I want to give a shout out to the security officer, he was so welcoming and he showed me where to go when he learned that I had spoken to a bud tender on the phone I think by the name Frankie who was great and I asked him to set what I was looking for aside. It was security who directed me to the express lane. And Alexis C. Whom helped me with the transaction was great too! She showed me the two options Frankie had set aside. She went over the difference between the two and helped me make my selection. From starting with a phone call to leaving with my purchase, everyone working around 5 pm Monday went out of their way to help make my experience positive. Thank you to all involved.

Always was a customer at this place until June 19,2024 NEVER AGAIN! As my teen son and I pulled into the parking lot approximately at 8.50pm which has happened multiple times I’ve parked in the parking lot next to Dutch bros and next thing I know some guy approached my driver side door stating it’s against the law to park there at this hour if I didn’t listen he would call the police so I asked if this is a new thing because I always have parked there right before they close so I can run in and be out instead of the guy just answering my question he began yelling out racial slurs and calling me outside of my name I had no choice but to let him know I was two seconds from calling my husband down there next he began recording me I had no idea race was a issue at this place he not only scared me but my son as well there is a time and place for this type of ignorance and a grown man not able to communicate and respond to a question is the most ignorance I’ve ever seen!! I will report to the owner then bbb consumer rights and the inspector general for bad business definitely lost my business
