I went to this store looking to buy chocolate. The product I was shown was in the chocolate section, and the staff even told me it was really good — so I bought two. When I opened the package, they turned out to be gummies, not chocolate.I went back to the store, but no one took responsibility. They told me they couldn’t take it back, and not even the manager came out to apologize or offer me a chocolate as a gesture.In the end, I bought two products I didn’t want. The salesperson did a great job selling, but unfortunately gave me the wrong product for what I was looking for. The real problem is that the team didn’t respond at all, and I didn’t feel valued as a customer.I don’t plan on coming back.

If I could give this establishment less than one star, I would. As a visitor from Texas, I expected basic professionalism and respect, but unfortunately, that was not the experience I received.Upon arrival, the staff member at the entrance requested identification, which is standard procedure. However, after inspecting my valid government-issued photo ID, he scrutinized it unnecessarily—fixating on my appearance in the photo and implying it might be fake. While I understand the need for due diligence, the situation quickly escalated beyond reason.Even after the ID passed their scanner, I was told it was "suspicious" that I knew my own ID number—a completely illogical and unfounded claim. I calmly explained that I was visiting from out of state and that if my ID were fake, I wouldn't have been able to board a plane. Instead of listening, he smirked and called over a manager.The so-called manager only worsened the situation, stating that my attempts to explain myself were making me appear "more suspicious." It was dismissive, condescending, and frankly insulting. After putting me through an unnecessary ordeal, they eventually acknowledged that the ID was valid and allowed me to proceed.At that point, I had already decided not to support this business. The only reason I’m not giving a completely negative review is due to one staff member—a woman with glasses—who handled things professionally and respectfully.Overall, this experience left a very poor impression. I hope this dispensary takes steps to train its staff in proper customer service and how to better handle verification procedures without resorting to bias or unprofessional behavior.

We came to Vail for a concert and checked out a couple dispensaries and Rocky Road blew us away! The place is super cute and chill with a headshop and some cool gear out front. In back, the experience was second to none!Cindy was our expert budtender and took great care of us. She listened and asked great questions and found perfect options for what we wanted. This is a true 5 star experience and the prices were great as well. Highly recommend!
