James was exceptionally knowledgeable about the products and answered all of my questions with an infectious enthusiasm! He turned an errand into a thoughtful and highly (hehe) enjoyable experience. If you’re in Trinidad, go see them. Good selection and a nice range of prices.

Freedom Road is now one of my favorite stops when we visit Trinidad. This trip was by far my favorite because we had the best customer service. I could rave forever about James. Long story short, James is amazing because he answered all our questions, was knowledgeable, and just overall a delight to talk to. I could totally see him being employee of the month, lavished with awards and accolades or even a helicopter.In conclusion, would recommend, 10/10, and ask for James when you go.

Awesome place to stop and get goodies. They always have amazing deals on wax, carts, flower. This time Scott and James helped me out came in looking for some wax and we started talking and I told them I love blue dream and they pulled out like 3 different things with blue dream in it or mainly blue dream. Great guys funny and friendly. Definitely stop here for your next re-up
