Been coming here for years. Used to love this place and come often as if it were a quick trip to see my friends. However lately it is hit and miss for us. Quality has tremendously gone down on top shelf. Popcorn buds and very DRY!! Still find us going between stores as well because they seem to keep different inventory at each location. Despite many conversions with management and the older lady (GM I believe) I dont see either changing any time soon. Drea used to always take care of my husband and I for years. She is greatly missed there. Probably check out Kind Care again. It's almost more of a hassle for us than a fun trip to get weed anymore.

Dan is exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable about the flower, ensuring I was informed of every deal. His personality is the best I’ve ever encountered in customer service. I visited this location an hour earlier and had a one-star experience, leaving without purchasing anything. After trying another dispensary with high prices, I returned and met Dan. He transformed my experience to five stars with his great energy and enthusiasm. Leaving with some good bud and a fantastic customer service experience was a high in itself.

We have been going to solace for a while and LOVE it, definitely our go to dispensary and everyone is always so welcoming and knowledgeable.However, we have been loving seeing a new Budtender Dan! Of course a budtenders' job is to know about the weed, but I've never had someone know so much about things I've never even heard about, AND educate us in such a funny way. He's a riot, such a fun welcoming addition to Solace! What a solid hire ❤️

Love this place and the products. But today I left a bit disappointed and uncomfortable. I walk in and forget to take off my sunglasses which is no big deal I took them off quickly when I realized I had them on. The guy checking my i.d. was looking at me as if I was stupid and I never had that happen all the times I come. When I walked out I said have a good day and I got no response. If your going to have somebody at front checking i.d. I would put somebody who has respect and is interactive.

She was incredible, was able to answer all of our questions and gave us the best experience we could’ve asked for!
