I recently started going back to Terrapin after going to another dispensary for about six years. The last couple times I’ve been in Terrapin have been great. Everybody’s been very friendly and helpful but tonight Josh helped me and he was so awesome. He had great energy even for it being nearly closing time. I am highly impressed with the quality of bud / price as well. Totally recommend!

I love this dispensary, amazing customer service., friendly staff, everything is done with efficiency and professionalism. their prices are amazing, they have them listed as the out the door price with taxes included so you know with 99% accuracy what you're gonna pay and you don't have to calculate the taxes if your stretched on the dollar at the time. I have to do 5 stars bcuz I see no complaints or anything that could make them better

The Mississippi location is the best. Madison is by far one of the best bud tender. There has not been time I have come in that she hasn't greeted me by name with a smile on her face. Also Sydney, Jamaal and Josh are right up there with Maddy. Terrapin is my Family. I will continue to bring and recommend friends and family to Terrapin. Great customer service guys.!!!!!

As someone who has been a loyal customer, I have always valued the service provided. However, during my last visit, I encountered Madison, a budtender whose behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. I must emphasize that her conduct was unacceptable and has left a lasting negative impression. If I could rate my experience, I would give it zero stars. It is unfortunate that such behavior occurred in your establishment. I hope you take appropriate action to ensure that future customers do not encounter similar issues.

For years I’ve been going here exclusively, now I’m beyond disappointed in the new owners and the lack of products and quality. No more Double Bear?! No more amazing deal?! No member loyalty points?! It’s terrible and a huge bummer for loyal customers that use to come in all the time. I unfortunately won’t be back.

I didn't catch how to spell your name, but both Stewart and Josh are absolutely amazing. Stewart was so friendly and knowledgeable about the prices, best days to come in to get the best bang for your buck. Josh was the GOAT about strain knowledge and helping me pick a good strain to go home and relax with after being in the hospital for a week. These two were just an absolute delight to interact with! If they are the standard for customer service there, then every trip to terrapin will be fantastic.
