I’ve been a client and have had an account with this company from an early day.Unfortunately their customer service and product quality is been getting worse and worse.This place is not ok and I’m no longer their client.I had to return at least 5 cartridges for malfunctioning within the last few months. Not a big deal but an inconvenience when it takes extra time to fix an issue which is not the client’s.But on my last visit to return yet another bad product, the employee determined my cartridge was working “good enough” just because a tiny bit of vape was attainable. It is still not working well compared to another cartridge which delivers a larger volume intake. It also has way too many bubbles.This cartridge was not working 100%. At best it was working at 20%.The store should honor their quality commitment with their customers.Shame on you, Original Farm Cannabis

Please don't go here. There is many other's to choose from. They only get cheaper of the strains, and still charge premium, and they don't listen, as I just was in the store, asked for live hash rosin, and recieved hash. This was the 3rd & final chance I gave Farm. Sorry, but I'll just wait, or walk another block to a different shop. Just a recommendation, don't hurry through customers/clients, as you'll miss stuff. It's a weed shop...chill out.

CHECK THE PACKAGING DATE!!!I regularly purchase hundreds of dollars worth of cannabis from this supplier, however, be careful because some stores have very old and therefore interior product they continue to sell nearly a year later.I purchased an eighth of Waffle Bites by Cake Caviar at the Hillside location and loved it (packaged May 2022). I went to go purchase some more at the Douglas Street location and it was packaged October 13, 2021. Today's date for reference is June 27, 2022. Once Cannabis has been stored past 6 months it's very dry and begins to lose potency, no matter how many humidifier inserts the company puts in the jar.This isn't the first time this has happened either. Budtenders should be telling people openly what the packaging date is before selling, OR Farm should not be carrying old product beyond 6 months.This has left a very bad taste in my mouth and sadly, Farm may lose a $500/month client over this. Bravo 👏

Not only have I never been thrown out of anywhere for that (although it’s likely correct), but this employee was rude and curt about it instead of compassionate and professional. This is a great storefront, and I have zero complaints as far as what they do.My rating has more to do with Canada's government approved products. As soon as I opened my container I was greeted with some of the driest weed I've ever seen in my life. Why do they store an 1/8th of weed in a container meant for half ounces? On top of that, the container is placed inside a cardboard box, which is then placed inside a bag. That is WAY too much waste just contain some weed... Highly recommend to skip the government products, and take your money to the "grey market" in Victoria. Until the government learns how to package weed better than my high school dealer I wont be purchasing any of their products. What a joke.

Really?!)The final point of note is that the Cannabis is not stored in airtight containers and in most cases the Cannabis was packaged Over a year ago.Year old Cannabis that has been dried out and sitting for a year might as well be trash.

The store is clean beyond belief and has an open concept that allows you to flow from one area to the next. There are dry cannabis selections, which there are plenty lol, shatter, oils, tinctures and more that I'm forgetting right now. These guys are in a class of their own as I hit dispensaries in California ( L.A, Anaheim, Venice beach and San Francisco ) and none of them could touch the quality of the product or the helpful attitude displayed by staff. CHECK THE PACKAGING DATE!!!I regularly purchase hundreds of dollars worth of cannabis from this supplier, however, be careful because some stores have very old and therefore interior product they continue to sell nearly a year later.I purchased an eighth of Waffle Bites by Cake Caviar at the Hillside location and loved it (packaged May 2022). I went to go purchase some more at the Douglas Street location and it was packaged October 13, 2021. Today's date for reference is June 27, 2022. Once Cannabis has been stored past 6 months it's very dry and begins to lose potency, no matter how many humidifier inserts the company puts in the jar.This isn't the first time this has happened either. Budtenders should be telling people openly what the packaging date is before selling, OR Farm should not be carrying old product beyond 6 months.This has left a very bad taste in my mouth and sadly, Farm may lose a $500/month client over this. Bravo 👏

This is a great storefront, and I have zero complaints as far as what they do.My rating has more to do with Canada's government approved products. As soon as I opened my container I was greeted with some of the driest weed I've ever seen in my life. Why do they store an 1/8th of weed in a container meant for half ounces? On top of that, the container is placed inside a cardboard box, which is then placed inside a bag. That is WAY too much waste just contain some weed... Highly recommend to skip the government products, and take your money to the "grey market" in Victoria. Until the government learns how to package weed better than my high school dealer I wont be purchasing any of their products. What a joke.

Being from Scarborough Ontario, seeing this place was a God send!!. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about all products. The store is clean beyond belief and has an open concept that allows you to flow from one area to the next. There are dry cannabis selections, which there are plenty lol, shatter, oils, tinctures and more that I'm forgetting right now. These guys are in a class of their own as I hit dispensaries in California ( L.A, Anaheim, Venice beach and San Francisco ) and none of them could touch the quality of the product or the helpful attitude displayed by staff.
