When I first moved to Sacramento, NUG quickly became my go to dispensary. I loved this place. The staff was friendly, the promos were great, and the product selection felt consistent and well stocked. It was easy to choose NUG over other shops in the area.Over the last couple of years though, things have changed. The selection is nothing like what it used to be, and the prices have gone up to a level that just does not make sense. I still like the store and most of the staff, but I am not going to pay double for the same products I can get at other local dispensaries for half the price. Loyalty only goes so far.NUG really needs to get its pricing back under control if it wants to keep good customers who have supported them. I would love to make NUG my regular spot again, but right now the value is not there.

I’d give a 5⭐️ if they weren’t constantly out of stock on their basic NUG line.They clearly know it’s a high demand product yet they consistently run out.Shouldn’t be running out of the same brand over and over. They don’t even know when they resupply so there’s no predictability.

This dispo is top tier in the Sacramento region. Simple an easy check in process with the scan of an I.D for reoccurring customers. Security is friendly and the whole staff is very knowledgeable and understanding. They have multiple bud-tenders so you won’t get caught during lunch or dinner hours in long slow lines. I’m and avid wax smoker, they have a HUGE variety of concentrates that are top tier at an affordable price. Been coming here for 3 months and will always RECOMMEND 10/10!

Went to the event/discount day and the male clerk with the long black hair straight up ignored me and helped peeps that came into the store after me even though I’m waiting in the online order line. Then tried to act all friendly during my turn - so I decided not to tip and look around for more product

Everytime I visit this location their staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help me find what I need. Service like that is helpful for me considering I typically come in on my breaks with limited time to shop. Nick has consistently helped me during my last few visits and has always been bomb!

I’ve been to a great number of dispensaries over the years, and I usually find the staff to be friendly, laid-back, and helpful. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. The customer service at this dispensary was easily the worst I’ve experienced.I purchased a 6 Dime brand vape carts, and out of the total 4 ended up leaking. When I brought them back, I was told they couldn’t do anything about it because it had been more than 7 days since the purchase. What really blew my mind was that the staff admitted the brand is known for leaking — yet they continue to sell it! A staff member even criticized me for buying Dime carts because they're apparently known to be low quality. Why would you criticize a customer for buying a product you sell in your store!? Why would a reputable shop knowingly stock products with quality issues and then refuse to stand behind them?Their return policy is unnecessarily strict and completely inflexible. Most dispensaries are more accommodating, especially when it comes to defective products. Here, there’s no sense of accountability or care for the customer experience.I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects even a basic level of service or product reliability.

I highly recommend that you do not go to this dispensary. The staff is not knowledgeable on their product. They sell you bad wax and bad products that are older expired. The manager over there is clueless and doesn’t want to help the customer. This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I highly recommend that nobody comes to this dispensary ever, and I will spend the rest of my life, teaching everybody in Sacramento and the rest of California that NUG is the worst

Walked in at 8:48PM and was told I would not be able to purchase anything because it was my first time, and the cut off was 8:45PM because it would take to long to get me in the system. Which is ridiculous because there was literally nobody around, or waiting inside, how long can it possibly take to scan my ID into your system. Had I known this rule I would not have wasted my time even coming to NUG. Tried to be my first time and definitely will be my last time.

Eric is the man!! Helped me with an online order that was giving me troubles and made the whole process a million times better. I would recommend coming back to everyone I know. Very clean and organized space and the employees are very friendly. Again Eric is super dope and has such a great attitude along with all of the other staff that have helped me. Im usually pretty quick and pretty forward with the staff and they are always super chill. Even when they are busy they bust out the lines in a hurry.
