Please help. I purchased a 4 gram rosin of the swampwater fumez and the rosin pops and splatters everywhere in my puffco. (I use the 3dxl chamber). This has never happen to me. The worst part about everything is Dan said he is unwilling to help because he never heard of this happening before. Please help

The gram of rosin smells fine but it’s no bargain and the seriousness with which these people take their jobs… you paid money for a federal background check so you can be a glorified liquor store clerk that just puts the weed in the bag. I’m almost 40, you don’t need to grill me about my birthday after you check my id twice.

Used to be one of my favorite places for rosin until they changed making it all the 90 micron bag for single gs. Just doesnt do much without being a full spectrum rosin. Someone said that it was always 90, but me and many others find that hard to believe. Shit used to always hit way harder and better than the listed 90 gs.. Feels like taking a hit of hemp when its not the full spectrum like it used to be lol.. sorry… and you can only get the mixed micron in 8 gram buckets now. Hope they change back cuz Im not down.

I stopped in Thursday for some Rosin. I was shocked when I walked in and didn’t see a friendly face, waiting to take my ID. What happened to the warm and inviting place I am used to coming to?? This whole new set up is a terrible idea. If it wasn’t for another customer directing me to window, I wouldn’t have known where to go. The sign…really?? A sign over a welcoming face!! Wow!! You need to do better than this. Like I told Dan and Michael, it makes me not want to come shop anymore. It’s cold and uninviting! Another terrible idea, like the loud annoying church next door! Think of your loyal customers as well as your employees!!

Finally, the days of calling other dispensaries asking how many different varieties of 14ers they had in stock are over. You definitely won’t find a bigger selection anywhere else just ask Bennie. By far, the best concentrates in Colorado it’s not even close.
