Terrible experience. Preordered bud online as the website was offering a 15% discount on brand purchases. After arriving to the location for pickup I was told a completely different price; almost $20 more than expensive than my original quote. When I showed my confirmation email I was rudely told that the website was wrong and the discount didn’t apply to flower. I responded that this seemed like an in-house problem that the company was aware of and unsure how this was a problem for me, the customer, to absorb. I chose and drove to this establishment based on an agreed upon price. The employee grabbed a second employee who explained the same issue with the site - also clearly annoyed as it seemed they’d been explaining this to customers all day - who then quickly walked into the back as I was speaking because I, too, was now annoyed. The price should have been honored and at the very least these employees should have spoke with professionalism and courtesy. I don’t care what product you’re selling. It’s still a business. I told them at that point I will never come back and I never have.
Getting really tired of having a total when I check out online, only to be told it's $25-30 more when I go to pick up. The attitude I got from the "manager" about the fact that if they aren't careful, false advertising can become a problem if this continues..... Is this a professional business or someone's hobby? I DO WANT TO MENTION THIS.... Everything else about this store is great, including the people checking you out. However, if this keeps up I'm just going to take rides to MA every week or two. Magically they don't have these issues.

Great experience! Someone is there to help you order on the kiosks. After ordering your request is sent to the back to process, your name is called quickly and you are assisted by a member of the staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and the process is fast! Highly recommended
Did online order and pickup. Online order was ready in less than a half hour. Wait time was less than 5 minutes at store and they have a nice place to sit. Store was clean. Everyone was very helpful. Prices are bit high but that’s CT taxes for us.Update: I’ve read the reviews prior to my visit and was preparing for the worst regarding wait times. Obviously if you go during the day when most every store is busy and foot traffic is high you’re going to wait for everything but just went again to Curaleaf and was in and out in well under 5 minutes. Great service from Terrence and everyone there.
Adriana has the best customer service I've ever seen in an employee. She has the type of energy that would make you come in just to say 👋 which is just the icing on the cake . I went to support a friend as they started their journey and while I don't do it myself I still asked a ton of questions on their behalf and was met with nothing but courtesy and happy staff eager to help and if you ever want to see the truth definition of model employee look no further then Adriana and the staff here.

Man I used to love this place. When ore orders actually meant something. Now you pre order and you still wait over 15 minutes. Maybe one day they'll get it together buf now is not that time. There are plenty others that will get you in and out in a flash.
Easily the slowest dispensary I’ve ever been to. They manage to make getting a “ready for pickup” online order into 30 minute slog of waiting around. They have a different model than most dispensaries where you must wait for them to call your name instead of just getting in line and picking up. They unfortunately often have no urgency in calling your name. This is consistently how this business operates - it treats its customers time as worthless.When business is slow this place is okay, but if the waiting room has 3 or 4 people expect to wait.
Katlyn is awesome and so polite and gives great advice on new product drops and suggestions for my medical marijuana I am super sensitive to sativa strains and she knows whats what! - 10/10 recommend!

Nice store, but the customer service at front door is a lil left to be desired. Forst visit, check on person lnew yhat but just opened door and didn't say where or what to do. Alsp seemed a lil chaotic with the puck up process and employees. Seems like a decent selection and prices, but not sure this would be my regular stop. Also, no shade while waiting to be called in to check in for 2 ppl at a time. Im sure in inclimate weather and busy times might not be best for everyone.

This place used to be great when it was just med. I'm VIP. But the good times are clearly gone. Expect to wait 20-30 mins even if you pre-order online a day before. Only one or two people working the registers on a Friday at 5pm?? Really? Medical getting pushed to the back burner now that they can charge Rec users $50 an 1/8th. You will be sitting in lobby while some disrespectful stoner wants to make small talk with the cashier. "Oh tell me all about your dog!" while 15 people are standing behind them waiting. Cashiers could care less about other people and just want to promote their tip jar. Why do they need to be tipped anyway? A vending machine could, and should, do their job. They need to hire more people, pay them more, and streamline the checkout.
Did an online medical order drove all the way to pick it up and was charged a higher amount.. they acknowledged it wasn't my fault but still would not honor the price. waste of gas and time.

