I placed an order online through their website for delivery service (cash) and there was a bit of problem with the delivery process which ended up costing me time and delaying my delivery by many hours. Thankfully, after talking to the head GM of both branches we were able to clear things up pretty efficiently which is much appreciated.Even though it ended up being a very frustrating first time buyer experience, I think their product selection and prices are very good. Unfortunately I'm writing this review after "inspecting" their products and I can't for the life of me remember the GM's name (lol). I probably shouldn't use names anyway because I feel like the customer service I received when they first called me from their Colfax location could use some adjustment, but the manager at the S. Harrison location was very friendly to speak with and she's honestly the reason this got 4 stars from me instead of a 1.

I had a fantastic experience at this dispensary, all thanks to Roland! From the moment I walked in, his friendly and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home. He was charming, funny, and sported a great tie-dye shirt that just added to the positive vibe of the store. Roland was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to patiently answer all of my questions, ensuring I felt confident in my choices. The store itself was clean, organized, and well-stocked with a great variety of products. I highly recommend this dispensary for both the excellent customer service and the overall experience. I'll definitely be returning!

In the neighborhood and needed to grab some healthy habit.. found this place and my goodness the vibes are perfect.. but I don’t know what was better, my product or BAYLEE.. she is informative kind patient gal and I can truely say as someone that’s worked in customer service and sales for what feels like 100s of years.. she is not role playing here.. genuine soul. Came in the shop after long day at work and was greeted by Luis. He helped me pick up a few items between flower and edibles that helped me relax wonderfully! I’d definitely recommend stopping in and having him help you pick out the right stuff instead of just being sold whatever at other shops!

DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU CARE HOW EMPLOYEES ARE TREATED, OR IF YOU'RE A WOMAN WHO DOES NOT WANT TO BE OBJECTIFIED BY YOUR SALESPERSON. Posting this for an anonymous ex employee.Manager here is extremely creepy, makes comments on female clients and employees alike. Owners are aware of it and do nothing, eventually firing anyone who bring it up as a concern. Favoritism is given only to employees who say yes to everything requested of them. If they say no, even with good reason, suddenly they will be told they aren't a team player. Owners and management will say certain tasks are in job description when they are not (gaslighting the employee in the process.) I've heard this from two ex employees from this place. Thought people deserved to be aware of it.And if the owners or management read this, shame on you. Creating a toxic work environment like this and then firing the people who can't exist comfortably in it, that's what's wrong with the retail industry. THIS DISRESPECTFUL ENERGY MAKES YOUR CANNABIS TOXIC. I hope everyone quits and gets better jobs where they are actually treated like they matter.

First off Staff member who greeted my girlfriend and I was super knowledgeable and very insightful. This place is well lit at night lots of traffic from Colfax. Above all site feels safe upon entering establishment and exiting establishment. Then when we arrived back home and smoked..... Tha green waz🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
