The Syndicate Northridge is hands down one of the best dispensaries in the Valley. The shop is always clean, organized, and has a great vibe the second you walk in. Their product selection is top-notch — from flower to edibles and everything in between — and the prices are fair for the quality you get.What really makes this place stand out, though, is the staff. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming, and they actually take the time to help you find what you’re looking for instead of rushing you out the door. I especially want to shout out Leor and Mandy — both of them are incredible. The weed is literally trash, everything is 30% or higher THC levels and will get you blasted to the moon. Goodbye are the days of a relaxed high. When shops like this literally sell you legal crack, stay away.

Just moved here from Texas. There are so many other places to try. Horrible management. And customer service they can’t even price product correctly. , and then make you out to be the problem. Just because you’re a weed shop doesn’t mean you should operate like you’re high all the time it’s sad. They lie to you and then make fun of you. My advice try other places they don’t care about their customers.
