I was in a work trip to Montrose but they won't let you buy anything without a medical card. I took a chance on looks l Kind Castle and I'm glad I did. Jess really helped tailor selections to my needs and the prices seemed great! If you're in need Kind Castle is a friend indeed.

Drove from montrose to Olathe to kind castle because I have never been disappointed. The gentleman took my ID then I went to female tender, I asked what was available in dungeon price range. She proceded to tell me that none is out and gave excuses as to why it wasn't available. She was not pleasant she did not care about my time and fuel to come to your store! The product was there she just didn't have time , only 2 people in whole store. It wasn't let me go bring it out if you have time to wait, it was it will be out later come back. This is total disrespect for a paying customers time and fuel to come to your store. Drove back a 2nd time because she said would be out this afternoon, needless to say still no product ! Plenty of staff 1 or 2 customers in whole store and they still can't get product out. Like I said I have always had a positive experience before but after her I question coming back or referring friends.

I’ve always appreciated Kind Castle, but I had a disappointing experience at this location. Upon arrival, an employee acknowledged me but took a phone call before assisting me, which felt a bit dismissive. I presented my valid ID, which has a small chip at the top that has never been an issue at places like the DMV, airport, or even local bars and dispensaries. Instead of a polite explanation of store policy, I was met with attitude and a dismissive tone.I ultimately offered my passport card, but by then the interaction had become uncomfortable. I completely respect store policies, but clear and respectful communication goes a long way—especially when a customer isn’t aware of a specific policy. I chose to leave and was able to make my purchase across the street without issue, where I also noticed their prices were $10–$15 lower for similar products.I’m not writing this to discourage others—Kind Castle is generally a great place—but I hope this feedback encourages more thoughtful customer service going forward.I have attached the minor chip at the top of my ID at the bottom of this review.

Terrible flower always dry and it has no flavor, just taste like dirt and chemicals.The one staff member that's helped me both times I've been in acts like you're bothering him if you ask him about anything I think his name was kamron. Will never shop here again.

KAMERON!!!! I absolutely love this place, but Kameron is the absolute best! He definitely points you in the best direction. He hasn't let me down in the 2 years I've been going in!!!! I haven't met a staff member I haven't liked yet!! I always go back! Best bang for your buck definitely!!! I make the hour trip even with more local shops around me because nowhere else offers what they do for the price! Honest and reliable!!!! THANK YOU, KAMERON!!!!!

Kind Castle is new dispensary in downtown Ridgeway Colorado. The atmosphere is very cool, and relaxed! The management is super nice. The prices and product ( for me flower) are excellent. You need to stop by and take a look! Kind Castle is great!
