I’ve always had a good experience here, however my last visit will keep me from ever coming here again. I came in prepared with my card pulled up on my phone, as I was let in the gentleman didnt acknowledge my phone that I had lit up and protruding in his view. It seemed as though he was on auto pilot and checked me in without ever asking if I was med or rec, then explained in a blaming way that most patients shove their card in their face and that’s how they differentiate. He even admitted he “assumed” I was a rec patient. Then proceeded to condescendingly make me feel that it was my fault as the customer. I had already told him the 4 strains I wanted and he told me that only 2 of the strains I picked were available for med patients and I would have to change my selection to the med shelf to pick the rest. As a budtender myself for many years I found his disposition very unprofessional. You should never make assumptions about customers and then in turn make them feel at fault for your lack of providing the information they need to make a profitable purchase. He also gave me flack about the med website when I didn’t click what I had already had pulled up presumptively when I arrived. Wish I could drop his name but he wasn’t even wearing his badge. Shop elsewhere. It’s obvious they have lost interest in common decency and manners.

Had the pleasure of speaking with Dawn today, she is just the sweetest and gave some gooood recommendations. I loved walking in someplace and not being chastised for not really knowing the rules of the establishment, just greeted with a warm smile and no question feeling too silly. especially right now with recreational being legalized in springs, it’s an important time for establishing customers. She was in there running the whole building too! Will definitely be back.

This trip to CO we stopped by Hightops and had the best experience. Sabrina was our budtender both times we shopped. She was friendly and very knowlegable about the products. Look ahead before stopping by and see what daily specials they have going on. Wr are going by one more time before we head back home to East Texas this time, but this will be our go to stop while we are in this part of CO.

Place is a over priced and doesn't have much for selection.Their shelf grading system is a joke so avoid diamond and plat shelves. The budtenders are rude to customers and they treat their workers like on call slaves. My fiancee got fired after missing work once on what is usually her day off, an honest mistake. I'm a disabled vet, we barely make enough to survive, they dont care. Meanwhile the other budtender can be late everyday and not even do their job right. It's okay weed but, don't expect good service. I didn't even mention they threatened to write her up for not participating in a legal petition.

The staff is friendly but the owner thinks it's the mid 2000's with theses hood drug dealer prices. Don't waste your money invest in yourself and grow your own I checked the cost and it's no were near the cost of the product on their shelves. Such a shame I really liked this spot.

I was a dedicated Maggie's farm member... Until recently. Started looking for a new dispensary and I realized I passed high tops on royer everyday I went to work so I thought I'd give them a try. WOW. I pleasantly surprised.. Great selection but and the budtenders I've met are fantastic. I love this Hightop' s store and it's location. It's much closer to where I live downtown.The store has what I think is the best selection of edibles in Colorado Springs for medical Marijuana use. I have had a Red card for about 6 years now but have only shopped at the 2 Hightop stores the past 3 years now because of the selection, service and courteous The store is very spacious, has great lighting and display cases!

They are awesome...unless you decide to order ahead on the website. They never honor sell price as advertised and they tell you its because of taxes. Online it includes taxes in the total...it's been both places too. All good if you do not order online.
