when you search this on Google, it says open I went here. Just left here. Buzz the door. There’s cameras nobody open. I knocked on the door. There’s a big space next to it. That looks shut down but there’s a door with the gate open and no one‘s answering the phone and no one open the door. I don’t know what’s up is this place closed? Why is it on Google as open?

As long I’ve been buying and growing for the medical cannabis industry, I will say some people there were nice and some were stuck up and rude for no reason at all. I can take rude people but can’t do it when I’m working for rude people and talked down to by their spouse. As a customer, the experience was ok and most like to help. But as an employee, it was like I was working back at Six Flags in my teenage years again. I actually wanted to work there but the owner seem two faced and had his favorites. I would want to learn and advance more but a few coworkers were too busy flirting with others or have attitudes when I asked a question and most of the coworkers was younger than me. From a particular person talking about “spit in customers weed” and unsafe deliveries. I’ve been a manager of cultivation for awhile now and appreciate the in house dispensary experience but I will say the owner, his wife and a few coworkers made it uncomfortable and lack of wanting to be part of that team.

Getting home and trying the product, I was impressed by the quality. It burned well, and smelled great. Upon entering the back Zyah was very friendly and attentive. I had a question about the vape pen and she was very knowledgeable and even helped to pick out some cartridges for me. (IM MISSING WEED AGAIN) waiting 10-15 min while they review the camera wasn’t the worst part. Not receiving an apology for the inconvenience was the worst part of my customer service.I had beautiful feelings about this place, but after this. I don’t recommend it to anyone. Because when ppl make mistakes they should respect their consumers enough to apologize & move forward. This was not a good feeling or experience!!!!

Yesterday my delivery was going to be late a couple hours late. I called and they apologized. I have a disability that’s makes to hard for me to move around, so a delayed delivery would have meant I had to basically stay on one floor waiting for it. Instead of making me wait, the manager went a head and DELIVERED IT TO ME HERSELF just to be sure I got it in a timely manner. My order was perfect. They admitted a mistake and made it right. I’m sticking with these guys! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!.

**Update**Since my last review I've had curbside service and I was able to shop inside. Both experiences were great. My curbside order came out immediately. When I was able to shop inside the staff was friendly and accommodating.**Update**Very disappointed that a black business is still participating in the discriminatory act of "denial of entry without proof of vaccination." Especially with the current CDC guidelines this comes off as segregation by choice. I totally respect the right to run your business as you choose however this doesn't change the fact that this is discrimination. It feels like I'm not worthy of shopping inside but I can get whatever I want as long as I'm outside aka the "Colored Only section". I really wanted to shop here because Cannabliss seemed to have the largest inventory in the city but until I'm able to find my vax card or they change this antiquated rule I won't be. Very disheartening.Thanks for the reply, I understand your perspective however me being vaccinated won't stop you from catching COVID from me. The jab just prevents fatal symptoms not give immunity. If you are unvaccinated because of your health condition then I can understand why but then no one should be allowed inside because anyone can spread COVID vaxxed or not. I wish you all nothing but success and maybe this changes one day so everyone can experience Cannabliss.

I waited over an hour only cause I was already there and with gas being so high I waited. I really love how they have the Connoisseur Bar where you can see what your actually purchasing. At other places it’s mostly pre packed items. Staff is awesome too!

Great shop. I went for the first time on Sunday and was helped by bud tender Brian. From the intake to the customer service, this place was incredible. Brian made a fantastic recommendation of "Fog Jam" and it was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great people, amazing products, and a dope atmosphere!
