Shout out to Gabby and Brenda who have made me feel welcome when I come inside. They are the reason this review is so high. I am switching dispensaries after my second uncomfortable encounter with the owner this past Friday. I had been with Zen Leaf about 4 years until then. Customer support on the app gives very different answers than what was exchanged in person, and although the owner gave me my $10 off very grudgingly "this time" (apparently being a weekly regular customer means nothing), I will spend my money where I feel this shouldn't have been an issue at all.

I love coming to Caring Nature as this was my first Home Dispensary back in 2016. Now I have never ever had an issue with any employee. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Very helpful and they will help with any questions you may have. Last time I had Emily who helped me get my 20% off Coupon I had on the app but it wasn't showing on their end. Well just a phone number glitch. She did everything to help me with no hesitation. Today I had Maria who was welcoming and very sweet! I liked her vibe! No matter what I always leave with a smile on my face just because of how the employees make you feel. They greet you by name once they know your face! Gabby is Awesome she's been there since I started going here and I had changed dispensaries because I was closer to Milford, plus Curaleaf had great prices and the loyalty points are faster as you get 5% back of what you spend which is awesome i wish they all did that! So I didn't come here for like a year or more and I got the best greeting when I walked in! I think theres been a Flower shortage as no one else really has anything but Caring Nature I guess because its still Medical Only! They didn't prepare properly for the rec usuage which sucks for us MEDICAL PATIENTS whom are supposed to be priority but its all about money! And we dont get taxed and we get better pricing and deals and access to things rec customer's do not! But Overall a great dispensary and I would definitely recommend if you have your medical card to go visit them! They're Awesome!!

At first I really liked Caring Nature. The people are awesome and it’s always a good experience even when it’s busy. However Zen Leaf/Verano refuses to allow them to order enough product to keep the dispensary stocked. Medical patients are being screwed over so they can provide to the recreational market. It’s all about money and they don’t care about patients who actually need this. I emailed them a few weeks ago to express my concerns and my email was never returned. I transferred here 8 months ago because they had the things I needed in stock when the other dispensary I was going to didn’t. Now I am transferring again since they refuse to address their inventory issues. We need producers and dispensaries that aren’t owned by money hungry corporations.Update: Emailed them as requested and gave them a day and time to call me and unsurprisingly they never called.

This is my home dispensary. I am very sick and because I work for a different dispensary over an hour away I cannot afford the meds I need without my industry discount. The pharmacist was very rude and offered me old moldy Theraplant flower after telling me “THIS IS A BUSINESS I CANT GIVE THAT TO EVERYONE” though I’m in the industry. That to me shows he’s money hungry and this place has lost its touch. Even Müv (their name in Florida) said that it is not right. I don’t suggest this place anymore unless you want to support people like that. It’s a shame really.

This place is literally the least stocked and highest priced dispensary in the state. They have nothing in comparison to every other place. Their prices suck. Why they charge more in waterbury, I'll never know.The staff are great. Very friendly people, but that doesnt make my wallet feel any better. Visited Caring Nature for the first time today. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. The pharmacist, Herold was very helpful and nice. I was able to get the products I needed and get in and out very quickly. My preorder was ready super fast, unlike other area dispensaries that require at least 4 hours before you can pick up your order. My first experience with Caring Nature was so positive, I think I will be switching dispensaries permanently.

I used to be able to get something decent for under $30 now everything is $36 and better. It seems as if med patients are paying rec prices. Its becoming unaffordable

I have to say, and I won’t bore you with specifics, the two women at the front desk were incredibly rude. I came in shortly before closing due to a miscommunication/misunderstanding between myself (a brand new patient to this facility) and a very polite technician who helped me over the phone prior to my arrival. I was told they would not be filling my preorder because they needed to obtain my information from another dispensary that was currently closed (this was without even checking to see if the other facility was still open, which I personally knew it was because I am a former employee of this other facility). They didn’t attempt to help me at all, so I took it upon myself to call my old job and get the pharmacist on the phone. This phone call took all of 120 seconds to complete. I was overly apologetic to the front desk staff for coming in late, but that I had just sat in an hour and a half of traffic due to a trailer rollover on I-84. The front desk woman also called into the back and barked at someone and said “tell David no more new patients after 5pm!” and slammed the phone down. Shortly thereafter a very sweet young lady named Lilly came out and escorted me into the back to get my preorder. I also got to meet and speak with David, whom I had spoken with earlier and apologized for my confusion and lateness. Mark, the dispensary manager, then came out, spoke to me, and absolutely rectified the situation by thanking me for my business, apologizing for the inappropriate behavior, and gave me a free product. When I was in the middle of this debacle I had decided to never go back because of the front desk staff. Mark, Lilly, and David changed my mind immediately just by being decent. Will be going back absolutely, hopefully to receive a better greeting! ????

