for pick-up but it takes them forever to get when you show up. Good product and price.
Quick and easy process...I was in and out in a matter of minutes! Wish the state would lower the prices a little bit, to make things a little more competitive, but I won't hold my breath 🤣🤣 I will definitely visit again in the future.
This was my first visit. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean establishment. I really liked that I was able to use a kiosk onsite to browse and even order. This is the only dispensary I have been to where that was available. I would definitely recommend and would return when and if I am in the area.

This place had some pretty good variety and there is a lounge which is pretty cool. The staff was super friendly, and the product is always hittin. I have to give it to Carol if they'd really have a nice set up everywhere I have been... This place is particularly small but good things come in small packages...

I absolutely LOVE this place!!! I actually took the time to write a review, THAT is how much I love this team! They go out of their way to give you the very best experience! The loyalty points are amazing and the more you shop the higher % you get taken off your next visit. They ALWAYS have so many amazing options and discounts, for example, today I had to stop in for some medical cannabis. They had a discount; spend $250 get 20% off OR EVEN BETTER (and the one I went with) spend $400 get 30% off. My total was at like $650 and I seriously walked away paying ONLY $317! NO JOKE! I’m not paid for this review and I received nothing creating it. I’m simply saying that I’m a person that appreciates honesty, loyalty, and respect (AND MAJOR DISCOUNTS) and you get all three plus much more with Curaleaf, Hartford, CT! I’ve had quite a few dispensary experiences. Not a fan of curaleaf Hartford. Especially pharmacist Erin or Aaron how ever he spells it. The experience felt very unprofessional(demeanor grinning sarcastic, also advised to USE RSO as dab) look it up not great advice. I had an issue with an order less than 24 hrs. I’ve had other similar type of issues before never had any trouble anywhere else getting things fixed. Seems like very unfair “case by case” policy. No CT Dcp return policy I could find. I did a ton of research before this post because I don’t like to just give a bad rating unless it was deserved and this though I smiled as I left and oh okay I guess thanks anyway I felt swindled. This was unopened product with receipt in the same bag it was handed to me.
I’ve been coming to this location for many years now, and never had a bad experience…Easy on easy off-highway Never an issue with parking.
Medical patient here. Was nice until the "adult use" location opened in the same building and they stole all our stuff. The medical menu is tiny af now and I can't find my usual strains. Push the adult use location to somewhere else or divide up the menus equally, med comes before rec all day, we need it, they don't. And I know a lot of people feel the same way since there's been articles out about this now for ages.

I find it weird some folks on here saying they are "disrespectful" when they are always pretty chill there. Always greeting and polite.. some of ya just be mad for no reason and leave a negative review cause since ya emotional babies... Maybe go to the blocxk and get it there then cause thats MID. Friendly staff who were very helpful and insightful. Good size selection of products from vapes and plants to edibles. I give it a three star rating because they are highly overpriced. The highest prices I've ever seen. Maybe this is just Connecticut pricing in general. But really overpriced.
Terrible staff, I ordered at 4pm and called back at 7pm to add another vape to my order and the person I talked to the first time never put my order through I talked to him about transfer and about the vape I wanted he even said at the end of the call is that it for my order and said they’ll do the transfer now I even said thank you. I take that thank you back incompetent and very disrespectful I called to put one more vape for my order and they hung up on me while I was talking I will never use Curaleaf east Hartford again. The staff are disrespectful and incompetent. I will be telling my friends to use their medical card only at prime wellness where they have staff with respect and a brain. I hope they lose their job disgustingly bad service I will not be back
The service was fine. You have to wait outside until you get ID'd which stinks if there is bad weather. My main reason for knocking off a star is the ridiculous surcharge for using a credit card. Apparently they round the charge amount up to the next ten. So the $91 purchase became $100 plus another 3 percent fee. So I'm out $12 just to use my debit card. There is an on-site ATM with its own heavy charge I hear. Your best bet is bringing cash!
I just want to say that this location is very convenient. Everyone there was aware that this was My very first time and welcomed me with the upmost respect. They were very courteous and informative about the facility. I even scored free merchandise with a smile. I most certainly will be back. Kudos...
I have been going to Curaleaf for a year and some change now. The staff is amazing. At least the old staff is. The new staff seems inexperienced and lacking knowledge of the product. They have also started making several changes to the studio while also planning on moving their entire operation to Manchester. Since the changes they have been out of many of their products. They have been completely out of concentrates for weeks now. As they are my closest and most reliable dispensary, this has been very disappointing. I hope they get their supply issue under control. That the transition to Manchester is smooth. And that they train their new staff to meet the high-quality I have come to expect and love from there old staff.
Disappointed after all my efforts.Lobbying at the legislative office building in 2012.Third person signed up.Now, they’re in some dispute with Theraplant so they won’t order my 360X syringe oil anymore.I have myelomalacia at C6 that’s ultimately going to kill me, so they stop carrying what helps the most and insurance reimburses me for.I jumped through a million hoops to be kicked to the curb.$400.00 order every month.Arrow was the best. I knew eventually the wonderfulness would wear off.Prime sucks too…nobody there is competent and their registers ring up wrong, then they get angry at me.Own your ineptness instead of torturing terminally ill humans.
I pay to be a medical patient. I've turned to THC and CBD concentrate as my means to treat my symptoms and have done so for the past 5+ years. This place no longer serves in the interest of medical patients. Medicine is no longer available here for me. They keep sending me discounts and promotions with no product even available for purchase. Better off driving to Massachusetts at this point unfortunately.
Dispensary to help medical patients will no longer exist as of 2023 and Curaleaf is leading the charge.Since end of December 2022 all of a sudden there are only eights avaiable at 40 per eighth. This equates to 320 an ounce, double the previous price of 160. I thought Curaleaf was about helping medical patients? At least give your patients an explanation as to why is happening and if it's the new norm.If it is the new norm then it will give others a chance to change dispensaries. In my case I have to travel to Mass because of this change.Extremely disheartening and unethical on your part.Thanks.No restock or replenishment for anything over 1/8 and THC is on lower level than previous.This is extremely disappointing s I can no longer afford to shop for medical in CT because of this. Not to mention all popular strains are mysteriously never restocked anymore.
Staff is super friendly and they have the best deals in any dispensary north of Hartford. I’m talking like 25% up to 30% off on certain product. They know what they are talking about, always reliable, and great store hours. All in all a great dispensary just wish it was closer to home.

