Misleading and false advertisement. They listed false prices and then when I came in store they tried overcharging me after agreeing to honoring their prices. They said sorry it was a glitch in our system. Wasted my time and wasted my gas money all to admit to wasting my time and I’m currently sick. You guys should reach out to me to offer me something for this mistake as it was a long drive all for nothing. All for you guys to say sorry we’re not going to honor the prices listed and because it was a glitche, we’re going to waste your time and money. This is illegal and wrong.

It's usually Kiana that ends up calling with a follow-up for confirmation of my orders and miscellaneous details. Very polite and professional. The drivers are always cool and courteous so five stars y'all.

I’ve never once had an issue with them at all. Both my in-store and delivery experiences have been seamless, and their store front is a lot of fun, their bud tenders are knowledgeable and friendly. As soon as I started getting my herb from Tree Factory I stopped even looking into other dispensaries. I’m never disappointed. My favorite thing about their service is the reward point system.
