Love this place never had any problems until my partner informed me yesterday when checking in, the guy at the window claimed my partners ID was fake and even asked him why he had a fake ID he looked old enough (he’s 22). Even had another guy come and verify. I understand checking and making sure all ID’s are real but it’s insulting to assume someone has a fake ID when they’ve been customers for a while now.

Love verts. Been going here for two years now and they pretty much always have a great bud selection. Good pricing, too. The budtenders and atmosphere are super chill compared to some of the others around town. Scott and Candace hooked it up w some good vibes and cool stickers last time I was in. Great place to shop!

Staff is always helpful and friendly, and they've always helped me quick. My only qualm is that the budtenders somewhat regularly forget to add the daily deal I go into the store specifically for. The prices are great, so this isn't a dealbreaker, but it is a little disappointing to see that I have no heavyweighted drams of flower when I choose to go on Wednesday for that deal specifically.

I visit verts at-least once often multiple times a week. The popcorn is often quite good and the service from Derek and the boys is top notch. Usually have a sleeper edible selection and some nice rosin carts. One thing I learned today though is apparently if you order early In the AM and they don't have enough flower to make the order they just do nothing. No call, text or anything. So that left me with sub par bud and quite frustrated. Wasn't given the usual level of service either but there was a different bud tender or manager there so that may have been it. As a local regular I just expected more from my neighborhood shop.

This place is very lucky to have such a kind and caring person working here. We shop here exclusively because of meeting Sam and having such great interactions with him each time we visit Verts!

Local grower here so don’t need to go to dispos too much. But when I do I always go to verts. They always have quality bud from popcorn to top shelf as well as very competitive prices. Can’t really beat $15 for 1/8 of some nice pop corn. The staff is always super friendly and kind and very helpful. They know they’re stuff so if you don’t really know what you’re looking for, let them know what you like and they’ll def lead you to your promise land. Thanks Bert’s for bein great!

One of my favorite places to shop. The popcorn tier is the best thing. Most of the time it has great quality, sometimes it's just mids. The only tier worth purchasing, as the higher tiers fall down into this one. Bud tenders are mostly great. Only on occasion do I get one that doesn't want to be at work. I just don't tip them. Would be awesome if the store had some consistency with its opening hours. I've been in this industry a long time. Only dispo in town that lets its employees sleep in on the weekend. Also the points redemption is a joke now and not even worth tracking. 1.5-2% back.... I'd rather they just lower prices and do away with the points. The only items fairly priced are flower. Everything else is 1.5-3x more expensive than the other shops in town. I'll be back for convenience. But that's all this place is for me anymore. Just convenient. Wouldn't make it a destination trip. I only right good reviews bad ones usually. This place teeters between the two.

Thank you for asking for my proffered name/pronouns 🙂 It's not just them, all of the workers here are friendly and easy to talk to, I genuinely enjoy conversing with all of the budtenders. The weed here is always great too and affordable, always a good deal going on. I've been going here for around a year now and I don't want to go anywhere else. The welcoming experience I had today solidified that.

Used to be a good place to shop for oil years ago back around 2017-2019 although even then it was priced high. Now the prices and deals make this place unshoppable. Avoid at all costs when places in the area are considerably lower. I think they were bought out a few years ago as the website changed.I really don’t understand their pricing and deal model to try and keep their repeat customers. 7/10 today and the deals/prices are in the garbage.

As an artist, I'm awkward. It's hard for me to chit-chat with the "HI HOWS YOUR DAY??!! MINES IS GREAT ASIDE from all this snow...." so outside of my studio, I'm not really the most approachable in general and that's alright. Been like this awhile. These sweet folks here tolerate me, and I'm so thankful. Being brown in foco can have its odd moments outside of performing I don't have friends and I get very irritated easily at people in general. But these folks have always been sweet to me. Great place cool art. And great dab.
