I have been going here for years and never had much of a problem but with that being said I live 40 min away and when I drive there it's for important reasons. Im very frustrated with a situation I ran into today . I had called your shop to talk to a manager to ask about bringing back a product that had stopped working . I mentioned how much was left in it and also asked since today would be the 7th days If it was okay if I brought back a product that stopped working . They said yes to bring it in so that's what I did . When I got in there I got told that I was not able to do that and that there was a shift change and no one there was the one that talked to me . I also brought to there attention that I'm in a situation where I'm in between jobs and also how far I drove now for nothing and I don't have money to be buying a new one when I didn't even fully get to use my product . The guy proceeded to said he couldn't help and sent me away . This wasn't okay and I'm very very disappointed they also knew it was a 4g disposable when I spoke to them on the phone and they said that it still was okay but when I got to the place I was told I was wrong .

Customer service is good but they don't have any of their stuff on actual display.You can see the closed containers but when I asked to see the wax I was told the containers are sealed and they can't open them up to see themMaybe I'm just used to exclusive where you can see everything before you buy it but this isn'ty preferred way to shop