Make sure you park in a space , or they come out like the mafia speaking very disrespectful barking orders and threatening to ban you unless you listen to them. When you complain, the manager will stick up for the staff who just assaulted your vehicle(because you wouldn’t respond to them) and tell you your wrong for not following the orders given. First of all their dispensary workers, not the police, the parking police , or anyone of authority which seems to be confusing to them and titles begin to go to their head. Long story short, be prepared to deal with drama on occasion. If you have ptsd, problems with authority, or anything mentally ill with you , they will not be considerate and will stick up for disrespect soly, their words, because their employed by them. To end this I will say not everyone their is like this and the owner is the nicest guy. Please give them what they deserve one starspecifically for the disrespect maybe then they’ll treat their customers a bit better PS it doesn’t take a degree to be a Dispensary worker so once they’re given a badge with their picture on it they feel like they have one be aware of the information you get regarding the strains Most of them read off of a script when a reality they don’t know what the hell they’re talking aboutOne star all day

I love coming to Caring Nature as this was my first Home Dispensary back in 2016. Now I have never ever had an issue with any employee. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Very helpful and they will help with any questions you may have. Last time I had Emily who helped me get my 20% off Coupon I had on the app but it wasn't showing on their end. Well just a phone number glitch. She did everything to help me with no hesitation. Today I had Maria who was welcoming and very sweet! I liked her vibe! No matter what I always leave with a smile on my face just because of how the employees make you feel. They greet you by name once they know your face! Gabby is Awesome she's been there since I started going here and I had changed dispensaries because I was closer to Milford, plus Curaleaf had great prices and the loyalty points are faster as you get 5% back of what you spend which is awesome i wish they all did that! So I didn't come here for like a year or more and I got the best greeting when I walked in! I think theres been a Flower shortage as no one else really has anything but Caring Nature I guess because its still Medical Only! They didn't prepare properly for the rec usuage which sucks for us MEDICAL PATIENTS whom are supposed to be priority but its all about money! And we dont get taxed and we get better pricing and deals and access to things rec customer's do not! But Overall a great dispensary and I would definitely recommend if you have your medical card to go visit them! They're Awesome!!

At first I really liked Caring Nature. The people are awesome and it’s always a good experience even when it’s busy. However Zen Leaf/Verano refuses to allow them to order enough product to keep the dispensary stocked. Medical patients are being screwed over so they can provide to the recreational market. It’s all about money and they don’t care about patients who actually need this. I emailed them a few weeks ago to express my concerns and my email was never returned. I transferred here 8 months ago because they had the things I needed in stock when the other dispensary I was going to didn’t. Now I am transferring again since they refuse to address their inventory issues. We need producers and dispensaries that aren’t owned by money hungry corporations.Update: Emailed them as requested and gave them a day and time to call me and unsurprisingly they never called.

This is my home dispensary. I am very sick and because I work for a different dispensary over an hour away I cannot afford the meds I need without my industry discount. The pharmacist was very rude and offered me old moldy Theraplant flower after telling me “THIS IS A BUSINESS I CANT GIVE THAT TO EVERYONE” though I’m in the industry. That to me shows he’s money hungry and this place has lost its touch. Even Müv (their name in Florida) said that it is not right. I don’t suggest this place anymore unless you want to support people like that. It’s a shame really.

I was able to get the products I needed and get in and out very quickly. My preorder was ready super fast, unlike other area dispensaries that require at least 4 hours before you can pick up your order. My first experience with Caring Nature was so positive, I think I will be switching dispensaries permanently.

I have to say, and I won’t bore you with specifics, the two women at the front desk were incredibly rude. I came in shortly before closing due to a miscommunication/misunderstanding between myself (a brand new patient to this facility) and a very polite technician who helped me over the phone prior to my arrival. I was told they would not be filling my preorder because they needed to obtain my information from another dispensary that was currently closed (this was without even checking to see if the other facility was still open, which I personally knew it was because I am a former employee of this other facility). They didn’t attempt to help me at all, so I took it upon myself to call my old job and get the pharmacist on the phone. This phone call took all of 120 seconds to complete. I was overly apologetic to the front desk staff for coming in late, but that I had just sat in an hour and a half of traffic due to a trailer rollover on I-84. The front desk woman also called into the back and barked at someone and said “tell David no more new patients after 5pm!” and slammed the phone down. Shortly thereafter a very sweet young lady named Lilly came out and escorted me into the back to get my preorder. I also got to meet and speak with David, whom I had spoken with earlier and apologized for my confusion and lateness. Mark, the dispensary manager, then came out, spoke to me, and absolutely rectified the situation by thanking me for my business, apologizing for the inappropriate behavior, and gave me a free product. When I was in the middle of this debacle I had decided to never go back because of the front desk staff. Mark, Lilly, and David changed my mind immediately just by being decent. Will be going back absolutely, hopefully to receive a better greeting! ????

When you complain, the manager will stick up for the staff who just assaulted your vehicle(because you wouldn’t respond to them) and tell you your wrong for not following the orders given. First of all their dispensary workers, not the police, the parking police , or anyone of authority which seems to be confusing to them and titles begin to go to their head. Long story short, be prepared to deal with drama on occasion. If you have ptsd, problems with authority, or anything mentally ill with you , they will not be considerate and will stick up for disrespect soly, their words, because their employed by them. To end this I will say not everyone their is like this and the owner is the nicest guy. Please give them what they deserve one starspecifically for the disrespect maybe then they’ll treat their customers a bit better PS it doesn’t take a degree to be a Dispensary worker so once they’re given a badge with their picture on it they feel like they have one be aware of the information you get regarding the strains Most of them read off of a script when a reality they don’t know what the hell they’re talking aboutOne star all day