I have been going to Curaleaf for about a year and a half now. I have always had a very pleasant experience here! The whole staff is wonderful. They are always friendly and helpful! They really make you feel welcome. And the facility is very well run and the products are great.I would especially like to thank Nick the pharmacist. He is so kind and patient! This was a new experience for me, getting a medical marijuana license. I had been having issues with my degenerative hip for almost two years and finally got a hip replacement this past June. My doctor recommended marijuana to help with the pain and now the healing process. Nick has been really helpful and, as I said, very patient with me while I tried to find exactly what works for me. The way Nick takes the time to explain things and treat you with patience and compassion is phenomenal. I can't thank him enough, and I can't recommend Curaleaf enough. I would give more than five stars if I could!!

Avoid CT dispos. They use a process called remediation to try to remove mold and pathogens from their improperly grown and stored products. Remediation includes ozone UV lights peroxide microwaves and other techniques instead of just growing and storing it properly. Staff are so rude! They make you wait outside in the heat with pain despite only 2 customers inside. I tried to call and let the staff know about my bad experience and they basically hung up on me. I literally spend 150-200 per week here and cannot wait for other stores to open so I can spend my money somewhere that’s less disrespectful. If you have an option to go somewhere else Please go anywhere else but here.. they literally laugh at customers and make them wait in the heat for fun
Much better dispensary since Cura took over from Artow. Many discounts not available at other CT dispensaries for Cuba Leaf products...Staff was typical.Still prefer Prime Wellness

Was using when dispensary first opened and operated as Arrow. Quit using due to staff.Went today and again was skipped and ignored by staff. Asked for manager and manager never came out...This has been an ongoing problem since they opened. The lack of communication is frustrating when spending 3-400 dollars a visit.Prime Wellness staff could hold seminar for Curaleaf on customer care and appreciation.

The compassionate Care program really is awesome because for someone who might be going through it for a period of time they can help you with that and their staff is awesome about it

Will be switching immediately worst cust service ever. Supposedly get discounts on visits and the website puts sales up they do not honor. They would not fill a order yesterday and had no reasonable answer to why. The only dispensary I've ever been to but they say Is that on the 12th I switched dispensaries however they have an order on the 14th that they filled and I picked up from their dispensary. However, the website biz.net shows they were my dispensary I have never been anywhere else so they refused to fill my order. I placed an order today filled no problem go in and I'm told I can't use my 20% discount for my 3rd visit because there's a 10% discount on curely products I said well I'd like to remove those because the website actually stated 4 cure leaf products gets you 20% off so I couldn't use the 20% off for the 4 products I couldn't use I couldn't use my 20% off from my 3rd visit.. Again no explanation from the staff just rude I will never visit this place again make sure I use the little bit of rewards they gave me and the once a week visits to hear at 3:50 plus will no longer take place a place. The good thing is there are other dispensaries. You should treat people better and in situations honor sales
My orders always seem to get filled fast. Staff is super friendly for the most part. Just wish there was a better entry system, especially in the cold. It would be nice if there was an a speaker for the check in person can let us know if they have a new person and the wait will be a few. Just we are not standing there thinking we are getting ignored.

The absolute worst dispensary I’ve ever come in contact with.. the employees are rude & not centered on the patient. I’ve gone there many times & they have messed up the patient’s order with giving wrong products. Some of their products are inadequate in terms of RH (Relative Humidity) & I have experienced labels looking like they are being tampered with. Oh & don’t get me started on how many times they will try to finesse you out of their “promotions”I WILL NEVER RETURN TO CURALEAF & NEVER REFER ANYONE…