Generally have a very good experience here. A few times before they opened everything up it would get a little crowded (and I was completely forgotten about once), but since the more open floorplan things have been flowing much smoother. They also are always SUPER careful to make sure you get the product you order.
There are a few workers there that are very kind, but most are rude and treat you if you're lucky to be there; quite sad. I unfortunately will be going elsewhere moving forward. I don't like spending $xxxx's a year somewhere to not enjoy going there. Hope they change it around.

When reaching out to upper management to share my many horrible experiences there was no one interested or accountable. This dispensary has no security, now they opening up all doors with no safety for the people that go there time to change dispensary and the supervisor or manager whoever she was was rude and said they don’t answer there phone for anyone not even curbside so what’s the point in having a phone line for ur patients smh prices are varied, been going here for two years not anymore!!
Rhonda and her team were excellent! I HIGHLY suggest using Curaleaf in Groton over anywhere else in CT. Their prices are always on point as well.
Dispensary to help medical patients will no longer exist as of 2023 and Curaleaf is leading the charge.Since end of December 2022 all of a sudden there are only eights avaiable at 40 per eighth. This equates to 320 an ounce, double the previous price of 160. I thought Curaleaf was about helping medical patients? At least give your patients an explanation as to why is happening and if it's the new norm.If it is the new norm then it will give others a chance to change dispensaries. In my case I have to travel to Mass because of this change.Extremely disheartening and unethical on your part.Thanks.No restock or replenishment for anything over 1/8 and THC is on lower level than previous.This is extremely disappointing s I can no longer afford to shop for medical in CT because of this. Not to mention all popular strains are mysteriously never restocked anymore.
I have had the wonderful pleasure of being a medical patient here at Curaleaf in Groton, CT, and the staff have always been more than kind and very helpful with any questions that you may have. They do not have recreational products, but the medical menu has a great number of products for you and many other skwrls to enjoy, but please remember that the law states you can not operate a motor vehicle after indulging in any type of products that have THC and believe me, most skwrls I know enjoy their freedom and it isn't safe to operate a motor vehicle under the influence of any substances so please think about yourself and the lives of others and just take a Lyft or Uber.

The shop is super nice & modern brand new when it opened a few years back. I switched from the other dispo that's in southeast CT. Most people that work there are pretty nice some are meh, but they consistently have nice sales. Something that wasn't or didn't happen at the last dispo unless it was a holiday or something special very few and far btwn. So if you buy herb at least kinda consistently this is your place.

Don’t go here. Your likely to get run over in the parking lot. It’s an absolutely lawless place. Never any parking anyway. The interior is rather small and people are loud. The Curaleaf branded products are also dry and terrible.
Since my surgery I have been forced to get curbside pick up and they have been so great about it!
I really used to enjoy coming here. The first time I came I had explained I’m a mom to 3 young children and the woman i spoke to assured me curbside would always be an option for me since my kids come everywhere with me pretty much.I pick up once, maybe twice a month.When I picked up my second most recent time I noticed curbside wasn’t available when making my order online, there were never any times available. So I selected store pick up and in the comments I wrote curbside pick up. I went to go pick up and I called and called and no one answered. I called 5 separate times in a matter of 3 hours and no one picked up. So I went back the following day and the man I spoke to said curbside is still be offered and that if they don’t pick up to keep calling until they do because they’re just busy.The most recent time I picked up the same thing happened, and I called maybe 2x in a row, and someone picked up. Super annoyed.I told him I was picking up.“What’s your reason for needing curbside because we’re going away with it”I have my children with me“How old is the child”5,3, and 1 I can’t walk into a dispensary with them and I’m not leaving them in my car to go run inside when you offer curbside“I wanted to filter through who actually needs curbside and aren’t just being lazy”Well since you’re not offering curbside anymore I’m going to have to find a new dispensary“Why”Because I need curbside……? And you just said you are going away with itRegardless, No where does it state you need areason for using curbside pick up. This is absolutely ridiculous and I felt like I was interrogated for using a service that they already offered.
I switched from " the botanist" in montville awhile ago and have 0 complaints. I felt uncomfortable at the botanist asking questions about my medications, where at Curaleaf I've been met with nothing but kindness and willingness to help. I will always recommend Curaleaf to new patients. The staff is wonderful.Also RHONDA IS AMAZING 🤩
I used to like this dispensary and spend a lot of money here. Their buds are constantly dried out; they almost disintegrate. Their cartridges are decent. I, like others in the reviews, have found they refuse to give you advertised discounts (IE refusing to give me & someone else 25% off when I referred them). They claim the program “stopped and restarted” then had me waiting 20 min for 4 cartridges that I’d already received a text from saying they’re ready (and paid). Regardless, I referred a patient to you. I will do business elsewhere.

