Kristen is amazing! She's helped me several times first thing in the morning and she is always friendly and helpful. Came in today after some dental work and she helped me pick out a drink and even hooked me up with some tablet samples! Jade Room is the best, and Kristen is a big part of that!

Always my go to place with a great selection, but one employee in particular stands out. Brittany is just an absolute gem and as sweet as could be! she’s so knowledgeable about the products and is really good at finding what’s best for people based on their taste and past experience. If i could give them a raise or a bonus myself i would. I’m also autistic and always need to learn what i can about the things i consume, and everyone here is so patient with any and all questions i have!!! An amazing place with even more amazing staff.

One of the better dispensaries in the area. They always have good prices and they are quick. I do pickup orders but they also have large display cases you can see of all the products they offer. The staff is always helpful and kind.

Dispatchers are always super polite! My order arrived in about an hr. The driver was amazing. He parked where I could easily find him. Products were affordable and I'm stock. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing Dispensary. They offer a wide variety of products and their staff is very courteous and professional. Our budtender, Ms.O’Connell, was extremely knowledgeable and articulate; she took great care of us. I really have nothing but great things to say about this place. Will come back!

Ordered on a Saturday. Got the text asking to accept messages & accepted, expecting to get some kind of confirmation or at least the "we're on our way" message. I know it takes an hour or 2. Never received my order. No one called. Didn't get any text. Called to ask about order & was told they never got one. Why did I get the text asking to allow text/calls from their driver. Person on the phone said he didn't know. That's it. Best part is my Weed maps app says i got an order from them. Good thing I wanted to pay cash & tip on delivery or I'd be screwed out of almost $100.

As soon as my brother and I walk in, she already knows what we order 🤩🤩🤩 Again, fast friendly service 💚💚Came in for a pick up & the young man had made such a wonderful experience for me, even after me telling him that I was soon be having my final moments with my hero, my brother before he's cremated. Thank you for being extremely kind & for making one of the truest saddest days of my life ever, bearable by just lending an ear. Your kindness is always outstanding, today felt like a hug. I wish Phil could've seen the big screen one more time, he loved seeing it 🤗

Last night will be the second time I’ve ordered from this dispensary for a delivery order. Both times I’ve had amazing interactions with my drivers and the product was fire each time. I didn’t catch the name of either of my drivers who dropped off my order, but I just wanted to say thank you to them and that I really enjoyed the entire experience.I received a notification before they arrived, which was great because I was busy gaming. They were so friendly from the moment I walked up, until the time we said our goodbyes. I truly wish more delivery interactions were like these, it was nice to just be human haha.Super genuine and down to earth drivers that makes me want to order from y’all over and over.Thank you again.

Shoutout to Britney for helping me out! Being from Oregon, this was my first time in a CA dispensary and I was just blown away! It is a great space, fantastic staff, quirky decor, and they have such a great selection from edibles to seltzers to flower. The only downside to this place is that they don’t have a location in Oregon, because this would definitely be my regular dispensary if that were the case!
