Skip this place, go 2 doors down for better customer service. Very disappointing experience when I went there tonight to get a vape & will not be going back since they made it clear they didn’t want my business. They’re posted hours say they are open until 10 Pm & it was maybe 9:05 when I walked in & was told by 2 guys that were sitting in some chairs in the corner to the right of the door that they were closed. I was surprised & said “Oh, is it 10 pm already?” And they said “No but it was slow so we closed early.” My problem with this is 1. The front door was unlocked which if they were actually closed then it should’ve been locked. 2. Maybe it was slow earlier but now you actually have a paying customer standing right in front of you & you’re fine with turning them away??! They obviously have more business than they want or need so I took my money 2 doors down to Proper Wellness where they were more than happy to help me & so friendly that I spent much more money than I had planned to. Now there’s a place that knows how to do business & I WILL be going back to Proper Wellness next time for sure. I’m sorry I wasted my time even trying to go to Zen in the first place, don’t make the same mistake I did. With their attitude towards potential customers they’ll likely be closed permanently soon anyway.

The staff here has awesome customer service. They’re genuinely kind and helpful and I always leave feeling content.With fair prices, good quality product, cleanliness and customer service, I drive out of the way to go here because the dispensary next to my house just doesn’t compete.

They have a beautiful Zen-like experience just from the atmosphere. They carry a ton of different products, local & non. If you're looking for a specific branded item, good place to call or check out. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because I don't like seeing the taxes I'm paying. I enjoy a flat rate with the tax already included in the price. So it's a flat $30. Rather than $30 - 10%= -$3.00 = $27. ( 10% for whatever discount it is that day or time) BUT then they add the the discount back when they ring up the taxes. So instead of paying taxes on $27. You are paying taxes on the original price of $30.Maybe it's the law, I'm not nearly educated enough but I thought it was odd. I'd expect to pay taxes on the $27. I added a receipt maybe somebody can explain. AND it also goes back to why I love flat rate taxes included- if it says it's $30 w/ 10% off = a lovely flat $27. In reality, I end up spending the full price anyway most of the time because of the discounted $ I saved, I end up putting it in the tip jar.

So apparently someone put a price on a cartridge for $20 on the online app. They don't want to grant it or give it.Even though it's posted on line, they don't want to grant their mess up. Poor coustmer services not come back I can get better prices somewhere else.

I was looking for more options for microdosing for sleep and daytime. I came across this place online 2 hours from me but their menu had so many options I could not "not" make the trip. It was 💯 worth it! The staff has a perfect combination of professionals and personality with a broad knowledge. The store layout is customer friendly and just has an overall amazing vibe. I highly recommend them!

We were just passing through on vacation.... 🏕Saw this cool building just adjacent to the highway. Security along with store associates were very knowledgeable, helped us find everything we were looking for. Place has a great vibe to it .. 🙂 ..