Every time it’s a huge wait. There’s non urgency. People who pre order have to wait an hour for people who can’t make up their minds. No matter how many people are waiting the staff won’t rush anyone. Which is fine but have more people. A 45 second transaction shouldn’t require waiting an hour every time. People want to talk about their day and their pets and ask about every single product on the shelf and it’s at everyone else’s expense. My 4th dispensary I’ve gone to in Connecticut and by far the worst.The staff shouldn’t be chatting with every customer. Pay for your stuff and if you have questions they need a specialist to answer those not the cashiers
This group has gone above and beyond the standards of what a dispensary should be. I credit the workers in the shop for keeping curaleaf afloat and giving the company its valued reputation. Every single employee is knowledgeable which is a plus, but most importantly, they are there in the snow, wind, and rain and always there for whatever and whenever you need them.

It doesn’t matter if you place your order online or not , when you arrive to pick it up, your still stuck behind the crowd of walk ins that arrived seconds before you. This location needs to adapt a 2 lane system. 1 lane for online orders so they can get in and out with ease, and a lane for walk ins. It serves no beneficial purpose to pre order online if you still have to wait 20 mins in the lobby to pick up your 1 item.. this location is getting worse daily with the staff being different almost every single visit. They really need to adapt and modify the way they do things here. Having 2 people on staff any given day is ridiculous.

Is this a "pharmacy" or not because actual patients need cannabis medically. The hours of operation here are horrible considering many patients have epilepsy, seziures, PTSD, depression. How can patients get their prescribed medication from this "pharmacy when they close at 3pm on Sunday. Pathetic and unprofessional service don't bother coming 20 minutes before closing without a online order or you will be harrased and given a death stare by the employees. I'll take my money somewhere else. I'm disgusted.

Melissa was really excellent and steered me in the right direction for what I suffer from . It was so validating to hear that she also suffers from same pain and symptoms I have. Melissa really layed out why and which products were good for me and described everything clearly and in a way I could understand. Before coming here I was a member of Thames Valley Relief sadly the only relief I had from them was leaving to come here. As a mental health patient having a comfortable place to go to means the world to us. Not only is it a very welcoming environment the staff is top notch. I really look forward to visiting the staff here they know me by name and treat me as a person. I personal struggle going into public places but here I am treated as I am with family and not just a customer. I highly recommend coming here even if its a little bit further you will have a much better experience.

Just went in for consultation and it was so painless and that’s because of the laid back comfortable ambiance that they create for your experience at Curaleaf Groton, it makes you feel open to ask all the questions you’ve wanted answers for but maybe didn’t want to ask. The selection well let’s just say that they can accommodate any medical marijuana users needs, whatever or however you like to consume your THC and CBD you’ll be able to get those needs taken care of. This place is awsome! The menu might be a little overwhelming at first for some people but the staff can help you with that. For me i love a huge menu! Lol It's extremely clean and well laid out as well. I will say though this is the only dispensary that I've been to but there's no need to go anywhere else .
