I absolutely love the customer service here. I worked with Sunny the last time I was in town. She was impeccable! She went above and beyond and helped me with choices on flower and concentrate. She was so sweet. Listened to my concerns. I have a hard time sleeping and she even recommended some sleep gummies that have truly helped. I will be back very soon. Thank you sunny for all your help. This place is awesome and the staff is unbelievably friendly and they are all extremely knowledgeable. I went in yesterday to get my refills and noticed a sign that Thursdays have a buy 2 get one special… since it was Wednesday the owner was amazing and honored the buy 2 get one special. If I could give this establishment more than 5 stars I definitely would. Thank you for always giving me a wonderful experience.

Made an order online through Weedmaps, and unfortunately their listing had falsely stated they accept Credit alongside Debit/Cash/Google*Apple Pay (which they also do not accept). So I had to miss out on my order, but they gave me the courtesy to call and inform me before sending it for delivery. I'm not sure if this is a physical location as I do not reside in Lake Elsinore, but if it is, then I plan to make a stop next time I'm in town.Thank you to the manager for addressing my inquiries and repentant of the curt tone I was given prior. It is greatly appreciated and made this experience favorable as a potential first time patient. 🙂
